H Reinstating JAGUAR880/860/840/820

(In this section, the item numbers in the pictures refer to the parts list in the fitting instructions.)

Unscrew the hydraulic hoses(H) and(76) from the right-hand lifting cylinder(66). Close off the feed line(76) to the pressure switch. Remove the right-hand hydraulic cylinder(66). (Fig.60)

Unscrew the hydraulic hose at the left-hand hydraulic cylinder. Fit the old hydraulic cylinders on the left and right hand sides and connect the hydraulic hoses.

The tank return line(49) can remain on the valve block under the left-hand side cladding. (Fig.61)

Separate the hydraulic line(H) from the mower unit, from the tank return line(49). Close off the tank return line. (Fig.62)

93 93 Reinstating the hydraulic control

Disconnect the cable extension(93) at the valve block at the rear of the machine. Plug the snap-on connections(S) back on to the control valves(V). (Fig.63)

Remove the cable extension(93) at the valve block on the left side behind the driver's cab. Insert the old connectors(K) again. (Fig.64)

Reinstating the central electrics

Open the central electrics unit in the driver's cab and switch around the following connectors. Unfasten the control unit(59) bracket. Remove the connectors from the control unit and plug them into the connectors for cable(85) on the cable link(B) attached to cable(85). Re-fit the control unit. (Fig.65,66)
