EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt den Anbau der Zusatzausrüstung CLAAS Auto Contour an das Maisgebiss RU 600 Auto Contour.

Lesen Sie daher diese Anleitung vor Beginn der Arbeiten sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie besonders den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise«.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Beginn der Arbeiten, dass der Umbausatz komplett ist.

Betrachten Sie die Auflistung "Lieferumfang" auch als Ergänzung der Ersatzteilliste.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Allgemeine Hinweise« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung »Lieferumfang«. In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.). Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte verstehen sich mit entsprechenden Toleranzen.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Das Adapterkabel ermöglicht die Steuerung des Querausgleichs beim RU in Verbindung mit dem Kippschalter (2) „Querausgleich“ im Bedienpult.

Nach dem Einbau des Adapterkabel ist der Schalter (T) „Haspel Horizontal“ ohne Funktion.

Avant de commencer le travail vérifier d'abord que tous les outils et moyens nécessaires sont complets. Comparer le modèle de machine / d'équipement, la liste en chapitre « Pièces fournies » avec le jeu de composants fourni.

La spécification des composants, p. ex. des vis, est mentionné dans la liste « Pièces fournies ».

Le faisceau électrique (1) est identifiable à l'aide des repères prévus sur les fiches. Le câble portant le repère (XB) doit être mis en place sur le côté gauche.

Per ciò leggete attentamente queste istruzioni prima di iniziare i lavori! Osservate particolarmente la rubrica »Istruzioni generali«.

Il complessivo di fornitura è riportato a pagina 4.1.

Prima di iniziare i lavori, assicurarsi che il kit di modifica sia completo.

Leggere sopratutto il paragrafo "Istruzioni generali” del libretto di uso della macchina/testata ed osservare le norme sulla prevenzioni degli infortuni, vigenti nel paese di utilizzo.

Prima di iniziare i lavori, controllare che siano disponibili tutti gli attrezzi ed utensili richiesti.

Controllare la serie di modifica fornita riferendosi al modello della macchina/testata come pure all'elenco dei pezzi riportato nel paragrafo “Complessivo di fornitura”.

La specificazione dei componenti (ad es. viti) è indicata nell'elenco che fa parte del paragrafo “Complessivo di fornitura”. Ogni componente può essere individuato tramite il numero che gli viene assegnato nel detto elenco. Ulteriori indicazioni relative ai componenti sono: matricola, denominazione, dimensione, no. DIN e quantità.

Per un orientamento più semplice, i componenti esistenti sono contrassegnati, nella descrizione dei lavori di montaggio con lettere maiuscole, mentre per i componenti nuovi viene indicato il relative numero, riportato anche nel complessivo di fornitura.

Montare nuovamente la scatola della spina.

Il cavo di adattamento consente il comando del livellamento trasversale della RU tramite l'interruttore basculante (2) ("livellamento trasversale") della scatola di comando. Una volta il cavo di adattamento montato, non è più attivo l'interruttore (T) ("spostamento orizzontale aspo"). Per poter attivare lo spostamento orizzontale dell'aspo, bisogna togliere nuovamente il cavo di adattamento (3).

PRESTAR ATENCIÓN ESPECIAL Para evitar riesgos, toda persona que aplique, mantenga, entretenga o inspeccione esta máquina/este apero, deberá leer y observar las indicaciones en estas instrucciones. Lea sobre todo el pasaje»Generalidades«de las instrucciones para el servicio y observe los reglamentos de prevención de accidentes válidas en su país.

Antes de comenzar con los trabajos, determinar si se dispone de todas las herramientas y medios auxiliares. Comparar el tipo de máquina/ apero presente con la lista en el pasaje»Volumen de entrega«y con el juego de piezas entregado.

Le rogamos tomar la especificación de las piezas, por ej. de los tornillos, de la lista»Volumen de entrega«. En esta lista cada pieza montable recibe un número de posición (n° de pos.). Más datos referentes a las piezas son: el n° de pieza de recambio, la denominación, las dimensiones, la DIN y la cantidad.

Para la mejor orientación, en las descripciones de montaje se identifican las piezas existentes con letras y las piezas nuevas con números (números de posición).

De ser posible, los textos e ilustraciones son neutrales. Las diferencias entre los tipos individuales se señalan mediante indicaciones en el texto.
