1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird die Rake Up als Vorsatzgerät bezeichnet. Der Mähdrescher wird als Maschine bezeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Sicherheitsstütze Haspel einlegen.

2. Möglichkeit: Unter Verwendung von zwei Hebevorrichtungen wird die Haspel angehoben.

– Um die Tragarme der Haspel Seile legen.

- Seile gegen Abrutschen von den Tragarmen sichern.

– Seile an den Hebevorrichtungen befestigen.

– Haspel mit Hilfe der Hebevorrichtung gleichmäßig anheben und gegen absenken sichern.

4.1.2 CLAAS LASER-PILOT links anbauen – Tragarm (1) mit einer Schraube (2) handfest anschrauben.

- Vorsatzgeräte V540-V900 und C450-C900: Scheibe 11 x 40 x 4 bei Position (X) einsetzen.

- Vorsatzgeräte C1200, F1200: Scheibe 11 x 40 x 4 bei Position (Y) einsetzen.

5.1.3 Laser-Sensor Grundeinstellung vornehmen Auf der linken Seite der Laser-Sensoren sind Kerben angebracht. Dadurch werden die Einstellungen erleichtert.

– Halter (2) in dem Tragarm (3) so verschieben, dass das Ende in den Löchern (R) oder (G) sichtbar ist.

5.2 CLAAS-Autopilot (Getreideschneidwerk) Zur Erstinbetriebnahme des Autopiloten die Gelenkwellen für den Schneidwerkantrieb maschinenseitig abnehmen.

Es sind zwei Personen erforderlich.

5.2.1 Geradeausfahrt des Mähdreschers einstellen Als erstes muss die Geradeausfahrt des Mähdreschers eingestellt werden.

– Dazu auf ein genügend großes und ebenes Feld fahren.

Für die Einstellung muss die Maschine ca.

100 Meter geradeaus gefahren werden.

– Das Schneidwerk ganz anheben, sodass das Lasergerät in den Himmel schaut.

Beachten!

Vor Erstinbetriebnahme muss der VorsatzNullpunkt gelernt werden – Siehe Nullpunkt Autopilot-Vorsatz.

– Sitzposition einnehmen. Motor starten.

– Sicherheitsschalter (34) und Dreschwerk einschalten.

– Motor in oberer Leerlastdrehzahl laufen lassen.

– Kippschalter (20) entriegeln und einschalten.

– Den Mittenversteller (21) genau auf die Mitte stellen.

– Den CLAAS-Autopilot über den Taster (2) am Multifunktionshebel einschalten.

Sobald der Autopilot eingeschaltet ist, leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte im Fahrinformator.

5.2.2 Laser-Sensor auf dem Feld einrichten Beachten!

Vor dem Einrichten bzw. Inbetriebnahme des Laser-Sensor-Autopiloten, den Kippschalter (18) in die entsprechende Position schalten.

Kippschalter (18) rechts = Laser-Sensor rechte Seite aktiv (wenn vorhanden) Kippschalter (18) links = Laser-Sensor linke Seite aktiv Mittenversteller (21) genau auf Mitte stellen.

– Den Mähdrescher in Betrieb setzen und manuell einige Meter in den Bestand fahren.

Die Einstellung sollte in der zweiten Runde vorgenommen werden, d. h., das Feld ist bereits rundherum angeschnitten und es sind somit neben dem zu erntenden Bestand Stoppeln vorhanden.

– Die Einstellungen im stehenden Getreide vornehmen.

– Dreschwerk und Motor stillsetzen. Zündung und Sicherheitsschalter (34) einschalten.

– Den Laser-Sensor so justieren, dass der unsichtbare Laserstrahl die Bestandskante abtastet.

Bei richtiger Einstellung leuchten die beiden inneren Leuchtdioden grün (dunkle Felder) an der horizontalen Leuchtdioden-Leiste (H).

Die Einstellung an der federbelasteten Augenschraube unterhalb des Sensorträgers durch Verstellen der Sicherungsmutter (S) vornehmen.

