EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zur Umrüstung des Multikupplers an die Schneidwerke.

Folgende Schneidwerke für die Mähdrescher LEXION 580 – 510 können mit dem Umrüstsatz ET-Nr. 0517 965.0 umgerüstet werden: Sojaschneidwerk F 20 – F 30: ab 43801205 bis 43801330, Sojaschneidwerk 4,50 – 9,00 m ab 44000059, Getreideschneidwerk G 25 – G 30 ab 70700266, Getreideschneidwerk 7,50 – 9,00 m ab 71100000 Vario-Schneidwerke 5,40 – 9,00 m ab 71200000, Getreideschneidwerk 3,90 – 9,00 m ab 71400000.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 1,5 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise „Zur Sicherheit“ aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for conversion of the multi coupling on the cutterbars.

The following cutterbars for the combine harvesters LEXION 580 – 510 can be retrofitted with the conversion kit parts no. 0517 965.0: Soy cutterbar F 20 – F 30: starting from 43801205 up to 43801330, Soy cutterbar 4.50 – 9.00 m, starting from 44000059, Grain cutterbar G 25 – G 30 starting from 70700266, Grain cutterbar 7.50 – 9.00 m, starting from 71100000, Vario cutterbars 5.40 – 9.00m, starting from 71200000, Grain cutterbar 3.90 – 9.00 m, starting from 71400000.

The standard mounting time is approx. 1.5 man hour.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the parts no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

The text and pictures were kept neutral as far as possible. Differences between the individual types are mentioned in the text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

5 Conversion CONVERTING THE MULTI COUPLING Preparing for conversion Lower the cutterbar, if attached, and/or the feeder housing completely. Fold in the grain tank unloading tube.

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch (T).

Secure the combine harvester so that it cannot roll away (parking brake, wheel chocks).

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour la modification du multi-embrayage de tablier de coupe.

Les tabliers de coupe ci-dessous, compatibles avec les moissonneuses-batteuses LEXION 580 – 510, peuvent être modifiés à l’aide du jeu de modification réf. 0517 965.0: tablier de coupe pour soja, F 20 – F 30: à partir de 43801205 up to 43801330, tablier de coupe pour soja, 4,50 – 9,00 m, à partir de 44000059, tablier de coupe pour céréales, G 25 – G 30, à partir de 70700026, tablier de coupe pour céréales, 7,50 – 9,00 m, à partir de 71100000, tabliers de coupe pour Vario, 5,40 – 9,00 m, à partir de 71200000, tablier de coupe pour céréales, 3,90 – 9,00 m, à partir de 71400000.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 1,5 homme-heure.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.

Arrêter le moteur et débrancher l'interrupteur coupe-batterie (T).

Immobiliser la moissonneuse-batteuse (frein de stationnement, cales de sécurité).

Montage du jeu de câbles (2), du capteur de régime (3) et du pignon à chaîne (8) Démonter la protection (A) sur le côté droit.

Desserrer l’écrou hexagonal (S) jusqu’à ce que la chaîne de commande du rabatteur (B) soit détendue.

Dévisser la vis à tête hexagonale (C) et enlever le pignon à chaîne (D) (le pignon à chaîne ne sera plus utilisé).
