EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt einen sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Nachrüsten des Video-Systems.

Die Mähdrescher LEXION 480 – 410 können mit dem Nachrüstsatz ET-Nr. 179 217.0 ab den folgenden Maschinennummernbereichen nachgerüstet werden: 54100011, 54200011, 54300011, 54400011, 54500011, 54600011, 54700011, 54800011 Die Montagerichtzeit beträgt ca. 3 Mannstunden.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Hinweise »Zur Sicherheit« aus der aktuellen Betriebsanleitung müssen beachtet werden.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt »Zur Sicherheit« aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp/Vorsatztyp, der Aufstellung im Abschnitt »Lieferumfang« und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Motor stillsetzen und Batterie-Trennschalter ausschalten.

Montage durchführen Halter (H) von der Kamera (1) abschrauben.

Halter mittig auf der hinteren Klappe ausrichten und nach dem Maß X = 40 mm vier Bohrungen markieren.

Vier Löcher mit Ø 7 bohren.

Kabelsatz (5) in die obere Öffnung des Holmes einführen, nach unten verlegen und aus der unteren Öffnung wieder herausführen (siehe Pfeile).

Kabelsatz (5) mit Kabelbinder (6) an vorhandenen Leitungen befestigen.

INTRODUCTION These instructions describe the safe and timesaving work sequence for retrofitting the video system.

Retrofitting of the LEXION 480 – 410 combine harvesters, with the supplementary kit part no. 179 217.0, is possible from the following machine number ranges: 54100011, 54200011, 54300011, 54400011, 54500011, 54600011, 54700011, 54800011 The standard mounting time is approx. 3 man hours.

See page 4.1 for the shipping package.

IMPORTANT The instructions contained in this manual should be carefully read and observed by all persons who are concerned with the operation, maintenance and inspection of this machine/ front attachment in order to prevent accidents.

Especially the »Safety Rules« in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Before commencing with the job, ensure that all the tools and service aids are available.

Compare existing machine type/front attachment type with the list in the chapter »Shipping Package« and the parts kit supplied.

The specification of the components, e.g. bolts, is shown on the shipping package. The shipping package shows the position number (pos. no.) of the components. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have a position number but belong to the bolt listed above which does have a position number. Additional part specifications are the part no., description, measurements, DIN and the quantity.

In order to help with the assembly, existing components in the instructions are identified with letters, whereas new parts have been identified with a number (position number).

Texts and pictures apply, in general, to all machine types covered by this book and the information given applies equally, except where reference is made to a particular model in captions to the pictures or in the main text.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. CLAAS reserve the right to make changes subsequently as technical developments continue. Responsibility for errors or omissions not accepted.

Front, rear, right and left refer to the direction of forward travel.

5 Installation INSTALLING THE VIDEO SYSTEM Preparing the installation Danger!

Stop the engine and switch off the battery isolator switch.

Carrying out the assembly Unscrew the holder (H) from the camera (1).

Align the holder on the middle of the rear door and mark four drilled holes according to the measure X = 40 mm.

Drill four holes with Ø 7.

Fasten the holder (H) with four hexagon head bolts (2).

(Fig. 1) 1 Screw the camera (1) onto the holder (H).

Fasten the cable of the camera (1) with two pipe clamps (3) and two mushroom head screws (4).

2 Unscrew the cover (V) on left side.

Installation Connect the wiring loom (5) to the cable of the camera (1).

Insert the wiring loom (5) into top opening of the frame member, lead it to the bottom and pull it out through the bottom opening (see arrows).

Fasten the wiring loom (5) to the existing lines with cable band (6).

4 Lead the wiring loom (5) to the front along the side panel and push it into the hollow space (see arrow).

Fasten the wiring loom (5) to the existing lines with cable band (6).

5 Lead the wiring loom (5) out of hollow space (see arrow) and to the mounting column at the top.

Fasten the wiring loom (5) to the existing lines with cable band (6).

6 Lead the wiring loom (5) to the front behind the mounting column (see arrow).

Fasten the wiring loom (5) to the existing lines with cable band (6).

