1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird die Rake Up als Vorsatzgerät bezeichnet. Der Mähdrescher wird als Maschine bezeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

- Vorher abgebaute Sicherheitseinrichtungen anbauen.

- Hydraulikölstand kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

Hydraulikanlage auf Dichtheit kontrollieren.

- Getriebeölstände angebauter Komponente kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

- Verwendetes Werkzeug zurücklegen.

- Nachgerüstete und/oder abgebaute elektrische Anschlüsse kontrollieren.

- Alle neu hinzugekommenen Schmierstellen abschmieren.

– Einstellungen an der Maschine kontrollieren.

– Probelauf durchführen.

– Hydraulikölstand kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

In the chapters below, the Rake-up will be referred to as front attachment. The combine harvester will be referred to as machine.

Texts and figures apply to all models as far as possible. The information given equally applies to all models, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the figures or in the main text.

4.1.5 Prepare and carry out a test run – If necessary, carry out the following work prior to a test run: - Retighten threaded joints of all newly installed parts.

- Refit any safety features previously removed.

- Check the hydraulic oil level. Top up if necessary.

Check tightness of hydraulic system.

- Check gearbox oil levels of fitted components.

Top up if necessary.

- Put back all tools used.

- Check retrofitted and/or removed electric connections.

- Grease all newly added grease points.

4.1.5 Préparer un fonctionnement test et le réaliser – Si nécessaire, effectuer les travaux suivants avant de réaliser le test de fonctionnement : - Resserrer tous les raccords vissés de toutes les pièces neuves mises en place.

- Auparavant, reposer tous les dispositifs de sécurité déposés.

- Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

Vérifier l'étanchéité du circuit hydraulique.

- Vérifier les niveaux d'huile b.v. des composants mis en place. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

- Ranger les outils utilisés.

- Vérifier les raccords électriques réalisés et/ou déposés.

- Lubrifier tous les nouveaux points de lubrification.

– Vérifier les réglages sur la machine.

– Effectuer un test de fonctionnement.

– Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.
