EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Drehzahlreduzierung für Bohnendrusch für die CLAAS-Mähdrescher DOMINATOR MEGA 218 – 202, MEGA 360 und MEGA 350.

Auf der Seite 4.1 sind die Anbauteile für die Drehzahlreduzierung aufgeführt.

Die Nummerierung entspricht der Anbaureihenfolge.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

Gefahr!

Motor stillsetzen und Batterie-Trennschalter ausschalten!

Den Stecker (A) vom Elektromotor abziehen und die Kabelbefestigungen lösen.

Die Schutzverkleidung (R) abschrauben.

2 Die untere Gebläse-Regelscheibe (B) durch Ziehen am Regelriemen (E) auseinanderdrücken.

Anschließend eine Sechskantschraube (N) M 12 x ca. 100 DIN 933-8.8 bis auf Anschlag in die äußere Regelscheibe schrauben.

Den Regelriemen (E) abnehmen.

Drehzahlreduzierung anbauen Hydraulikschlauch (H) abschrauben und die Öffnungen gegen Verschmutzungen verschließen.

Umwelt!

Nachtropfendes Öl auffangen und ordnungsgemäß entsorgen.

4 Keilriemen (K) entspannen und abnehmen. Zum Entspannen die Mutter (M) zurückschrauben.

M 5 Zunächst eine Hälfte der Klemmscheibe (1) oben in die Keilriemenscheibe legen. Die schräge Fläche der Klemmscheibe (1) muss nach außen zeigen.

6 Die Keilriemenscheibe (2) zunächst mit einer Zylinderschraube (3) an der oberen Hälfte der Klemmscheibe (1) anschrauben.

Die zweite Hälfte der Klemmscheibe (1) von unten einsetzen und ebenfalls mit Zylinderschrauben (3) anschrauben.

Alle Zylinderschrauben (3) einsetzen und festschrauben.

15 Keilriemenscheibe und Keilriemen vom Hydraulikpumpen-Antrieb wechseln Kompressor-Antriebsriemen (K) ablegen: S

Motorklappe öffnen.

Klemmschraube (S) lösen.

Kompressor nach hinten drücken und den Keilriemen (K) ablegen.

Achtung!

Die Schläuche der Klimaanlage dürfen nicht geknickt werden.

17 Antriebsriemen (V) vom hydrostatischem Antrieb ablegen: K

U-Stück (U) gemäß Maßangabe anfertigen und am Zylinderrohr (R) aufstecken. U-Stück mit Federsplint sichern.

Die Kontermutter (K) zurückdrehen und das Zylinderrohr (R) hineindrehen, bis der Verbundkeilriemen entspannt ist.

– Den Verbundkeilriemen (V) an der Konsole bei (S) mit zwei Keilziehern so spannen, dass die Spannrolle (O) den Verbundkeilriemen (V) bei (Y) 30+10 mm tief eindrückt.

– Sechskantmuttern (N) anziehen.

– Federzylinder (F) einstellen: Zylinderrohr (R) so verstellen, dass bei angezogener Kontermutter (K) das Rohr (M) am Halter (H) leicht anliegt.

Den Hilfsschaltblock DK01 vom Dreschwerkschalter abnehmen.

Die roten Steckkontakte von Kontakt 31 (gelb/ schwarz) und 32 (braun) abziehen.

Die roten Steckkontakte auf Kontakt 31 (gelb/ schwarz) und Kontakt 32 (braun) des neuen Hilfsschaltblocks DK11 vom Kabelsatz (12) aufstecken.

U-Stück (U) gemäß Maßangabe anfertigen und am Zylinderrohr (R) aufstecken. U-Stück mit Federsplint sichern.

Beachten!

Die Einstellung des Federzylinders (F) und das Spannen des Verbunkeilriemens (V) durch Verstellung der Hydropumpe gleichzeitig beachten.

Danger!

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch!

Remove the plug (A) from the electric motor and loosen the cable attachments.

Unscrew the protective cover (R).

2 Separate the lower fan variable speed pulley (B) by pulling on the speed control belt (E).

Then screw a hexagon head bolt (N) M 12 x approx. 100 DIN 933-8.8 into the outer variable speed pulley up to the stop.

Remove the speed control belt (E).

Fitting the speed reduction Unscrew the hydraulic hose (H) and close the openings against contamination.

Collect dripping oil and dispose of properly.

4 Release the V-belt (K) and remove it. Turn the nut (M) back to release.

M 5 First place one half of the clamping disc (1) at the top in the V-belt pulley. The angled face of the clamping disc (1) must face outwards.

6 First screw on the V-belt pulley (2) onto the upper half of the clamping disc (1) with a socket head screw (3).

Insert the second half of the clamping disc (1) from below and likewise screw on with socket head screws (3).

Insert and tighten all socket head screws (3).

Cut off the rear upper corner of the protective guard in accordance with the measures and deburr it.

Restore the colour of the cutting edge.

Measure: X = 70 mm

Push the compressor to the back and remove the V-belt (K).

Fabricate the U-piece (U) in accordance with measures and fit onto the cylinder barrel (R). Secure the U-piece with spring clip.

Turn back the lock nut (K) and rotate the cylinder barrel (R) in until the power band belt is released.

Release the V-belt pulley (S) from the shaft with a three-arm puller.

Simultaneously observe the setting of the spring cylinder (F) and the tension of the power band belt (V) while adjusting the hydrostatic pump.

N – Tension the power band belt (V) on the support at (S) with two key pullers so that the jockey pulley (O) presses the power band belt (V) in at (Y) to a depth of 30+10 mm.

– Tighten the hexagonal nuts (N).

– Adjust the spring cylinder (F): With the lock nut (K) tightened , adjust the cylinder barrel (R) so that the tube (M) lightly touches the holder (H).

Open the instrument covers (A and B) and storage compartment (C) in succession.

Connect the red plug contacts onto contact 31 (yellow/ black) and contact 32 (brown) of the new auxiliary switch block DK11 of the wiring loom (12).

MONTAGE DE LA RÉDUCTION DU RÉGIME DE ROTATION. Pivoter le tube de vidange vers l’extérieur.

Danger !

Couper le moteur et déclencher l'interrupteur-séparateur de la batterie !

Enlever le connecteur (A) du moteur électrique et détacher les fixations des câbles.

Dévisser le recouvrement de protection (R).

Écarter la poulie variateur inférieure du ventilateur (B) en tirant sur la courroie variateur (E).

Visser ensuite une vis à tête hexagonale (N) M 1212x env. 100 DIN 933-8.8 jusqu’à la butée dans la poulie variateur extérieure.

Enlever la courroie variateur (E).

Récupérer l’huile coulant et la traiter selon la réglementation en vigueur.

Pour détendre, dévisser l’écrou (M).

Visser tout d’abord la poulie trapézoïdale (2) à l’aide d’une vis à tête cylindrique (3) sur la moitié supérieure du disque de serrage (1).

Glisser l’autre moitié du disque de serrage (1) par en-dessous et le visser également à l’aide des vis à tête cylindrique (3).

Fabriquer une pièce en U (U) selon les cotes et la placer sur le tube du vérin (R). Bloquer la pièce en U à l’aide d’une goupille.

Dévisser le contre-écrou (K) et introduire le tube du vérin (R) en tournant, jusqu’à ce que la courroie poly-V soit détendue.
