EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Nachrüstung von Auto-Contour.

Die Mähdrescher MEDION 340 und MEGA 208 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 058 064.2 ab dem folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: ab 93400011 und ab 94500011.

Die Mähdrescher MEDION 330/310 und MEGA 204 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 058 082.2 ab dem folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: ab 93200011, ab 93500011 und bis 93600011.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 3,5 Mannstunden für MEDION 340 und MEGA 208 und ca. 4,5 Mannstunden für MEDION 330/310 und MEGA 204 Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Die Begriffe vorne, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the Auto-Contour.

Retrofitting of the MEDION 340 and MEGA 208 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no 058 064.2, is possible from the following machine number ranges: from 93400011 and from 94500011.

Retrofitting of the MEDION 330/310 and MEGA 204 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 058 082.2, is possible from the following machine number ranges: from 93200011, from 93500011 and up to 93600011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 3.5 man hours for MEDION 340 and MEGA 208 and approx. 4.5 man hours for MEDION 330/310 and MEGA 204.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Installation Fit the guide (1) right and left from inside with mushroom head screws (2) in such a way so that the mushroom head screws are in contact with the feeder housing at the top.

Position the stripper angle (3) into the slotted holes right at the top and fasten it.

Insert the U-piece (U, custom-made) and secure it with spring clip.

If necessary, re-tighten the cylinder barrel (R) and the lock nut (K).

Put down the drive belt (A) of the front v-belt pulley.

Be particularly careful when unscrewing the cylinder barrel (R). Do not screw out the cylinder barrel too far – risk of injury! (fig. 9, 10, 11)

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur du système Auto-Contour.

Les moissonneuses-batteuses MEDION 340 et MEGA 208 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 058 064.2, et ce à partir des numéros de machine suivants : 93400011 et 94500011.

Les moissonneuses-batteuses MEDION 330/310 et MEGA 204 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 058 082.2, et ce à partir des numéros de machine suivants : 93200011, 93500011 à 93600011.

Le temps de montage alloué s'élève à environ 3,5 homme-heures pour la MEDION 340 et la MEGA 208, et à environ 4,5 homme-heures pour la MEDION 330/310 et la MEGA 204.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, parex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces tellesque les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Actionner l’interrupteur à bascule (43) dans le sens contraire.

Lorsque l’air s’est échappé, resserrer la vis à tête cylindrique (C) sur le côté gauche. Pour cela, il faut que le vérin hydraulique soit rentré. (fig. 63, 65) C 65 Fermer le robinet d’arrêt (23). Pour ce faire, basculer le levier (H) vers l’arrière.

Après avoir vérifié le niveau d’huile hydraulique, effectuer un contrôle du fonctionnement de l’Auto-Contour.
