Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Druckluftanlage an die CLAAS-Mähdrescher LEXION 480-405.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 3 aufgeführt.

Jedes Anbauteil ist mit einer Nummer versehen, die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«.

In dieser Auflistung sind die Abmessungen und die Anzahl der Schrauben sowie die zugehörigen Teile, wie Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, aufgeführt.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten.

Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

These are the instructions on fitting the air compressor system to the CLAAS Lexion 480-405 range of combine harvesters.

The shipping package is shown on page 4.

Each part has a number. The part specification e.g. for bolts is also stated in the «shipping package».

The list gives the dimensions and the quantity of the bolts as well as the parts belonging to it, like nuts and Contact washers.

Connect the air gun (58) to the cloth pipe (59) and then to the air connection (46).

Carry out a test run:

Connect a test gauge (P) to the test port.

Check the pressure is switched off at 9 bar.

The air tank (21) should fill until the pressure reaches the stated 9 bar. Then the pressure regulator will open, and the air compressor continues without pressure.

Check all the pipes, air lines and connectors that no leaks are present.