Die mechanische Grundeinstellung des Laser-Sensors ist richtig eingestellt, wenn an den beiden Leuchtdioden-Leisten (V und H) die mittleren Leuchtdioden grün leuchten.

– Anziehen der Sicherungsmutter (S) = der Mähdrescher fährt näher an die Bestandskante.

– Ggf. nach der ersten Fahrt nachjustieren bis der optimale Abstand zur Getreidekante erreicht ist.

Beim Befahren öffentlicher Straßen und Wege muss der CLAAS-Autopilot gemäß StVZO (Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungsordnung) am am Kippschalter (20) und am Sicherheitsschalter (34) grundsätzlich ausgeschaltet sein.

– Sitzposition einnehmen. Motor starten, Sicherheitsschalter (34) und Dreschwerk einschalten.

Dabei beachten, dass die linke Schneidwerkseite mit dem Laser-Sensor dicht am Bestand steht.

Der CLAAS-Autopilot übernimmt nun die Führung der Maschine entlang der Bestandskante.

Bei kurzen Lücken im Bestand sorgt der CLAAS-Autopilot für die Geradeausfahrt der Maschine.

– Zum Übersteuern sowie Ausschalten des CLAASAutopiloten, z.B. am Feldende, das Lenkrad schnell um etwa eine viertel Umdrehung betätigen.

Die Maschine kann dann wie üblich von Hand gelenkt werden.

– Bei ungünstigen Bestandsverhältnissen, z.B. bei Lagergetreide, können geringfügige Korrekturen durch Verstellen des Mittenverstellers (21) vorgenommen werden.

Hierzu den Mittenversteller entsprechend aus der markierten Mittelstellung verdrehen.

– Wenn beim Abernten von Restbeständen das Schneidwerk nicht an der Bestandskante gefahren werden kann, so ist der Autopilot auszuschalten.

– Außerdem ist es ratsam, den Autopiloten ca. 10 m vor Bestandsende, auszuschalten.

- Secure the ropes so they will not slip off the supporting arms.

– Raise the reel evenly using the lifting devices and secure it so it will not drop.

5.2.1 Adjusting the directional stability of the combine harvester The directional stability of the combine harvester must be adjusted first.

– To do this, drive on a sufficiently large and even field.

The adjustment requires driving straight ahead for approx. 100 m.

– Raise the cutterbar completely to make the laser unit look into the sky.

Caution!

Before putting the unit into operation for the first time, the front attachment zero point must be learned – See Autopilot front attachment zero point.

To do this, raise or lower the sensor in the elongated holes after loosening the bolts (B).

– For overriding the CLAAS Autopilot system or to switch off the automatic control at the end of the field, turn the steering wheel quickly one quarter of a turn.

The machine may now be steered manually as usual.

– In case of unfavourable crop conditions, e.g. down crops, small corrections can be made by adjusting the centralizing switch (21).

To this end, turn the centralizing switch accordingly from its marked centre position.

– When the cutterbar cannot be driven along the crop edge during harvesting of residual crop, the CLAAS Autopilot must be switched off.

– It is recommended to deactivate the Autopilot approx. 10 m ahead of the crop edge.

Otherwise the machine may break away to the left or to the right.

The machine must now be steered manually.

– Relever complètement le tablier de coupe, de sorte que le dispositif laser soit dirigé vers le ciel.

Procéder au réglage sur la vis à œillet en dessous du support de capteur en modifiant le réglage de l’écrou de blocage (S).

Le réglage mécanique de base du capteur laser est correct si les diodes lumineuses centrales s’allument en vert sur les deux barres de diodes lumineuses (V et H).

5.2.4 Réglage précis (à partir de la machine N° ...)

– Serrer l'écrou frein (S) = la moissonneuse-batteuse se déplace plus près du bord des céréales.

– Desserrer l'écrou frein (S) = la moissonneuse-batteuse se déplace plus loin du bord des céréales.

– Si nécessaire, réajuster le réglage après le premier déplacement jusqu'à ce que la distance optimale par rapport au bord des céréales soit atteinte.

En cas de trous peu importants dans le rang de maïs, l'Autopilot CLAAS assure le déplacement rectiligne de la machine.

