EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten der Klimaautomatik.

Vorraussetzung für den Anbau dieses Nachrüstsatzes sind eine bereits eingebaute Klimaanlage und eine eingebaute Heizung.

Die Mähdrescher LEXION 480-410 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 0174 956.0 ab den folgenden Maschinennummerbereichen nachgerüstet werden: ab 54800011, ab 54700011, ab 54600011, ab 54500011, ab 54400011 und ab 54300011.

Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 3,5 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the automatic air conditioning control.

The precondition for the installation of this supplementary kit is an installed air conditioner and heating system.

Retrofitting of the LEXION 480-410 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 0174 956.0, is possible from the following machine number ranges: from 54800011, from 54700011, from 54600011, from 54500011, from 54400011 and from 54300011.

The standard mounting time is approx. 3,5 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the parts no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue.

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch.

Opening the cab roof Pull the lever inside the cab and fold up the cab roof from the outside.

Caution!

When folding up the cab roof, pull along antenna cables on the side carefully.

Unscrew the shock absorber (S) and attach it to an existing hexagon head bolt towards the front with a mounting angle (M) (custom-made), (fig. 1)

Unscrew the cover (D) from the cab roof. (fig. 2)

Installation Removing the control valve Remove the closing cap (V) on the right side of the machine. (fig. 3) V

3 Unhook the rope (S) at the control valve (R). Push back the rope (S). (fig. 4) S

4 Removing the temperature sensor (T) Remove the sealing compound (M) and pull the temperature sensor (T) out of the evaporator (D).

5 Pull off the turn switch (K) remove and unscrew the control screen (B).

Unscrew the clamp (L).

7 Pull off the cable plugs of the switches (W) and (R).

Unscrew the temperature switch (W) and pull it out of cab roof together with sensor (T).

Parts are not needed. (fig. 5, 8, 9)

8 Unscrew the screws (C) and remove the screen (N) with switches the (R) and (E).

Remove the rope (S) from the switch (R) and pull it out of cab roof.

9 Installing the solenoid valve (1) Close the marked hose line with a self-grip wrench (Z). (fig. 10)

Installation Close the other end of the line with a self-grip wrench as well. Unscrew the hose clamps (A) and (B) and pull hoses off the control valve (G).

Collect escaping cooling water.

Remove the control valve (G) from the bracket and screw off the bracket.

Parts are not needed.

Screw the solenoid valve (1) into the existing holes with the self-tapping screws (2).

Note: Observe the installation position.

Arrow at position (Y) must point in direction of travel of the machine.

Push on the hoses and push on and tighten the existing hose clamps (A) and (B).

Remove the self-grip wrenches.

Insert the control unit (3) in to screen (B) and screw it on with the fillister head self-tapping screw (4). (fig. 15)

15 Push the wiring loom of the temperature sensor (5) through drilled hole (C) and insert the cable ring into the drilled hole.

Cable length inside the cab approx. 250 mm. (fig. 16)

16 Push the existing cable plugs (E), (F) and the cable plug of the temperature sensors (5) onto the control unit (3). (fig. 17)

Lay the temperature sensor (T) from the thermostat (6) to the evaporator (D).

Caution!

Push the temperature sensor (T) into the evaporator (D) about 80 mm deep.

Cleanly seal off the temperature sensor (T) at position (P) using sealing compound and sealing band and position it. (fig. 18)

Installing the module (8) K

Screw on the module (8) with two fillister head self-tapping screws (7).

Push the cable plug (K) onto the module (8). Attach the edge protector (9).

Test run Start the engine.

Turn the automatic air conditioning control on and perform a function check.

Turn the engine off again after a few minutes.

Check the coolant level again and refill coolant liquid if necessary.

Check the system for leaks!

Screw the cover on the cab roof back again.

Screw the shock absorber back again.

Close the cab roof and the engine bonnet back again.

INTRODUCTION Cette notice décrit une procédure de travail sûre et économique, pour le montage ultérieur de la climatisation automatique.

La condition pour le montage de ce jeu d’équipement ultérieur est que votre machine dispose déjà d’une climatisation et d’un chauffage intégré.

Les moissonneuses-batteuses LEXION 480-410 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 0174 956.0 à partir des numéros de machine suivants: à partir de 54800011, à partir de 54700011, à partir de 54600011, à partir de 54500011, à partir de 54400011 et à partir de 54300011.

Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 3,5 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les »Consignes de sécurité« figurant dans la présente notice d'utilisation.

IMPORTANT Afin d'éviter les accidents, ce manuel et surtout les remarques, doivent être lus par toutes les personnes qui utilisent la machine, qui s'occupent de la maintenance, de l'entretien ou du contrôle. Il convient en particulier de porter une attention soutenue au chapitre »Conseils de sécurité« de votre notice d'utilisation et de respecter les consignes de prévention dans votre pays.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le type de machine / le type d'outil frontal avec la nomenclature du paragraphe »Liste des pièces fournies» et le kit des pièces fournies.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Les données techniques, poids et mesures sont sans engagement. Sous réserve d'erreur et de modifications techniques dans le cadre du développement technique.

Les termes avant, arrière, droite et gauche s'entendent toujours dans le sens d'avancement.

Arrêter le moteur et débrancher l'interrupteur-séparateur de la batterie.

Ouverture du toit de la cabine Actionner le levier à l’intérieur de la cabine puis relever le toit de la cabine de l’extérieur.

En relevant le toit de la cabine, tirer précautionneusement sur les câbles latéraux de l’antenne.

Dévisser les amortisseurs (S) et les fixer à l’aide d’une cornière de montage (M) (à fabriquer soi-même), plus en avant, sur une vis à tête hexagonale existante. (fig. 1)

Dévisser le couvercle (D) du toit de la cabine. (fig. 2)

Obturer également l’autre extrémité de cette conduite à l’aide d’une pince-étau. Dévisser les colliers de serrage (A) et (B) et retirer les flexibles de la soupape de réglage (G).

Récupérer l’eau de refroidissement s’écoulant.

Sortir la soupape de réglage (G) du support, puis dévisser ce support.

Visser l’électrovanne (1) dans les trous existants au moyen de vis parker (2).

Important : respecter la position de montage.

La flèche sur l’emplacement (Y) doit pointer dans le sens de déplacement de la machine.

Enfiler les flexibles, puis enfiler les colliers de serrage existants (A) et (B), et les serrer à fond.

Enlever les pinces-étau.

Introduire la sonde de température (T) d’environ 80 mm dans l’évaporateur (D). À l’aide d’un produit d’étanchéité et d’un ruban d’étanchéité, positionner et rendre la sonde de température (T) étanche à l’emplacement (P). (fig. 18)

Montage du module (8) K

Visser le module (8) à l’aide de deux vis parker à tête bombée (7).

Brancher la fiche de câble (K) sur le module (8).

Apposer la protection d’arête (9).

Effectuer une marche d’essai.

Mettre le moteur en marche.

Mettre la climatisation automatique en marche et vérifier son fonctionnement.

Couper le moteur après quelques minutes.

Vérifier à nouveau le niveau du liquide de refroidissement, en ajouter le cas échéant.

Contrôler l’étanchéité de l’installation !

Revisser le couvercle du toit de la cabine.

Revisser les amortisseurs.

Refermer le toit de la cabine et le capot moteur.
