1 Einleitung EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt den sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Umbau mit dem Umbausatz ET-Nr. 0496 129.1 (Pflückwalzen).

Lesen Sie daher diese Anleitung vor Beginn der Arbeiten sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie besonders den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise«.

Folgende Maschinen/Geräte können umgebaut werden: CLAAS-Maispflücker: an LEXION CONSPEED 8-75 FC / F CONSPEED 8-70 FC / F CONSPEED 6-80 FC / F CONSPEED 6-75 FC / F / C CONSPEED 6-70 FC / C an MEDION CONSPEED 6-80 FC CONSPEED 6-75 FC / C CONSPEED 6-70 FC / C Die Lieferumfänge sind auf Seite 4.2 aufgeführt. 3 Allgemeine Hinweise BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatzgerät einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen und beachten Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise« und das Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in Ihrer Betriebsanleitung. Beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z. B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«. In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.). Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Anzahl, die Abmessung, die ISO/DIN und die Verwendung.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Allgemeine Hinweise

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine/-Vorsatzgerät oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

SICHERHEITSAUFKLEBER MIT WARNBILDZEICHEN Die an der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät angebrachten Warn- und Hinweisschilder geben wichtige Hinweise für den gefahrlosen Betrieb. Die Beachtung dient Ihrer Sicherheit!

Werden Warnbildzeichen beim Umbau beschädigt oder Teile mit Warnbildzeichen ausgetauscht, so ist sicherzustellen, dass wieder die entsprechenden Warnbildzeichen aufgeklebt werden.

Bei Arbeiten an dem angehobener Maschine/Vorsatzgerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete Abstützelemente vornehmen!

Beim Aus- und Einbauen von Arbeitswerkzeugen geeignetes Werkzeug und Handschuhe benutzen! Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!

Vor Arbeiten an der elektrischen Anlage stets Stromzufuhr trennen!

Bei Schleifarbeiten Schutzbrille und Schutzmaske tragen. Die Herstellerhinweise für die Verwendung von Schleif-/Trennscheiben beachten.

Vor dem Schweißen, Brennen und Schleifen Maschine/Vorsatzgerät und deren Umgebung von Staub und brennbaren Stoffen reinigen und für ausreichende Lüftung sorgen – Explosionsgefahr!

Bei Ausführung von elektrischen Schweißarbeiten an angebauter Maschine/Vorsatzgerät, Stromzufuhr trennen oder Kabel am Generator und der Batterie abklemmen!

Bei Schweißarbeiten vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung, wie z.B. dunkle Schutzbrille oder Schutzschild, Schutzkleidung, Schweißhandschuhe und Sicherheitsschuhe tragen. Nicht ohne Augenschutz in den Lichtbogen blicken – Blendgefahr!

Die einzelnen Aufkleber sind in der Betriebsanleitung näher erläutert.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE Lesen und beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise im Kapitel »Zur Sicherheit« in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes.

Montage- und Reinigungsarbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Montagearbeiten dürfen nur von dazu ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

An der hydraulischen Einrichtung der Maschine/des Vorsatzgerätes darf nur Personal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik arbeiten!

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage, Maschine/ Vorsatzgerät bzw. hydraulisch betätigte Anbauteile absenken bzw. ablassen und Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen!

Vor Montagearbeiten an vorgespannten Energiespeichern (Federn, Druckspeicher etc.) sind diese vorschriftsmäßig zu entspannen!

Für den Umbau der mittleren vier Pflückwalzen-Paare Maispflücker in oberste Position anheben und sicher unterbauen. Für den Umbau der äußeren Pflückwalzen-Paare Maispflücker in Transportstellung einklappen und auf den Boden absenken.

Gleitkufe links (A) und Gleitkufe rechts (B) demontieren, dazu:

• Sechskantschrauben (C) mit Scheiben (je 3x) demontieren.

VOR INBETRIEBNAHME PRÜFEN UND BEACHTEN! 1. Vor Inbetriebnahme der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät die Prüfungen gemäß der Betriebsanleitung durchführen.

2. Vor Inbetriebnahme Maschine/Vorsatzgerät gründlich abschmieren.

3. Fett-und Ölstände in den Getrieben prüfen.

4. Festen Sitz der Schrauben überprüfen.

5. Sicherheitseinrichtungen (z. B. Überlastkupplungen, Abdeckungen von Antriebsteilen, ...) auf Funktion und korrekten Sitz überprüfen.

6. Funktionsprüfung der Maschine/Vorsatzgerät durchführen.

7. Antrieb nur bei Leerlaufdrehzahl einschalten.

8. Maschine/Vorsatzgerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt laufen lassen.

9. Personen aus dem Gefahrenbereich verweisen, nähern sich Personen dem Gefahrenbereich, Maschine sofort abschalten.

Please read this manual thoroughly before starting work! Pay particular attention to the section »General instructions«.

