68 Danger!

Take particular care when working with pressure accumulators! Pressure accumulators are under high pressure! Assembly and repair work to the hydraulic system with pressure accumulator may only be carried out after releasing the fluid pressure.

When operating front attachments with Autocontour (e.g. PICKUP), the removed pressure accumulators must be reinstalled. (Fig.67,68)

Note!

Conversion work on the pressure accumulators may only be carried out by CLAAS specialist workshops.

69 Reinstating the central lubrication

If the connecting plugs of the central lubrication have been exchanged, it will be necessary to refit the old screw connections. If the lubrication interval has been adjusted, it will have to be reset to the old setting. To do this, turn the left-hand rotary switch (blue)(D). (Fig.69)

Miscellaneous

Additional weights

Remove the additional weights which were fitted to ensure adequate loading of the rear axle.

Feeder housing

Refit the feeder housing (see Assembly Manual).

Cut height indicator

Realign the cut height indicator according to the front attachment that has been fitted (see Assembly Manual).

–Swing the mower unit into the working position. The following functions must be selected from the operating terminal (–see »Control terminal«, page7.2): - Switch control system on/off (actuate for approx. 1.5 seconds).

- Set down middle mower unit on the side units which have been swung together. - Adjust mower unit relief.
