Diese Anleitung dient zur Ergänzung der Anbauanleitung 0298 586.2 - Autopilot JAGAUR 900 - 830.

Sie beschreibt den Anbau des Laser-Autopiloten für Schwadaufnahme an die Feldhäcksler CLAAS JAGUAR 900 - 830.

Ohne die Anbauanleitung 0298 586.2 ist diese Ergänzung nicht zulässig!

A = Arretierungsschraube F = Fixierschrauben zum Verstellen des Vertikalwinkels H = Mutter zum Verstellen des Horizontalwinkels (Sensor drehen)

20 Grundeinstellung Vertikaleinstellung: Einstellung so vornehmen, dass sich die Fixierschrauben (F) in der Mitte vom Langloch befindet.

Horizontaleinstellung: Die selbstsichernde Mutter (H) so verstellen, dass die Trägerplatte vom Laserpilot parallel zur Brücke steht.

They describe how to attach the laser autopilot for swath steering to the CLAAS JAGUAR 900 – 830 forage harvester.

This supplement is invalid without the 0298 586.2 fitting instructions!

Bring the machine to a standstill and switch off the battery isolating switch.

Unscrew the casing (V) and (W).

Insert the cable (1) with pin (KC) and (KC1) at (P) from underneath in the operator's platform.

Lay the cable at (T).

Remove the tray box (A).

6 Unscrew the knurled nut (M).

Swing the console upwards.

Swing the board (E) upwards.

Lay the cable (1) under the cab.

Push pin (KC) and (KC1) at (R) upwards.

Use cable guide (K).

Screw on holding plate (H).

11 Pull the existing pin (KC) from the board.

Connect wiring loom pin (KC1) (1) with the available pin.

Close the board (E).

Lay the insulation mat to one side.

Screw on the laser (2) under the operator's platform using hexagon head bolts (3).

14 Connect the wiring loom (4) to the laser (2).

Fasten the wiring loom (4) with cable straps (5) to the hydraulic hose.

5 4 15 Lay the wiring loom (4) to the left machine side.

Take the wiring loom pin (4) at (P) to the wiring loom socket (1).

1 4 16 Fix the support (6) with the cheese head screw (7) at the wiring loom socket (1).

Separate the material (M) according to the accompanying template (9) out of the operator's platform.

A = Stop screw F = Fixing screws for adjusting the vertical angle H = Nut for adjusting the horizontal angle (Turn the sensor)

20 Basic setting Vertical setting: Carry out the setting in such a way that the set screws (F) are positioned in the middle of the slotted hole.

Horizontal setting: Adjust the self-locking nut (H) in such a way that the laser pilot support plate is parallel to the reinforcing bar.

To operate the laser autopilot please consult the JAGUAR 900 – 830 operating instructions (0297 445.6).

Visser la tôle de support (H).

Mettre sur le côté le tapis isolant.

Visser le laser (2) sou le poste de conduite en utilisant des vis six pans (3). (fig. 14)

14 Brancher le jeu de câbles (4) sur le laser (2).

Fixer le jeu de câbles (4) sur le flexible hydraulique existant en utilisant les attache-câbles (5).

5 4 15 Faire passer le jeu de câbles (4) du côté gauche de la machine.

Amener le connecteur du jeu de câbles (4) en (P) jusqu'à la prise de courant du jeu de câbles (1). (fig. 16)

1 4 16 Fixer le support (6) sur la prise de courant du jeu de câbles (1) en utilisant la vis à tête cylindrique (7).

Découper le matériaux (M) du poste de conduite en se conformant au gabarit ci-joint (9).

20 Réglage de base Réglage vertical: Procéder au réglage de façon à ce que les vis d'assemblage (F) soient au centre du trou oblong.

Réglage horizontal: Régler l'écrou autoblocant (H) pour que la plaque support du pilotage laser soit parallèle au pontet. (fig. 20) Pour la suite du montage de l'Autopilote, voir la notice de montage 0298 586.2.