3 General instructions OF SPECIAL IMPORTANCE The instructions set forth in this manual must be read carefully and followed by all persons concerned with the operation, maintenance, repair or inspection of this machine/front attachment in order to prevent accidents. Read and understand especially the »General instructions« section and the chapter on »Safety« in your operator's manual. Observe the pertinent accident prevention regulations of your country.

Clean the machine before starting work. Welding and grinding work on the machine may cause fire if accumulated vegetation, grease and dirt is not removed.

Before starting work make sure that all necessary tools and devices are at hand. Make a comparison between the present type of machine/ implement, the list in section “Packing list” and the delivered kit.

For the specification of parts, e.g. screws, see the “Packing list”.In this list every mounting part has an item number. Further details regarding these parts are the part no., the quantity, the dimensions, the ISO/DIN and the use.

As a guideline, the existent parts in the installation instructions are marked with letters, while new parts are marked with numbers (item numbers).

Texts and figures are formulated neutrally, as far as possible. The differences between the models are pointed out by notes in the text.

Technical specifications, dimensions and weights are understood with the usual tolerances.

IMPORTANT: Front, rear, right and left refer to the direction of forward travel.

General instructions

DESIGNATED USE The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment which is not originally manufactured, and checked and released by CLAAS can have a negative effect on specific design features of the CLAAS machine/front attachment or on its operatability, thereby impairing active and/or passive operating safety, as well as safety at work (accident prevention).

Use suitable tools and gloves to remove and install working equipment!

Dispose of oil, grease and filters correctly!

Always disconnect power supply before work on the electrical system!

Wear safety goggles and mask for grinding work.

Observe the manufacturer's directions for the use of grinding and cutting discs.

CLAAS will in no way be liable for damage or personal injury caused by the use of other than original CLAAS parts, accessories and additional equipment.

Before welding, burning and grinding clean dust and flammable material from the machine/front attachment and its surroundings and ensure adequate ventilation – risk of explosion!

SAFETY DECALS WITH WARNING SYMBOLS

When using electrical welding equipment on attached machine/front attachment, disconnect power supply or remove cable on generator and battery!

The warning and instruction signs on the machine/ front attachment contain important information for safe operation. These instructions involve your safety – observe them at all times!

If warning symbols are damaged during conversion of parts with warning symbols are replaced, make sure that the relevant warning symbols are attached again.

When welding use required protective gear, such as dark safety goggles or shield, protective clothing, welding gloves and safety shoes. Do not look directly at the arc without eye protection – risk of blindness!

The various decals are explained in detail in the operator's manual.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read and observe the safety instructions in the »Safety« chapter in the operator's manual for the machine/front attachment.

Never carry out assembly and cleaning work unless the drive is switched and the engine is stopped! Remove the ignition key!

Only trained technicians may carry out assembly work.

Only technicians with special knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems may work on the hydraulic equipment of the machine/front attachment!

Before working on the hydraulic system, lower or drain machine/front attachment or hydraulically actuated components and depressurise the hydraulic system!

Energy storage equipment (springs, pressure tanks etc.) must be released as specified before working on them!

When working on the raised machine/front attachment always support it with suitable props!

Before carrying out any work on the maize header make sure that the engine is at a standstill.

– Remove the ignition key!

– Switch off the battery isolation switch!

– Uncouple the drive shaft at the left and right hand sides

When working under a raised machine or attachment, there is always a risk of accidents.

– Do not work under a raised machine or front attachment unless it is securely supported.

Attention!

DISASSEMBLING THE SNAPPING ROLLERS

To convert the middle four pairs of snapping rollers, raise the maize header to the uppermost position and support it securely. To convert the outer pairs of snapping rollers, retract the maize header into its transport position and lower it to the ground.

Disassemble the left hand (A) and right hand (B) cutterbar skids as follows:

• Unfasten the hexagon head bolts (C) and washers (3x each).

• Unfasten the hexagon head bolts (F) with contact washers and washers (3x each).

2 Unfasten and remove the cylinder head screws (G) and lock washers.

3 Disassemble the snapping rollers (H) and augers (K) as follows: K

• Fit a wedge extractor (I) between the picker gearbox (J) and the snapping rollers (H).

• Carefully drive in the extractor wedge (I) until the snapping rollers (H) are pre-stressed.

• With a hammer, tap centrally (in front of hole (L)) L J

on the snapping rollers (H) until the cones are released.

If necessary wait a few minutes, increase the pre-stress on the wedge (I) and tap again with the hammer on the rollers (H).

• Remove the snapping rollers (H) together with the augers (K).

