EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Kühlerkorbabsaugung für die CLAAS-Mähdrescher LEXION 480 und LEXION 460 – 405.

Die Numerierung entspricht der Anbaureihenfolge.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf der Seite 4 aufgeführt.

Jedes Anbauteil ist mit einer Nummer versehen.

Die Definierung der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«.

In dieser Auflistung sind die Abmessungen und Anzahl der Schrauben sowie die zugehörigen Teile, wie Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, aufgeführt.

INTRODUCTION

These fitting instructions explain the procedure for installing the suction fan for the rotary radiator screen on the LEXION 480 and LEXION 460 – 405.

Cette notice de montage vous explique le montage de l’aspiration du tamis rotatif de radiateur sur les moissonneuses-batteuses CLAAS LEXION 480 et CLAAS LEXION 460 – 405.

The numbers refer to the quantities required.

On page 6 can be found the list of components required for the conversion.

To identify a component, e.g. a bolt, look up its relevant number in the »shipping package«, where the dimensions and quantities as well as the respective nuts and contact washers are shown.

Anbau Kühlerkorbabsaugung anbauen Hierfür wird ein Absauggebläse nachgerüstet.

Das Gebläse bei laufender Maschine auf langsamste Drehzahl regeln. Dreschwerk ausschalten, Motor stillsetzen und Batterie-Trennschalter ausschalten!

Die große Seitenklappe rechts ausschwenken und in den Stoßdämpfern arretieren.

Kühlerschutzkorb hochschwenken: Dazu den Verschlußhebel in Richtung (A) entriegeln.

Den Kühlerschutzkorb dann hochschwenken und auf die dafür vorgesehene Stütze (S) abstellen.

Die Verlängerung (V) oberhalb des Kraftstofftanks abschrauben.

Dazu vier Sechskantschrauben M 8 x 16 herausschrauben.

With the machine running, reduce the fan speed to minimum. Once the fan speed has been reduced, then switch off the threshing, then the engine and finally remove the battery isolator switch key.

Raise the large right hand guard and support it with the gas spring.

Montage de l’aspiration du tamis rotatif de radiateur On équipe pour ce faire un ventilateur de nettoyage.

Tandis que la machine fonctionne, régler le ventilateur sur le régime le plus lent. Déconnecter les organes de battage, éteindre le moteur et déconnecter l’interrupteur séparateur de batterie!

Pivoter la grande trappe latérale à droite et la bloquer sur les amortisseurs.

Swing up the rotary screen:

Pivoter le tamis rotatif du radiateur vers le haut:

For this move the handle in the direction (A).

Pour ce faire, déverrouiller le levier de fermeture en direction de (A).

Swing the screen up and locate in the support (S).

Pivoter le tamis rotatif du radiateur vers le haut et l’immobiliser sur l’appui prévu à cet effet (S).

Remove the extension (V) above the fuel tank.

For this the four M 8 x 16 hex. bolts will have to be removed.

Dévisser la prolongation (V) au dessus du réservoir de carburant.

Pour ce faire dévisser les quatre vis six pans M 8 x 16.

Dafür oberhalb zwei Flachrundschrauben (F) abschrauben.

Auf der Rückseite des Absaugrohrflansches (K) drei Sechskantmuttern abschrauben.

Erst die Schließplatte (S) abnehmen und dann das Absaugrohr (R) herausnehmen.

Unbolt the suction pipe (R).

For this, the two mushroom headed bolts (F) will have to be removed.

Remove the three hex. nuts from the rear of the suction tube flange (K).

Sur l’arrière de la bride du tuyau d’aspiration (K) dévisser trois écrous six pans.

Firstly remove the latch plate (S) and then remove the suction tube (R).

Enlever d’abord la plaque de fermeture (S) et sortir le tuyau d’aspiration (R).

Bolt on cover (1) in place of the suction tube.

The gap (A) should be 62 mm.

The setting of the pulley should be checked and if necessary corrected. Please refer to the section reassembling the electric fan speed variator pulley.

2. Place the shim and the spring-loaded variator onto the shaft.

3. Place a straight edge (L) onto the spring-loaded variator pulley, and adjust so that the gap (B) is 42.3+0.5 mm.

Secure the pulley to the shaft using the M 10 x 8 studs.

4. Place the fan drive belt (21) into position and then adjust.

Open up the pulley, so that the gap (A) is 62 mm.

The gap (B) should now be 42.3+0.5 mm.

5. By regulating the fan speed from »slow« to »fast«, the gap (D) should not get smaller.

If necessary push the variator pulley down on the bearing bracket, then check the settings.

4. Poser et régler la courroie d’entraînement de ventilateur (21).

Pour ce faire écarter complètement l’ensemble de poulies variateur du ventilateur (électrique) jusqu’à ce que la cote (A) soit de 62 mm.

La cote (B) doit être de 42,3+0,5 mm.

5. La cote d’écartement (D) ne doit pas se réduire en cas de modification du réglage du régime de ventilateur, passage de »lent« à »rapide«.

Eventuellement décaler vers le bas l’ensemble de poulies variateur du ventilateur (électrique) au niveau du palier d’appui et vérifier le réglage.

Check the run of the belt to the intermediate drive, and if necessary correct with shims.

Bolt on the tensioner (27 to 33) to the fan (25).

Bolt on the angle (21) with the mushroom headed bolts (34).
