Attach hydraulic cylinder (23) to jockey pulley arm (27) using the cylinder pin (30).

Riemenführungen einstellen: Die Riemenführungen bei (A, B, C) so einstellen, daß das Maß (W) bei gespanntem Keilriemen 4 – 6 mm beträgt.

Bei laufendem Motor steht an der Ringfläche, Anschluß (Q), des Niederdruck-Hydraulikzylinders ein Hydraulikdruck von 20 bar an. Hierdurch ist der Häckslerantrieb über die Spannrolle (S) ausgeschaltet.

Beim Einschalten des Häckslerantriebes wird die Kolbenfäche, Anschluß (P), ebenfalls mit 20 bar beaufschlagt. Dadurch fährt die größere Kolbenfläche die Kolbenstange aus und spannt den Antriebsriemen mit der Spannrolle (S).

Zylinderrohr (R) nach Lösen der Kontermutter (K) so verstellen, daß das Ende des Meßstabes (D) bei angezogener Kontermutter (K) mit dem Federende bündig ist. Die Federlänge beträgt dann 138 mm.

Stop the engine and remove the ignition key before making any adjustments!

Avant d’effectuer le réglage, impérativement arrêter le moteur et enlever la clé de contact.

When the engine is running, a constant pressure of 20 bar is applied to the rod end of the lowpressure hydraulic cylinder through port (Q).

This disengages the chopper drive by way of jockey pulley (S).

Lorsque le moteur tourne, on a au niveau de la petite section, raccord (Q), du vérin hydraulique basse pression, une pression hydraulique de 20 bar.

L’entraînement du hache paille est ainsi déconnecté par le biais de la poulie tendeur (S).

When engaging the chopper drive, a pressure of 20 bar is also applied to the face end (P).

The oil pressure thus acts on the larger piston area. The piston rod extends and tensions the drive belt by means of jockey pulley (S).

Lors de la mise en route de l’entraînement du hache paille, on a également 20 bar au niveau de la grande section, raccord (P). Ainsi la grande section sort la tige de piston et tend la courroie d’entraînement avec la poulie tendeur (S).
