148 Checking the distance Left or right mower unit
If required, check the distance between mower unit and rear tyres: • Lower mower unit to ground. • Measure the clearance(X) between top edge of threaded bolt(8) and top edge of rubber spring(11). • Slacken off nuts(9) and(10). • Carefully drive forward (in mowing direction) with the tractor until the collision protection is at its stop. • Check if the clearance between tyres and conditioner housing is at least 5cm. • Tighten nut(10) until the clearance(X) is restored again. • Lock with nut(9).
