1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anbauanleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

Im Kapitel Anbau werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Befolgen Sie die Ratschläge für die richtige Pflege und Wartung Ihres Produktes, dann werden Sie eine ständige Betriebsbereitschaft und lange Lebensdauer des Produktes erzielen.

Lassen Sie auch die regelmäßigen Inspektionen durch Ihre CLAAS Fachwerkstatt durchführen. Versäumnisse in der Wartung oder falsche Bedienung führen zu Leistungsminderung und bringen Zeitverlust.

4.1.3 Lenkachsräder anbauen und Probelauf durchführen – Lenkachsräder anschrauben. Anzugsdrehmoment der Radschrauben - siehe Betriebsanleitung.

– Hydrauliköl auffüllen, bzw. Spezialwerkzeug für Unterdruckerzeugung entfernen.

Falls die Lenkachsräder und Radschrauben nicht wieder verwendet werden können, müssen diese auf dem Ersatzteilwege bestellt werden.

– Hydrauliköl auffüllen, bzw. Spezialwerkzeug für Unterdruckerzeugung entfernen.

– Lenktriebachse gegen Pendeln festsetzen. Dabei auf ausreichend Bodenfreiheit der Lenkachstriebräder achten!

– Gang herausnehmen.

Gefahr!

Tod oder schwere Verletzungen.

Beim Entlüftungsvorgang beachten: – Ausreichend Abstand halten.

– Maschine durch Unterlegkeile sichern.

– Motor in unterer Leerlaufdrehzahl kurze Zeit laufen lassen.

– Hydrauliköl nachfüllen.

– Motor in unterer Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen lassen und 4-Trac-System einschalten.

– Hydrostatischen Fahrantrieb zur Entlüftung des Systems bei halber Fahrhebelauslenkung in beide Richtungen jeweils 2 Minuten laufen lassen.

– Laufrichtung der Lenkachstriebräder kontrollieren.

– Hydrauliköl nachfüllen.

– Hydraulikanlage auf Dichtheit kontrollieren.

In the installation chapter, existing parts are marked by letters and new parts by numbers to provide better orientation.

Provided you follow the advice on care and maintenance of your product, you will be rewarded with reliable and long service from your product.

Please have the regular inspections carried out by your CLAAS specialist workshop. Omissions of parts of the maintenance schedule or incorrect operation lead to a drop in performance and cost valuable time.

– Top up hydraulic oil and/or remove special tool for creating a vacuum.

If the existing rear axle wheels and the bolts cannot be reused, they must be ordered as spare parts.

– Top up hydraulic oil and/or remove special tool for creating a vacuum.

– Arrest the rear drive axle so it will not oscillate.

Ensure sufficient ground clearance of the rear axle drive wheels!

– Disengage gear.

Observe the following while venting: – Keep a sufficient distance.

– Secure machine by wheel chocks.

– Let engine run at slow idling speed for a short time.

– Top up hydraulic oil.

– Let engine run at slow idling speed and activate the 4-Trac system.

– Let the hydrostatic ground drive run with the ground speed control lever moved halfway for 2 minutes in both directions for venting the system.

– Check the running direction of the rear drive axle wheels.

– Top up hydraulic oil.

– Check hydraulic system for leaks.

4.1.3 Poser les roues de l'essieu directeur et exécuter un test de fonctionnement – Visser les roues de l'essieu directeur. Couple de serrage des vis de roues - voir la Notice d'utilisation.

– Remplir d'huile hydraulique ou enlever l'outil spécial destiné à générer une chute de pression.

Si les roues de l'essieu directeur et les vis de roues ne peuvent pas être réutilisées, il faut en commander des neuves sous forme de pièces de rechange.

– Remplir d'huile hydraulique ou enlever l'outil spécial destiné à générer une chute de pression.

– Bloquer l'essieu directeur à roues motrices pour éviter les mouvements pendulaires. S'assurer que les roues de l'essieu directeur à roues motrices aient une garde au sol suffisante !

– Passer au point mort.

Attention aux points suivants lors du processus de purge d'air : – Se tenir à distance suffisante.

– Bloquer la machine par des cales.

– Laisser tourner brièvement le moteur au régime inférieur de marche à vide.

– Verser de l'huile hydraulique.

– Laisser tourner le moteur au régime inférieur de marche à vide et mettre en marche le système 4Trac.

– Laisser tourner l'entraînement hydrostatique avec le levier d'avancement à moitié pivoté pendant 2 minutes environ dans chaque sens d'avancement et ce pour purger l'air dans le système.

– Vérifier le sens de rotation des roues de l'essieu directeur à roues motrices.

– Verser de l'huile hydraulique.

– Vérifier l'étanchéité du circuit hydraulique.
