Diese Anbauanleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Vorbereitung für den Radioeinbau für die CLAAS` Mähdrescher LEXION 480 und LEXION 460 - 405.

These fitting instructions show how to fit the radio to the CLAAS LEXION 480 and LEXION 460 - 405 combines.

Anbau Auf der linken Kabinendachseite eine Bohrung von 16 mm bohren.

Maßangaben: X = 550 mm Y = 25 mm (Abb. 2)

Kabinendach öffnen: Hebel (H) durch Linksdrehung auf Position (O) stellen.

Anschließend das Kabinendach ganz hoch` schwenken bis die linke Gasfeder durch die Sperre (S) blockiert ist.

Auf der linken Seite Halterahmen (K) lösen und die Filter (F) herausnehmen.

Drill a 16 mm dia hole on the left hand side of the cab roof.

Perçer un trou d'un du toit de la cabine.

Dimensions:

Open the cab roof:

Ouvrir le toit de la cabine:

Turn lever (H) anticlockwise to position (O).

Tourner le levier (H) à gauche sur la position (O).

Open the cab roof, so that the gas spring on the left hand side is secured by the locking device (S).

Puis pousser le toit de la cabine vers le haut jusqu'à ce que le ressort à gaz gauche soit bloqué par le verrou (S).

Open the filter frame (K) on the left hand side, and remove the filter (F).

Massekabel (2) auf den Antennenfuß schieben.

Antennenfuß (1) von innen durch die Bohrung stecken und mit Scheibe und Mutter von außen anschrauben.

Antennenstab auf den Antennenfuß aufschrauben.

Plastikstopfen bei Öffnung (F) entfernen und Kabelring (3) einsetzen.

Die beiden Antennenleitungen und das Masse` kabel (2) durch die Öffnung (F) schieben und weiter durch den Schacht (G) führen.

Auf dem Dach die Leitungen aus dem Schacht (G) herausziehen. Dann in Öffnung (H) schieben, wo schon der Kabelsatz der Kabine liegt.

Die beiden Lautsprecherkabel (4) ebenfalls durch die Öffnung (H) schieben.

Connect the earth cable (2) to the aerial base.

Enficher le câble de masse (2) sur le pied de l'antenne.

Feed the aerial base (1) through the hole, from the inside, and secure into place with the washer and the nut.

Screw the aerial mast onto the base.

Pousser le pied de l'antenne (1) de l'intérieur à travers le perçage et le visser de l'extérieur avec une rondelle et un écrou.

Visser la tige de l'antenne sur le pied de l'antenne.

Remove the plastic bung from the hole (F) and insert the grommet (3).

Retirer le bouchon en caoutchouc à l'ouverture (F) et placer un serrec̀âble (3).

Feed the two aerial cables, and the earth lead (2) through the hole (F) and further through the hood (G).

Passer les deux câbles d'antenne et le câble de la masse (2) à travers l'ouverture (F) puis les guider à travers le couloir (G).

Pull the cables from the hood (G) out onto the roof.

The feed through hole (H) where the wiring loom is already assembled.

Feed both speaker cables (4) through the hole (H).

Puis les passer à travers l'ouverture (H) où se trouve le jeu de câble de la cabine.

Puis passer également les deux câbles des hautp̀arleurs (4) à travers l'ouverture (H).

Auf dem Dach die Leitungen (4) nach links und rechts verlegen und mit Kabelbindern befestigen. Dann jeweils in den linken Schacht und rechts durch die Öffnung des vorhandenen Kabelsatzes hindurch` führen (siehe Pfeile).

Radio (5) auf der Rückseite anschließen: Lautsprecherleitungen (4), Antennenbuchse (Z) und Versorgungsstecker (V) einstecken.

Massekabel (2) mit Federring (6) und Sechskant` mutter (7) anschrauben.

Radio (5) in den Schacht (S) schieben.

Fitting Instructions / Notice de montage Feed all the cables out of the housing (S): Y = Aerial positive Z = Aerial lead V = Supply power (available from front loom) 2 = Earth lead 4 = Loud speaker cables left and right Extend the cables (4) left and right on the roof, and secure with the tie wraps. Then feed through the available openings on the left and right hand side (see diagram).

