EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des dritten Schneidwerkzylinders.

Die Mähdrescher MEDION 330/310, DOMINATOR VX, und DOMINATOR 204/203 MEGA können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 633 836.0 ab den folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: 93200011, 92000011 und 93000011.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 1 Mannstunde.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Einzugskanal hochfahren und mit der Stütze (A) sichern.

Einzugskanal soweit absenken bis die beiden Zylinder entlastet sind.

Motor stillsetzen und Batterie-Trennschalter ausschalten.

Schneidwerkzylinder anbauen Schneidwerkzylinder (1) bis an die Bohrungen der Triebachse anheben.

Bundbuchsen (2) einsetzen. Sechskantschrauben (3) einführen und anschrauben.

Anzugsmoment = 207 Nm!

Die Bundbuchse muß bis in den Zylinder hineingedrückt werden.

Schneidwerkzylinder an die Aufnahmegabel des Einzugskanals heben und Bolzen (4) einsetzen.

Bolzen (4) mit Splint (6) und Spannstift (5) sichern.

Anbau Hydraulikschlauch des vorhandenen Schneidwerkzylinders abschrauben.

Umwelt!

Restölmengen beim Öffnen der Leitungen auffangen und Umweltgerecht entsorgen.

Hydraulikschlauch durch L-Stutzen (8) wieder mit Rohrleitung verschrauben.

(Abb. 4) 4 Schlauchleitung (7) an den L-Stutzen (8) und Schneidwerkzylinder (1) anschrauben.

Einzugskanal anheben, Stütze (A) entfernen und wieder absenken.

Hydrauliköl nachfüllen und Anlage auf Dichtigkeit überprüfen.

5 Einstellung der Entlastungsfedern: Schneidwerk anbauen.

Schneidwerk soweit absenken, daß die Kufen etwa 100 mm über dem Boden stehen.

Beachten!

Die Einstellung gilt für Schneidwerkzylinder mit mechanischer oder hydraulischer Sperrung.

Verstellen der Schrauben (W): Abstand vergrößern = Schrauben hineindrehen Abstand verkleinern = Schrauben herausdrehen Abstand (Y) zwischen der Zylinderbodenplatte und der Scheibe muß 5 – 10 mm betragen.

Achtung!

Auf gleichmäßige Einstellung aller Druckfedern achten!

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the third cutterbar cylinder.

Retrofitting of the MEDION 330/310, DOMINATOR VX, and DOMINATOR 204/203 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 633 836.0, is possible from the following machine number ranges: 93200011, 92000011 and 93000011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 1 man hour.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the parts no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

The text and pictures were kept neutral as far as possible. Differences between the individual types are mentioned in the text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

5 Installation INSTALLING THE THIRD CUTTERBAR CYLINDER Preparing the installation Put down the cutterbar.

Raise the feeder housing and secure it with the support (A).

Lower the feeder housing far enough that the two cylinders are relieved. (fig. 1) A

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch.

Installing the cutterbar cylinder Raise the cutterbar cylinder (1) to the drilled holes of the drive axle.

Insert the flanged bushings (2). Insert and screw on the hexagon head bolts (3).

Torque = 207 Nm!

Caution!

The flanged bushing must be pressed in until it enters in the cylinder. (fig. 2)

Raise the cutterbar cylinder to the coupling fork of the feeder housing and insert the pin (4).

Secure the pin (4) with the split pin (6) and the expansion pin (5). (fig. 3)

Installation Unscrew the hydraulic hose of the existing cutterbar cylinder.

Environment!

Collect remaining oil when opening the hoses and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner.

Screw the hydraulic hose to tube again through L connector (8). (fig. 4) 4 Screw on the hose line (7) to the L-connector (8) and the cutterbar cylinder (1).

Raise the feeder housing, remove the support (A), and lower it again.

Fill up hydraulic oil and check the system for leaks. (fig. 5)

5 Adjusting the discharge springs: Install the cutterbar.

Lower the cutterbar far enough so that the skids are about 100 mm above the ground.

Caution!

The adjustment applies to the cutterbar cylinders with mechanical or hydraulic locking.

Adjusting the screws (W): Increase distance = tighten the screws Reduce distance = loosen the screws The distance (Y) between the cylinder base plate and the disk must be 5 – 10 mm.

Attention!

Make sure to adjust all pressure springs evenly! (fig. 6)

Les moissonneuses-batteuses MEDION 330/310, DOMINATOR VX et DOMINATOR 204/203 MEGA peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 633 836.0, et ce à partir des numéros de machine suivants : 93200011, 92000011 et 93000011.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 1 homme-heure.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les »Consignes de sécurité« figurant dans la présente notice d'utilisation.

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Relever le canal d'alimentation et l'étayer à l’aide de l'appui (A).

Abaisser le canal d’alimentation jusqu’à ce que les deux vérins ne soient plus sous pression. (fig. 1) A

Arrêter le moteur et débrancher l'interrupteur-séparateur de la batterie.

Montage du vérin de tablier de coupe Soulever le vérin de tablier de coupe (1) jusqu’à hauteur des perçages sur l’essieu moteur.

Introduire les douilles à collet (2). Introduire des vis à tête hexagonale (3) et les visser.

Couple de serrage = 207 Nm !

La douille à collet doit être poussée vers l’intérieur, jusque dans le vérin. (fig. 2)

Soulever le vérin de tablier de coupe jusqu’à hauteur de la fourchette d'accouplement du canal d’alimentation, et introduire l’axe (4).

Bloquer l’axe (4) au moyen d’une goupille fendue (6) et d’une goupille de serrage (5). (fig. 3)

Montage Dévisser le flexible hydraulique du vérin de tablier de coupe existant.

Environnement !

Lors de l’ouverture des conduites, recueillir l’huile résiduelle dans un récipient, et l’évacuer de manière compatible avec l’environnement.

Revisser le flexible hydraulique sur la conduite au moyen du raccord en L (8).

(fig. 4) Visser la conduite flexible (7) sur le raccord en L (8) et sur le vérin de tablier de coupe (1).

Soulever le canal d’alimentation, enlever l'appui (A) et abaisser à nouveau le canal d’alimentation.

Faire l’appoint en huile hydraulique et vérifier l’étanchéité de l’installation.. (fig. 5)

5 Réglage des ressorts de souplesse.

Monter le tablier de coupe.

Abaisser le tablier de coupe jusqu’à ce que les patins soient à environ 100 mm au-dessus du sol.

Observer !

Ce réglage vaut pour des vérins de tablier de coupe à verrouillage mécanique ou hydraulique.

Réglage des vis (W) : augmenter l’écart = serrer la vis réduire l’écart = desserrer la vis L’écart (Y) entre la plaque de vérin et la rondelle doit être de 5 à 10 mm.

Attention !

Veiller à un réglage homogène de tous les ressorts de pression ! (fig. 6)