Pre-assemble the left hand (4) and right hand (3) augers as follows:

• Fit roll pins (5) (2x each).

Fit the left hand (2) and right hand (1) snapping rollers on to the splines of the picker gearbox shafts.

Pay attention to the position and direction of rotation of the snapping rollers!

– The blades of the bolted-on knives (V) must point towards one another.

If necessary, turn the shafts further.

– The fixed blades (W) on the rear part of the snapping rollers must be aligned with the opposing gaps.

The left hand (D) and right hand (E) stripper bars are no longer fitted.

Assemble the left hand (A) and right hand (B) cutterbar skids as follows:

• Fit the hexagon head bolts (C) and washers (3x each). (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, page 5.2)

CHECK AND OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING POINTS BEFORE PUTTING INTO OPERATION 1. Before commissioning the machine or attachment, carry out the checks according to the operator's manual.

2. Lubricate the machine or attachment thoroughly before commissioning.

3. Check lubricant and oil levels in the gearboxes.

4. Check that all bolts and screws are tight.

5. Check the correct function and mounting of all safety devices (e. g. overload clutches, protective covers of drive components, etc.).

6. Carry out a functional check of the machine or attachment.

7. Operate the drive only at idle speed.

8. Never run the machine or attachment unattended.

9. Instruct other persons to move out of the danger area. If a person does enter the danger area, stop the machine immediately.

1 Introduction INTRODUCTION Ces instructions décrivent le déroulement rapide et en toute sécurité des opérations de modification avec la jeu de modification ET-Nr. 0496 129.1 (rouleaux cueilleurs).

Lire attentivement cette notice avant le début du travail ! Observer en particulier le chapitre »Conseils généraux«.

3 Conseils généraux IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine/ l'appareil frontal, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien et du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils généraux« et au chapitre »sécurité« dans votre notice. Veuillez respecter les consignes de prévention des accidents en vigueur dans votre pays.

Avant le début du travail, s'assurer que tous les outils et équipements nécessaires sont disponibles. Comparer le type de machine/le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du chapitre »Pièces fournies« et le kit de pièces fournies.

Pour la spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis, se reporter à la liste »Pièces fournies«. Dans cette liste, un numéro de position (n° pos.) est attribué à chaque composant. Y sont également indiqués le numéro de pièce de rechange, la désignation, les dimensions, la norme ISO/DIN et la quantité.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont désignées avec des lettres et les pièces neuves avec des chiffres (numéros de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les caractéristiques techniques, dimensions et poids sont indiqués avec les tolérances usuelles.

Les côtés avant, arrière, droit et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens de marche.

UTILISATION CONFORME À L'USAGE PRÉVU L'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires qui n'auraient pas été fabriqués par CLAAS et n'auraient été ni contrôlés ni homologués par CLAAS peut éventuellement modifier de façon négative les caractéristiques de la machine/ de l'appareil frontal CLAAS déterminées lors de leur conception ou nuire à leur bon état de marche et de ce fait porter atteinte à la sécurité active et/ou passive autant lors des déplacements que du service de ces machines (prévention des accidents).

CLAAS décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages pouvant résulter de l'utilisation de pièces de rechange, accessoires et équipements complémentaires autres que ceux d'origine CLAAS.

ETIQUETTE DE SÉCURITÉ AVEC PICTOGRAMME DE DANGER Les étiquettes d'avertissement et les consignes de sécurité fixées sur la machine/l'appareil frontal fournissent des informations importantes pour une utilisation sans risque. Elles servent à assurer votre sécurité!

Si des pictogrammes de danger sont endommagés lors d'une modification de la construction ou si des pièces sur lesquelles figurent des pictogrammes de sécurité sont remplacées, s'assurer que les pictogrames sont replacés après les travaux.

Les différentes étiquettes adhésives sont expliquées en détail dans la notice d'utilisation.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ GÉNÉRALES Veuillez également lire et respecter les consignes de sécurité du chapitre "Sécurité" de la machine/ l'appareil frontal.

Avant l'assembler les réservoirs d'énergie (ressorts, accumulateur hydraulique, etc), détendre ces derniers conformément aux prescriptions!

En cas de travaux sur la machine/l'appareil frontal en position relevée, toujours mettre en place des dispositifs de sécurité à l'aide d'élèments de support!

Utiliser l'outil et les gants appropriés pour monter et démonter les outils de travail!

Eliminer les huiles, le gras et le filtre conformément aux prescriptions!

Couper toujours le courant avant de procéder à des travaux sur l'installation électrique!

En cas de rectifications, porter les lunettes et le masque de protection. Respecter les consignes du fabricant relatives à l'utilisation des ponceuses et des meules de tronçonnage.

