Beleuchtung

Bei Straßenfahrt werden die Scheinwerfer zum Teil verdeckt, sodaß eine Wiederholbeleuchtung an der Kabine erforderlich ist.

Removing the feeder housing

Always stop the engine and remove the ignition key before carrying out any work on the feed roller housing.

Removing the feeder housing with front attachment installed: 1. Lower the front attachment onto the ground.

Lower the stands (S) on both sides of the machine until they touch the ground and secure the stands.

Connect the red cable end (R) to terminal KL30 of the control plate. For this remove the protective cap, pass the cable grip through the protective cap and bolt on under the terminal.

Reinstall the protective cap.

Remove both lifting cylinders of the forage harvester.

Unscrew the RH and LH T-unions from the rear end of the hydraulic cylinders.

Fit the new RH (39) and LH (45) hydraulic cylinders (66) under the mounting frame to the forage harvester.

Secure the pins (68) at either side using split pins (6971).

Sécuriser les axes (68) de chaque côté à l’aide de goupilles fendues (69 - 71).

Hinten am JAGUAR, am grösseren Druckspeicher, eine neue Blende (36) einbauen.

Die Verschraubung (V) lösen und herausschrauben.

Die alte Blende falls vorhanden entnehmen, die neue Blende lagerichtig einlegen.

Die Blende muß mit der offenen Seite zur Verschraubung weisen, siehe Abb. 56.

Installing the restrictor

Fit a new restrictor (36) to the big pressure accumulator at forage harvester’s rear end.

Release and unscrew the threaded union (V).

Remove the old restrictor (if fitted) and install the new restrictor making sure that it is correctly positioned.

The open side of the restrictor must face the threaded union, see fig. 56.

Note: The wrong positioning of the restrictor can result in a faulty function.

Montage du restricteur

Dans la partie arrière de la JAGUAR, monter un nouveau restricteur (36) dans l’accumulateur de pression plus grand.

Desserrer et dévisser le raccord fileté (V).

Déposer l’ancien restricteur (si monté) et monter le noueau restricteur en veillant à son positionnement correct.

Le côté ouvert du restricteur doit être dirigé vers le raccord fileté, voir fig. 56 .

Remarque: Un restricteur mal positionné peut entraîner un mauvais fonctionnement.

Reinstall and tighten the threaded union (V).

Revisser en place et serrer le raccord fileté (V).

Connect hydraulic hose (51) (tank return line) to valve block (V) located under the LH side panel.

For this fit L-connector (30) to the existing line and connect tank return line (51) to the bottom connection of L-connector (30).

(Fig. 58) Fit the threaded male connectors (52) to the other end of return line (51).

Bolt angle (54) onto the chassis using hex. head bolt (55) M12x45, the existing contact washers and a securing nut VM12.

Secure the hydraulic line to angle (54) using hex. bolt (55), contact washer (56) and securing nut (57).

Secure all hydraulic lines to the chassis etc. using selflocking straps (61).

Fixer toutes les tuyauteries hydrauliques sur le châssis etc. à l’aide de colliers pour câbles (61).

Disconnect the plug from the control plate (socket S) and plug it into the female connector of snap-on connection (S) of cable (86). Plug the male connector of snapon connection (S) of cable (86) into the control plate (socket S).

Note: On machines whose control plate has no plugs connected to socket (S), the female connector of cable (86) remains unused. In this case use insulating tape to protect the female connector of cable (86).

Snap-on connection (C) must not be removed from cable (86).

Remove both lifting cylinders of the forage harvester.

Unscrew the RH and LH T-unions from the rear end of the hydraulic cylinders.

Grease nipples are located at either adapter side on the pivot bearings. Remove the grease nipples and connect the short lubrication hose (45) onto the right-hand pivot bearing and the long lubrication hose onto the left-hand side pivot bearing.

Connect the short lubrication hose (45) of the right-hand pivot bearing to the top snap-on threaded union (A1) and the long lubrication hose (45) of the left-hand pivot bearing to the second snap-on threaded union (A2).

Press the lock pin and at the same time slide the universal drive shaft (9) over the power take-off until the pin locks into engagement.

If the connectors of the central lubrication system have been replaced, the old threaded unions must be reinstalled.

Ist der Zeitintervall (Schmierintervall) verstellt worden, muss dieser wieder auf die alte Stellung zurückgestellt werden. Dazu den Drehschalter (D), wie in der Betriebsanleitung unter Wartung angegeben, einstellen.

If the connectors of the central lubrication system have been replaced, the old threaded unions must be reinstalled.

Si les connecteurs du système de graissage central ont été remplacés, il faut remettre en place les raccords filetés d’origine.

If the greasing interval has been changed, same must be reset to the previous position. For this set turn switch (D) to the position indicated in the operator’s manual, section „maintenance“.