Connect up at the rear of the radio (5): Loud speaker connections (4), aerial lead (Z), and power supply (V).

Bolt the earth cable (2) into position, with the spring washer (6) and the hex. nut (7).

Slide the radio (5) into the housing (S).

Guider tous les câbles de la gaine, du couloir (S) et les laisser sortis: Y = Plus de l'antenne Z = Prise de l'antenne V = Fiche d'alimentation (du faisceau de câble existant) 2 = Câble de masse 4 = Câble pour hautp̀arleurs gauche et droit Posser les câbles (4) sur le toit ver la gauche et la droite et le fixer avec des serrec̀âbles.

Puis les amenner une fois par la gaine gauche et une fois par l'ouverture droit du jeu câbles existant (voir flèches).

Brancher le radio (5) sur l'arrière: Enficher les câbles des hautp̀arleurs (4), la prise de l'antenne (Z) et la fiche d'alimentation (V).

Visser le câble de la masse (2) avec la bague à ressort (6) et l'écrou à six pans (7).

Pousser la radio (5) dans l'emplacement (S).

Anbau In der Kabine Lautsprecherblenden (L) links und rechts abnehmen.

Blenden (L) auf die Lautsprecher aufstecken.

Dann Lautsprecher (8) mit Blechschrauben (9) und Blechmuttern (10) anschrauben, wobei die Lautsprecheranschlüsse auf der linken Seite unten liegen müssen.

Auf der linken Seite Lautsprecherkabel (4) vom Schacht (G) zum Lautsprecher (8) verlegen und anschließen.

Auf der rechten Seite Abdeckung (N) abschrauben und Abdeckung (M) hochklappen.

Lautsprecherkabel (4) zum Lautsprecher (8) verlegen und anschließen.

Funktionsüberprüfung am Radio durchführen.

Abdeckung (N) wieder anschrauben und Abdeckung (M) herunterklappen.

Retirer dans la cabine les grilles pour des hautp̀ar` leurs (L) à gauche et à droite.

Place the grills (L) onto the speakers.

Placer les grilles (L) sur les hautp̀arleurs.

Screw the loud speakers (8) into place, using the self tapping screws (9) and the captive nuts (10).

The left hand loud speaker connections must face downwards.

Puis visser le hautp̀arleur (8) avec des vis (9) et écrous (10) à tôle et veiller à ce que les branchements pour hautp̀arleurs soient posés en bas sur le côté gauche.

On the left hand side connect the loud speaker cable (4) leads up from the housing (G) to the speaker (8).

Poser sur le côté gauche le câble pour hautp̀arleur (4) du couloir (G) vers le hautp̀arleur (8) puis brancher.

On the right hand side, unbolt cover (N) and raise cover (M).

Dévisser sur le côté droit le couvercle (N) et soulever le couvercle (M).

Pull the cable (4) for the loud speaker (8) though and connect up.

Poser et brancher ensuite le câble pour hautp̀arleurs (4) au hautp̀arleur (8).

Carry out a test on the radio.

Faire un essai de la radio.

Refit the cover (N) and lower the cover (M).

Revisser le couvercle (N) et rabattre le couvercle (M).

Auf dem Kabinendach Deckel (D) auf unbeschädigte Dichtungen überprüfen und anschrauben.

Kabinendach schließen: Sperre (S) anheben, so daß die Gasfeder entriegelt ist.

Das Kabinendach dann herunterdrücken.

Anschließend den Hebel (H) durch Rechtsdrehung auf Position (Z) stellen. Dadurch wird das Kabinen` dach verriegelt.

Check the seals for the cover (D), then refit the cover.

Vérifier la bonne étanchéité du couvercle (D) avant de le visser sur le toit de la cabine.

Close the cab roof:

Raise the securing device (S), so that the gas sping is unlocked.

Press the cab roof down.

Turn the lever (H) clockwise to position (Z) so that the cab roof is secured.