– Pour neutraliser l'Autopilot CLAAS, p. ex. en tournant à la fin du champ, tourner le volant rapidement d'un quart de tour.

Ensuite la machine peut être dirigée manuellement comme d'habitude.

– Si les conditions du produit sur pied ne sont pas bonnes, par exemple si les céréales sont couchées, on peut procéder à des corrections minimes en réglant le régulateur de moitié (21).

Pour ce faire tourner le régulateur de moitié en dehors de la position centrale marquée.

5.2 Autopiloto CLAAS (mecanismo de corte de cereal) Para la primera puesta en servicio del Autopiloto hay que desmontar los ejes cardán para el accionamiento del mecanismo de corte.

Se necesitan dos personas.

5.2.1 Ajustar la marcha en línea recta de la cosechadora En primer término será necesario ajustar la marcha en línea recta de la cosechadora.

– Para ello conducir la máquina sobre una parcela llana y lo suficientemente grande.

Para el ajuste, la máquina ha de recorrer aprox.

100 m en línea recta.

– Elevar el mecanismo de corte al máximo, de forma que el equipo láser quede mirando hacia el cielo.

¡Observar!

Antes de la primera puesta en marcha se tiene que hacer el aprendizaje del punto cero del cabezal – véase punto cero del cabezal ATP. Conectar el Autopiloto:

– Tomar asiento. Poner el motor en marcha.

– Conectar el interruptor de seguridad (34) y los órganos de trilla.

– Dejar funcionar el motor en su régimen superior de revoluciones en vacío.

– Desbloquear el interruptor de vuelco (20) y conectarlo.

– Colocar el regulador de centrado (21) exactamente en posición central.

– Activar el Autopiloto CLAAS oprimiendo el pulsador (2), integrado en la palanca multifuncional.

Desde que esté activado el Autopiloto se ilumina la luz de control en el informador central.

Indicación: ahora ya no está permitido mover el volante.

– Avanzar ahora aprox. 100 metros con la máquina.

Al cabo de los 100 metros de recorrido, la máquina no se debe haber desplazado lateralmente más que como máximo 2 metros.

Controlar el regulador de centrado: – Con el motor en marcha a su régimen superior de revoluciones en vacío y con el Autopiloto activado, girar el regulador de centrado (21) a la derecha y a la izquierda.

Con ello giran las ruedas directrices en consecuencia entre 2° y 3° hacia la izquierda y la derecha.

5.2.2 Orientar el sensor láser con relación al campo ¡Observar!

Antes de preparar o en su caso poner en marcha en sensor láser del Autopiloto, hay que conectar el interruptor de vuelco (18) en la posición correspondiente.

– Poner la cosechadora en marcha y penetrar unos metros en el campo, conduciendo a mano.

Será conveniente llevar a cabo el ajuste durante la segunda vuelta al campo, es decir, que así ya se dispone de una vuelta segada y, en consecuencia, de un margen de rastrojo a lo largo de la mies a segar.

– Llevar a cabo el ajuste en la mies en pie.

– Desconectar los órganos de trilla y apagar el motor. Conectar el encendido y el interruptor de seguridad (34).

Realizar primero un ajuste a grosso modo, utilizando como ayuda la cruz filar.

Realizar seguidamente un ajuste exacto por el borde de existencias.

– El mecanismo de corte debe encontrarse en posición de trabajo.

– Ajustar el sensor láser de forma que el rayo láser, invisible, entre en contacto con el rastrojo a una distancia de 14 metros (medida X).

Si el ajuste es correcto, se encenderán en color verde los dos diodos luminosos interiores (campos oscuros en la (Fig. 14)) de la banda luminosa vertical (V).

Para el ajuste, aflojar los tornillos (B) y elevar o bajar el sensor en su recorrido de agujeros alargados.

– Volver a apretar los tornillos una vez concluido el ajuste.

5.2.3 Ajuste a grosso modo (a partir de la máquina nr. ...)

Alinear el sensor láser en sentido horizontal:

– El mecanismo de corte debe encontrarse en posición de trabajo.

