1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird die Rake Up als Vorsatzgerät bezeichnet. Der Mähdrescher wird als Maschine bezeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

– Wagenheber / Unterstellbock an vorgesehener Position der Maschine anbringen.

– Die Maschine so hoch anheben, dass zwischen Boden und Lenkachse ca. 350 mm Abstand vorhanden ist.

– Eine genügend lange Welle Ø 40 mm durch das Vierkantrohr führen.

– Auf beiden Seiten je einen Bock unter die Welle dicht an das Maschinengehäuse stellen.

Die Traglast der Böcke muss mindestens 6 t betragen.

– Die Maschine langsam auf die Böcke ablassen.

– O-Ringe (20) in die Zwischenflansche (17) einlegen.

– Zwischenflansche (17) und Hochdruckleitungen (C, D) mit Schrauben (21) an Hydraulikpumpe anschrauben. Dabei beachten, dass die O-Ringe eingelegt sind.

Beim Entlüftungsvorgang beachten: O

– Ausreichend Abstand halten.

– Maschine durch Unterlegkeile sichern.

3 Hydrauliköltank mit Hydrauliköl auffüllen, siehe Betriebsanleitung.

Dieselmotor bei unterer Leerlaufdrehzahl starten und sofort wieder stillsetzen.

Hydrauliköl auffüllen. Diesen Vorgang so lange wiederholen bis der Hydraulikölstand konstant bleibt. An der Druckmesseinrichtung muss ein Druckanstieg von mindestens 17 bar angezeigt werden.

4 Dieselmotor einschalten.

4-Trac-System bei aufgebockter Lenktriebachse einschalten.

Schalthebel auf Neutralstellung stellen.

Start the diesel engine at slow idling speed and stop it immediately.

Top up hydraulic oil. Repeat this process until the hydraulic oil level remains constant. The pressure gauge must show a pressure rise of at least 17 bar.

4 Start the diesel engine.

Start the 4-Trac system with the rear drive axle jacked up.

Set the shift lever to neutral.

Let the hydrostatic ground drive run at slow idling speed and with the ground speed control lever moved halfway for 2 minutes in both directions for venting the system.

5 Check the running direction of the rear drive axle wheels.

6 Check the hydraulic oil level.

7 Lower the rear wheel drive axle.

Engage 3rd gear.

Engage the 4-Trac system.

Apply the foot brake.

– Assembler la bride intermédiaire (17), le raccord fileté (18) et le raccord angulaire (19).

– Poser les joints toriques (20) dans les brides intermédiaires (17).

– Visser les brides intermédiaires (17) et les conduites haute pression (C, D) sur la pompe hydraulique, en utilisant les vis (21). S'assurer que les joints toriques sont bien en place.

– Faire passer les conduites flexibles (15, 16, 22, 23) vers l'arrière jusqu'au moteur hydro.

4.1.3 Purger l'air dans le circuit hydrostatique Danger !

Attention aux points suivants lors du processus de purge d'air :

– Se tenir à distance suffisante.

– Bloquer la machine par des cales.

1 Placer le refroidisseur d'huile à l'horizontale, voir la Notice d'utilisation 2 Brancher le dispositif de mesure de pression (0 600 bars) au niveau des raccords de mesure (902 et (903).

3 Remplir le réservoir d'huile hydraulique avec de l'huile hydraulique, voir la Notice d'utilisation.

Démarrer le moteur diesel à un régime inférieur de marche à vide et l'arrêter immédiatement.

Remplir d'huile hydraulique. Répéter ce processus jusqu'à ce que le niveau d'huile hydraulique reste constant. Le dispositif de mesure de pression doit afficher une montée en pression d'au moins 17 bars.

4 Mettre en marche le moteur diesel.

Mettre en marche le système 4-Trac alors que l'essieu directeur à roues motrices est sur chandelles.

Positionner le levier de changement de vitesses sur la position neutre.

Laisser tourner l'entraînement hydrostatique à un régime inférieur de marche à vide et le levier d'avancement à moitié pivoté pendant 2 minutes environ dans chaque sens d'avancement et ce pour purger l'air dans le système.

5 Vérifier le sens de rotation des roues de l'essieu directeur à roues motrices.

6 Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique.

7 Mettre l'essieu directeur à roues motrices 4 sur chandelles.

Passer la troisième.

Mettre en marche le système 4 Trac.

Appuyer sur la pédale de frein.

Positionner le moteur diesel sur un régime maxi de charge à vide.

Pivoter lentement le levier d'avancement vers la marche avant et vers la marche arrière, respectivement 5 secondes. La valeur mesurée doit se situer entre 420 et 450 bars.

8 Vérifier l'étanchéité du circuit hydraulique.

9 Enlever les raccords de mesure.
