Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Elektrischen Streublechverstellung für die Mähdrescher CLAAS LEXION 460 -- 405.

These instructions show the installation of the electric deflector adjustment system to the CLAAS LEXION 460 -- 405 combines.

Auf der rechten Seite die Blende (E) abschrauben.

Auf der rechten Seite Winkel (1) mit Flachrundschrauben (2) am Verteiler anschrauben.

Deckblech (3), Umlenkhebel (4), Grundblech (5) und Halteeisen (6) mit Sechskantschrauben (7 und 8) und Flachrundschraube (2) anschrauben.

Linearmotor (9) mit Bolzen (10) am Winkel (1) und am Umlenkhebel (4) einhängen.

Kabelsatz vom Linearmotor mit Befestigungsschellen (11) am Verteiler befestigen.

Montage du réglage de la tôle d’éparpillage Arrêter le moteur et activer le coupe-batterie!

Stop the engine and turn off the battery isolating switch.

Unscrew cover (E) on right-hand side.

Dévisser sur le côté droit le panneau (E).

Bolt mounting bracket (1) to spreader with mushroom head bolts (2).

Visser sur le côté droit l’angle (1) avec des vis tête plate (2) sur l’éparpilleur.

Bolt cover plate (3), control lever (4), base plate (5) and bracket (6) to spreader with hexagonal bolts (7 and 8) and mushroom head bolt (2).

Visser la tôle de protection (3), le levier de renvoi (4), la tôle de base (5) et le support (6) avec les vis à six pans (7 et 8) et la vis tête plate (2).

Attach linear motor (9) to mounting bracket (1) and control lever (4) using pins (10).

Accrocher le moteur électrique linéaire (9) avec boulon (10) à l’angle (1) et au levier de renvoi (4).

Secure wiring loom of linear motor to spreader using the cable clamps (11).

Fixer le jeu de câbles du moteur avec des colliers (11) sur l’éparpilleur.

Anbau Schubstange (12) mit Scheiben (13) und Sicherungsmutter (14) am Umlenkhebel (4) und an der mittleren Schraube des Hebels (H) aufschrauben.

BEACHTEN! Die Sicherungsmutter (14) nicht zu fest anziehen. Die Schubstange muß beweglich sein.

Kabelsatz (15) am Kabelsatz des Linearmotors und und am Stecker (S) des vorhandenen des Kabelsatzes anschließen.

Kabelsatz (15) und vorhandenen Kabelsatz mit Rohrschellen (16) und vorhandenen Sechskantschrauben an die Halter bei (A und B) anschrauben.

Kabelsatz am Verteiler und an der Seitenwand mit Befestigungsschellen (17) befestigen.

Auf einwandfreie Verlegung der Kabelsätze achten!

Die Kabelsätze in einem ausreichend großen Bogen verlegen.

In vorderster Position des Häckslers dürfen die Kabelsätze nicht am Winkel (W) anliegen.

Zum Überprüfen Häcksler nach vorn fahren (LEXION 460 -- 415).

Fitting Instructions / Notice de montage Bolt connecting rod (12) to control lever (4) and to the center bolt of lever (H) using washers (13) and self-locking nut (14).

Visser le levier de commande (12) avec rondelles (13) et écrou de blocage (14) sur le levier de renvoi (4) et sur la vis du milieu du levier (H).

IMPORTANT! Do not tighten self--locking nut (14) too tight. The connecting rod must be able to move.

ATTENTION! Ne pas trop serrer la vis de blocage (14). Le levier de commande doit rester mobile.

Connect wiring loom (15) to wiring loom of the linear motor and to plug (S) of the existing wiring loom.

Bolt wiring loom (15) and the existing wiring loom to the brackets at (A and B) using the pipe clamps (16) and the existing hexagonal bolts.

Secure the wiring loom to the spreader and to the side panel with cable clamps (17).

Ensure correct laying of wiring looms!

Lay wiring looms with a sufficient bend.

With the straw chopper in its foremost position, the wiring looms must not touch bracket (W).

Move straw chopper to the front for a check (LEXION 460 -- 415).

Brancher les jeux de câbles (15) sur le jeu de câbles du moteur électrique linéaire et sur la prise (S) du jeu de câbles existant.

Brancher le jeu de câbles (15) et le jeu de câbles existant avec des colliers (16) et des vis à six pans existantes sur les supports en (A et B).

Fixer le jeu de câbles avec des colliers (17) sur l’éparpilleur et sur la paroi.

Veiller à la bonne pose des jeux de câbles!

Poser les jeux de câbles en un arc suffisamment grand.

Dans la position la plus en avant du hachepaille les jeux de câbles ne doivent pas toucher l’angle (W).

Pour vérifier, avancer le hache-paille (LEXION 460 -- 415).

Revisser la tôle de protection (E).

Schaltpult hochschwenken. Dazu die Sechskantmutter M 8 vorn unter dem Schaltpult losschrauben.

Die Bodenplatte (B) abschrauben.

Mittenversteller (18) gemäß Abb. 12 anbringen.

Vorhandenen Kabelsatz am Mittenversteller aufstecken.

Bodenplatte wieder anschrauben, Schaltpult herunterklappen und festschrauben.

Ablage bzw. Drucker anbringen und befestigen.

Remove the blind cover at (E).

Retirer le panneau en (E).

Remove tray area (C) and / or printer.

Démonter le vide-poche (C) respectivement l’imprimante.

Unscrew the M 8 hexagonal nut at the front side under the switch console and swing up the switch console.

Pivoter vers le haut le pupitre de commande.

Pour ce faire, dévisser les écrous M 8 à l’avant sous le pupitre.

Unscrew bottom plate (B).

Dévisser la tôle de fond (B).

Install centralizing switch (18) according to Fig. 12.

Monter le système de réglage au centre (18) selon la figure 12.

Plug the existing wiring loom onto the centralizing switch.

Re-bolt the bottom plate to the console, swing the switch console down and screw down.

Re-install tray area and / or printer and secure.

Brancher le jeu de câbles existant sur le système de réglage au centre.

Revisser la tôle de fond. Replier le pupitre de commande et le revisser.

Fixer le vide-poches respectivement l’imprimante.