El rayo láser, invisible, palpa a lo largo del borde de la mies en pie.

– Ajustar el sensor láser de forma que palpe a lo largo del borde de la mies en pie.

Si el ajuste es correcto, se encenderán en color verde los dos diodos luminosos interiores (campos oscuros) de la banda luminosa horizontal (H).

Llevar a cabo el ajuste corrigiendo la posición de la tuerca de seguridad (S) en el tornillo de ojete bajo carga de resorte, situado por debajo del soporte de los sensores.

El reglaje básico mecánico del sensor láser será el correcto, cuando los campos luminosos centrales de ambas bandas luminosas (V y H) luzcan en color verde.

5.2.4 Ajuste exacto (a partir de la máquina nr. ...)

– Apretar la tuerca de seguridad (S) = la cosechadora avanza más pegada al borde de existencias.

– Soltar la tuerca de seguridad (S) = la cosechadora avanza más distanciada del borde de existencias.

– En caso necesario, reajustar después del primer trayecto, hasta que se alcance la distancia óptima con respecto al borde de existencias.

5.2.5 Sensor láser (se ha perdido de vista el borde de cereal) Si durante el trabajo de recolección se encendieran todos los diodos luminosos, esto es señal de que el sensor láser ha perdido el contacto con el borde de la mies en pie.

– Entonces hay que volver a conducir la cosechadora a mano hasta el borde de cereal.

Según impuesto por el Código de la circulación, al circular por vías públicas es imprescindible desactivar el Autopiloto CLAAS, desconectando el interruptor de vuelco (20) y el interruptor de seguridad (34).

El incumplimiento puede causar lesiones o la muerte.

– Tomar asiento. Arrancar el motor, conectar el interruptor de seguridad (34) y los órganos de trilla.

– Dejar funcionar el motor en su régimen superior de revoluciones en vacío.

– Acercar la máquina hasta el borde de las existencias por cosechar.

Prestar entonces atención a que el lado izquierdo del mecanismo de corte con el sensor láser quede muy próximo a las existencias.

– Desbloquear el interruptor de vuelco (20) y conectarlo.

– Activar el Autopiloto CLAAS oprimiendo el pulsador (2), integrado en la palanca multifuncional.

Desde que esté activado el Autopiloto se ilumina la luz de control en el informador central.

Indicación: ahora ya no está permitido mover el volante.

– Introducir la máquina en las existencias.

El Autopiloto CLAAS se encarga ahora de guiar la máquina por el borde de existencias.

Cuando hay pequeños huecos en las existencias, el Autopiloto CLAAS se encarga de que la máquina siga avanzando en línea recta.

– En caso de querer sobrevirar o al dar la vuelta al final de la parcela, girar el volante rápidamente aprox. un cuarto de vuelta.

Seguidamente, la máquina puede ser dirigida de forma normal a mano.

En el caso contrario puede ser que la máquina dé un tirón hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha.

Проверка центрирующего элемента: – При двигателе, работающем на максимальных оборотах холостого хода, и включенном автопилоте повернуть центрирующий элемент (21) влево и вправо. При этом управляемые колеса поворачиваются соответственно на 2° - 3° влево и вправо.

5.2.2 Настройка лазерного датчика на поле Учитывать! Перед настройкой или пуском в эксплуатацию автопилота с лазерным датчиком переключить клавишный выключатель (18) в соответствующее положение. – Пустить комбайн в ход и проехать с ручным управлением на несколько метров в стеблестой. Настройку следует выполнять на втором круге, то есть когда поле уже скошено по периметру, так что рядом с убираемым стеблестоем имеется стерня.

– Выполнить настройку в стеблестое.

– Остановить молотильный агрегат и двигатель. Включить зажигание и предохранительный выключатель (34). (рис. 12, 13)

– Жатка должна находиться в рабочем положении.

– Отъюстировать лазерный датчик так, чтобы невидимый лазерный луч попадал на стерню на расстоянии 14 метров (размер X). При правильной настройке оба внутренних светодиода на вертикальной планке (V) светятся зеленым цветом (на (рис. 14) = темные поля). Для этого, отвернув винты (В), опустить или поднять датчик в продольных отверстиях.

