Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau des Rotorantriebes 300 1/min an die CLAAS – Mähdrescher LEXION 480.

These fitting instructions explain the procedure for installing of the Rotor drive 300 RPM to the CLAAS – Harvester Combines LEXION 480.

Cette notice sert à vous montrer le montage de la Rotor entrainement sur les moissonneuses batteuses CLAAS LEXION 480.

On page 4 can be found the list of components required for the conversion.

Le nombre de pièces nécessaires est indiqué sur la page 4.

Each major component is Identified with a number. Each major component such as a bolt should be checked against the list of supplied components in order to determine quantity and relative components such as nuts and washers.

Arretierbolzen (H) zurück ziehen und Stroheinfallblech (E) nach vorne schwenken durch Betätigen von Hebel (N), bis Arretierbolzen (H) wieder einrastet.

Auf der rechten Seite die hintere seitliche Klappe öffnen und arretieren.

An der zweiten Stufe die Ronde abschrauben.

Disengage latch (H) and swing straw guide plate (E) forwards by means of lever (N), until latch (H) engages again.

Block the rotors with a squared timber (K).

(Fig. 3)

Raise the rear side door at the right-hand side in its locked position.

Remove cover plate on stage two.

Loosen the hex. bolts of the pulley.

(Fig. 7)

Swing the latch (H) forwards and release the tension from the power band belt (V). Remove the belt (V).

Shipping package 181 493.0: Remove one pulley on stage two.

Install spacer (1) with three existing hex. bolts M16 x 70 and contact-washer A16 on stage two.

Shipping package 181 493.0: Install the pulley (2) with hex. bolts (2) to spacer (1).

Shipping package 759 994.0: Install the existing pulley Ø477mm with hex. bolts (2) to spacer (1).

Verbundriemen (5) auflegen.

Hebel (H) nach hinten schwenken um den Verbundriemen (5) zu spannen.

Federzylinder (F) einstellen: Zylinderrohr nach Lösen der Kontermutter (K) so verstellen, bis das Ende des Meßstabes (D) bei angezogener Kontermutter mit dem Federende bündig ist.

Federlänge = 130 mm (Abb. 15)

Fitting Instructions / Notice de montage Install pullley (4) with three existing hex. bolts M16 x 70 and contact-washer A16 on stage one.

(Fig. 1 and 13)

Install the power band belt (5).

Swing the latch backwards and tension the power band belt (5).

(Fig. 1 and 14)

Adjusting the tensioner (F): Loosen lock nut (K) and adjust the spring guide tube (R) until the spring length matches the length of the gauge rod (D). Tighten lock nut (K).

Spring length = 5.1 inch (130 mm) (Fig. 15)

Lieferumfang 181 493.0: An der zweiten Stufe zuerst Distanzstück (1) und dann Keilriemenscheibe (2) mit einem Drehmomentenschlüssel anziehen.

Anzugsdrehmoment = 195 Nm Lieferumfang 759 994.0: An der zweiten Stufe zuerst Distanzstück (1) und dann vorhandene Keilriemenscheibe Ø477 mm mit einem Drehmomentenschlüssel anziehen.

Kantholz aus dem Rotorausgang entfernen.

Stroheinfallklappe zurückschwenken.

Die hintere seitliche Klappe schließen.

Batterie-Trennschalter einschalten.

Probelauf durchführen (siehe Betriebsanleitung).

Torque setting = 195 Nm (Fig. 1 und 16)

Shipping package 181 493.0: Tighten the spacer (1) and then the pulley (2) on stage two.

Torque setting = 195 Nm Shipping package 759 994.0: Tighten the spacer (1) and then the existing pulley Ø477 mm on stage two.

Torque setting = 195 Nm (Fig. 1, 17 und 18)

Remove the squared timber from the exit of the rotor system.

Swing back the straw guide plate.

Close the rear side door by raising it slightly and lowering it.

Turn on the battery isolator switch.

Carry out a test run (see Operator's Manual).