Avant de procéder au soudage, à la cuisson et au meulage, retirer la poussière et les matières inflammables se trouvant sur la machine/l'appareil frontal ainsi qu'à proximité de ces derniers et veiller à ce qu'il y ait une aération suffisante!

Avant de procéder au soudage électrique sur la machine/l'appareil frontal, couper le courant ou retirer le câble connecté au génerateur ainsi que la batterie d'accumulateurs!

Pour le soudage, porter les vêtements de protection prévus par les prescriptions comme les lunettes de protection sombres ou le masque de protection, les vêtements de protection, les gants de soudage et les chaussures de sécurité. Ne pas regarder l'arc électrique sans protection occulaire– Risque d'aveuglement!

Respecter impérativement les poids des composants lors du montage/démontage. N'utiliser que des dispositifs de blocage et des dipositifs de levée sûrs et satisfaisants.

Ne pas marcher sous la charge suspendue!

Porter les chaussures de sécurité!

Ne procéder au montage et au nettoyage que lorsque la commande est désactivée et que le moteur est arrêté ! – Retirer la clé de contact!

Seul le personnel ayant reçu une formation appropriée peut assembler la machine.

Seul le personnel expérimenté et ayant des connaissances spécifiques dans le domaine hydraulique peut installer la machine/l'appareil frontal!

Avant de procéder à des travaux sur le système hydraulique, rabattre ou vidanger la machine/l'appareil frontal ou les pièces d'assemblage actionnées par le système hydraulique!

Pour la modification des quatres paires de rouleaux cueilleurs au centre, soulever le cueilleur de maïs dans sa position la plus haute et le caler sur un support sûr. Pour la modification des paires des rouleaux cueilleurs extérieurs, replier le cueilleur de maïs en position de transport et le laisser reposer au sol.

Démonter le sabot gauche (A) et droite (B), pour cela :

• Démonter les boulons à tête hexagonale (C) avec leurs rondelles (3x).

• Placer un arrache-clavette(I) entre le réducteur du cueilleur (J) et les rouleaux cueilleurs (H).

• Enfoncer l'arrache-clavette (I) avec précaution jusqu'à ce que les rouleaux cueilleurs (H) soient sous précontrainte.

sage (L)) des rouleaux cueilleurs (H) jusqu'à ce que le cône soit libre. Si nécessaire, attendre quelques minutes, augmenter la précontainte de l'arrache-clavette (I) et frapper de nouveau avec le marteau sur les rouleaux cueilleurs (H).

• Déposer les rouleaux cueilleurs (H) avec les vis (K). (fig. 4)

Préassembler les vis gauche (4) et droite (3), pour cela :

• Monter les goupilles élastiques (5) (2 par rouleau). (fig. 1) Nettoyer et graisser les cônes et les cannelures des arbres du réducteur du cueilleur.

Mettre en place les rouleaux cueilleurs gauche (2) et droite (1) sur les cannelures des arbres du réducteur du cueilleur.

Veiller au sens de rotation correct des rouleaux cueilleurs !

– Les arêtes des couteaux vissés (V) doivent se faire face. Si nécessaire, tourner les arbres.

– Les arêtes fixes (W) à l'arrière des rouleaux cueilleurs doivent toujours être décalées les unes par rapport aux autres. (fig. 2) Mettre en place les vis gauche (4) et droite (3) sur les rouleaux cueilleurs. (fig. 3)

– Contrôler l'entrefer „X“ entre les couteaux (V) des rouleaux cueilleurs.

– Pour le réglage, desserrer les vis (Z) et régler l'entrefer „X“.

Les barres racleuses gauche (D) et droite (E) ne sont plus utilisées.

Monter les sabots gauche (A) et droit (B), pour cela :

• Monter les boulons à tête hexagonale (C) avec leurs rondelles (3x). (voir Fig. 1 et Fig. 2, page 5.2)

VÉRIFIER LES POINTS SUIVANTS AVANT LA MISE EN SERVICE DE LA MACHINE !

1. Avant la mise en service de la machine/l'outil porté, effectuer les contrôles selon la notice d'utilisation.

2. Avant la mise en service de la machine/l'outil porté, les graisser soigneusement.

3. Vérifier les niveaux de graisse et d'huile dans les engrenages.

4. Vérifier le serrage des vis.

5. Vérifier le fonctionnement et le positionnement correct des dispositifs de sécurité (p. ex. limiteurs de couple, capots des parties d'entraînement, ...).

6. Effectuer un essai des fonctions de la machine/ l'outil porté.

7. Mettre en marche la commande uniquement au ralenti.

8. Ne jamais laisser tourner la machine/l'outil porté sans surveillance.

9. Eloigner les personnes de la zone dangereuse. Si des personnes s'en approchent, arrêter immédiatement la machine.