5.2.3 Грубая настройка (начиная с машин № ...) Выверка лазерного датчика по горизонтали:

– Жатка должна находиться в рабочем положении. Невидимый лазерный луч ощупывает край хлебостоя.

– Лазерный датчик отъюстировать так, чтобы невидимый лазерный луч ощупывал край хлебостоя. При правильной настройке оба внутренних светодиода на горизонтальной планке (Н) светятся зеленым цветом (темные поля). Регулируя контргайку (S), выполнить настройку на нагруженном усилием пружины рым-болте под держателем датчика. Механическая базовая настройка лазерного датчика выполнена правильно, если средние светодиоды на обеих планках (V и H) светятся зеленым цветом. (рис. 14, 15)

5.2.4 Тонкая настройка (начиная с машин № ...)

– Затягивание контргайки (S) = комбайн перемещается ближе к краю хлебостоя.

– Ослабление контргайки (S) = комбайн отъезжает дальше от края хлебостоя.

– В случае необходимости подъюстировать датчик после первого прохода, пока не будет достигнуто оптимальное расстояние от края хлебостоя.

5.2.5 Лазерный датчик (край хлебостоя пропал из виду) Если во время работы загорятся все светодиоды, то это значит, что лазерный датчик потерял из своего поля зрения край хлебостоя.

– В таком случае комбайн необходимо снова подвести к краю хлебостоя с ручным управлением. (рис. 17)

5.2.6 Настройка правого лазерного датчика (начиная с машин № ...) (дополнительная оснастка) – Настроить правый лазерный датчик аналогично левому. При этом проследить, чтобы центрирующий элемент (21) был установлен точно по центру, а клавишный выключатель (18) переключен в правую сторону.

– Юстируя лазерные датчики, следить за тем, чтобы расстояние от края хлебостоя было одинаковым на обеих сторонах. Смотри также раздел "Неполадки, их причины и устранение – базовая машина".

Автопилот можно включать только на поле в хлебостое. Во время езды по дорогам общего пользования, в соответствии с Положением о допуске транспортных средств к эксплуатации, автопилот CLAAS должен быть обязательно выключен посредством клавишного выключателя (20) и предохранительного выключателя (34).

Несоблюдение этого правила может привести к травмам или к смерти.

– Сесть на сиденье. Запустить двигатель, включить предохранительный выключатель (34) и молотильный агрегат.

– Дать работать двигателю на максимальных оборотах холостого хода.

– Подвести машину к обмолачиваемому хлебостою. При этом следить за тем, чтобы лазерный датчик на левой стороне жатки находился вплотную к хлебостою.

– Разблокировать клавишный выключатель (20) и включить.

– Включить автопилот CLAAS клавишей (2) на мультифункциональном рычаге. При включении автопилота на информаторе движения загорается контрольная лампа. Указание: теперь больше нельзя вращать рулевое колесо.

– Въехать на машине в хлебостой. Теперь автопилот CLAAS возьмет на себя задачу вождения машины вдоль края хлебостоя. При наличии небольших плешин в хлебостое автопилот CLAAS обеспечивает движение машины по прямой.

– Для перерегулирования или выключения автопилота CLAAS, например, в конце поля, быстро повернуть рулевое колесо примерно на четверть оборота. После этого машиной можно управлять вручную, как обычно.

– При неблагоприятных условиях хлебостоя, например, при уборке полеглых хлебов, можно слегка откорректировать настройку путем регулирования центрирующего элемента (21).

– Если при уборке остаточного хлебостоя жатку невозможно вести вдоль края хлебостоя, тогда следует выключить автопилот.

– Кроме того, рекомендуется выключать автопилот примерно за 10 метров до конца хлебостоя. Иначе машину может завести влево или вправо. Затем нужно вести машину с ручным управлением.

– По окончании полевых работ автопилот CLAAS следует немедленно заблокировать путем выключения клавишного выключателя (20). (рис. 21–24) 20
