EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des Autopiloten an den Mähdreschern LEXION 580 - 510.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 4,0 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instand halten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and time saving procedure for retrofitting the autopilot to LEXION 580 - 510 combine harvesters.

The standard mounting time is approx. 4.0 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION The instructions contained in this manual should be read carefully and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine in order to prevent accidents.The “Safety Rules” in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before starting work, make sure that you have all necessary tools and materials. Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter “Shipping Package” and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. Every part listed here has a Part Number. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have part numbers. These parts are listed under the part number for the screws with which they are fitted. Additional part specifications are the parts no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

To make the installation instructions clearer, existing parts are labelled with letters while new parts are labelled with numbers (part numbers).

In general, texts and pictures apply to all machine models covered by this manual. Notes and comments will alert you to any differences between individual types.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes at a later date as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

The indicator boards “front, rear, right and left” are always in direction of travel (forwards).

Fasten the wiring loom (13) using the spiral hose (14) onto the hydraulic hose (H).

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre « Conseils de sécurité » de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer les travaux, vérifiez que tous les outils et appareils auxiliaires sont bien présents. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe « Liste des pièces fournies » et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis, est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste, chaque pièce reçoit un numéro de référence (n° de réf.). Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles de contact ne reçoivent pas de numéro de référence. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de référence de la vis avec laquelle elles sont installées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour mieux s’y retrouver dans les descriptions du montage, les pièces existantes sont désignées par des lettres et les pièces neuves par des chiffres (numéro de référence).

Dans la mesure du possible, les textes et les illustrations sont neutres. Des avertissements dans le texte vous signalent les différences entre les différents types.

Fixer le jeu de câbles (13) au flexible hydraulique (H) à l'aide du flexible spiralé (14).

Visser le collier de serrage (15) à fond au moyen de la vis à tête hexagonale (16).

Remettre la roue (R) en place et serrer les boulons de roue.

ОБРАТИТЬ ОСОБОЕ ВНИМАНИЕ Во избежание несчастных случаев все лица, допущенные к работе на данной машине, ее техническому обслуживанию, ремонту и проверке, должны внимательно прочитать и соблюдать указания в настоящем Руководстве по эксплуатации. Особенно внимательно изучите раздел "Безопасность" в Руководстве по эксплуатации и соблюдайте предписания по технике безопасности, действующие в Вашей стране. Перед началом работы убедитесь в том, что имеются в наличии все необходимые инструменты и вспомогательные средства. Сравните фактический тип машины/тип приставки с перечнем, приведенным в разделе "Объем поставки", а также проверьте наличие запчастей. Спецификацию на запчасти, например на болты, Вы найдете в списке "Объем поставки". В этом списке каждой монтажной детали присвоен номер позиции (Поз. №). Такие детали, как гайки и контактные шайбы, не имеют номера позиции. Эти детали относятся к номеру позиции болта, на который они устанавливаются. Дополнительные данные по запчастям включают в себя номер запчасти, обозначение, стандарт DIN и количество. Для лучшей ориентации при описании монтажа имеющиеся детали обозначены буквами, а новые детали - цифрами (номерами позиций). Тексты и рисунки по возможности выдержаны в нейтральной форме. Монтаж Установите цилиндр рулевого привода (12) со жгутом проводов (13). Установите машину сзади на подставки под осью с управляющими колесами и установите колесо (R) с левой стороны.

12 Удалите шплинт из корончатой гайки. Отверните корончатую гайку (K). (рис. 13)

13 Выдавите наружу из конического посадочного места шаровой шарнир при помощи соответствующего съемника.

Отверните гидравлические шланги (H) от цилиндра рулевого привода и с обеих сторон закройте заглушками. (рис. 14)

Установите конусные винтовые соединения цилиндров рулевого привода (12) в поворотную цапфу корпуса оси с направляющими колесами.

Наверните и затяните конусную гайку. Момент затяжки составляет 270 – 290 Нм Законтрите корончатую гайку шплинтом.

Подключите жгут проводов датчика угла поворота колеса (13) к цилиндру рулевого привода (12). Закрепите жгут проводов (13) при помощи спиральных шлангов (14) на гидравлическом шланге (H).

Заверните трубный хомут (15) болтом с шестигранной головкой (16).

Установите на место колесо (R) и снова затяните колесные болты.

16 Важно! Моменты затяжки колесных болтов указаны в главе "Технические данные" Руководства по эксплуатации. (рис. 16) Установите комбинацию клапанов для создания разрежения от емкости гидравлического масла. Проверьте уровень гидравлического масла и при необходимости долейте масло.

Проложите и подключите жгут проводов автопилота (17). Проложите жгут проводов автопилота (17) за поперечиной (T) к клапану автопилота и в направлении движения - к центральному распределительному блоку.

Проложите жгут проводов (17) по направлению вперед к центральному распределительному блоку. Откройте центральный распределительный блок. Отверните уплотнительную пластину (L). (рис. 23) L

23 Удалите потайные заглушки (B). Продвиньте сквозь отверстие жгут проводов (17) и установите кабельное кольцо вместо потайных заглушек.

Установите на место уплотнительную пластину (L). (рис. 24)

Установка задатчика (23) и двухпозиционного переключателя (24) Выньте отделение для мелких вещей (F) (или принтер). Удалите наклейку (L).

29 Отверните шестигранную гайку (R) под пультом управления. Поверните пульт управления кверху и выньте его. Важно! Для демонтажа нижней пластины осторожно отложите пульт управления в сторону управления.

Отверните все винты на нижней пластине (N). Снимите нижнюю пластину. Важно! Пульт управления состоит из отдельных сегментов и после демонтажа нижней пластины становится неустойчивым.

Монтаж Подключите трехполюсный штекер (D) с проводами коричневого, зеленого/фиолетового и красного/желттого цвета к задатчику (23).

Подключите оба однополюсных штекера (T) с проводами черного и коричневого цвета к вставке лампы задатчика (23).

Вставьте задатчик (23) в панель и закрепите его гайкой со стороны обслуживания.

Подключите двухпозиционный переключатель (24) к электрическому штекеру (S) и вставьте его в панель. Установите нижнюю пластину на место. (рис. 29, 32) Установите пульт управления на место и надежно закрепите его. Установите отделение для мелких вещей (F) или принтер. Наклейте наклейку (25) на панель.

Установите поворотную ручку (26) на задатчик (23), определите среднее положение и затяните винтовые крепления.

Затем вложите внутреннее кольцо (В) датчика поворота (28) в рулевой вал и нажатием руки соедините их между собой. При этом проложите провод по направлению вперед.

Подключите датчик поворота (28) к имеющемуся жгуту проводов (K).

Подготовка и выполнение пробной поездки 1. Проверьте электрические соединения!

2. Смажьте все точки смазки на вновь установленных деталях!

3. Выполните пробную поездку: см. раздел "Ввод в эксплуатацию автопилота CLAAS" в главе Руководства по эксплуатации "Перед вводом в эксплуатацию".

4. Сконфигурируйте машину при помощи CDS 5000.