Lead the wiring loom (5) along the existing bunch of cables to the front and to the platform and fasten it with cable band (6).

8 Lead the wiring loom (5) under the platform to the wire channel.

9 Lead the wiring loom (5) to the right side through the wire channel (K).

K 10 Insert the cable ring (7) into the opening at the end of the wire channel (see arrow).

Lead the wiring loom (5) into the cab through the cable ring (7) (see arrow).

Installation Remove the printer or the storage compartment in the cab.

Remove the wiring loom (5) from the switch console.

Release the plug (S) of the wiring loom at the printer and connect the wiring loom (8) (see arrows).

Lead the wiring loom (5 and 8) to the side along the door to the front frame member.

13 Screw the holder (9) onto the front right frame member with the hexagon head bolts (10).

Fasten the holder (11) to the holder (9) with the hexagon head bolts (12).

14 Fasten the sun screen (13) onto the monitor (14) and screw it to the monitor.

Connect the wiring loom (5 and 8) to the monitor (13) (see arrow).

Glue the wire channel (15) to the side of the frame member without covering ventilation slots.

Lead the wiring loom (5 and 8) into the wire channel (15).

Preparing and performing the test run 1. Mount all safety features and make sure that they are operative.

2. Turn on the battery isolator switch 3. Set the ignition key to the ignition.

4. Turn on the monitor.

5. Adjust the swivel angle of the camera (1).

Les moissonneuses-batteuses LEXION 480 – 410 peuvent être équipées ultérieurement avec le jeu d’équipement supplémentaire réf 179 217.0, à partir des numéros de machine suivants: 54100011, 54200011, 54300011, 54400011, 54500011, 54600011, 54700011, 54800011 Le temps de montage alloué s’élève à environ 3 homme-heures.

Les pièces contenues sont mentionnées à la page 4.1.

Il est impératif de respecter les « Consignes de sécurité » figurant dans la notice actuelle d'utilisation.

La spécification des pièces, par ex. pour les vis est mentionnée dans la « Liste des pièces fournies ». Dans cette liste chaque composant est muni d'un numéro de position (no. de pos.).

Les pièces telles que les écrous et les rondelles contact n'ont pas de numéro de position. Ces pièces font partie du numéro de position de la vis avec laquelle elles sont montées. En plus y sont indiqués le numéro de pièce détachée, la désignation, la dimension, DIN et le nombre.

Pour une meilleure orientation, dans les instructions de montage, les pièces déjà existantes sont munies des lettres et les pièces neuves sont munies des chiffres (numéro de position).

Les textes et les tableaux sont établis neutres, autant que possible. Les différences entre les modèles sont mises en évidence par des renvois dans le texte.

Arrêter le moteur et débrancher l'interrupteur-séparateur de la batterie.

Effecteur le montage Dévisser le support (H) de la caméra (1).

Disposer le support au centre de la trappe arrière et marquer les quatre alésages en respectant la cote X = 40 mm.

Percer quatre trous de Ø 7 mm.

Fixer le support (H) avec l'aide de quatre vis à tête hexagonale (2).

Le mietitrebbie LEXION 480 – 410 possono essere equipaggiate con l'aggiornamento nr. matr. 179 217.0 a partire dai seguenti numeri di serie di macchina: 54100011, 54200011, 54300011, 54400011, 54500011, 54600011, 54700011, 54800011 Il montaggio richiede un tempo di ca. 3 ore.

Il complessivo di fornitura è descritto alla pagina 4.1.

Prima d'iniziare il lavoro verificare la presenza di tutti gli attrezzi e degli accessori. Confrontare il modello interessato di macchina/ testata con l'elenco riportato nel paragrafo "Complessivo di fornitura" e verificare i particolari forniti.

Le specifiche dei componenti, ad esempio le viti, si trovano nell' "Complessivo di fornitura".

In questo elenco, ogni componente dispone di un numero di posizione. (Pos. Nr.). La minuteria, come dadi e rondelle, è priva di numero di posizione. Questi pezzi ricevono il numero di posizione della vite con cui vengono montati.

Ulteriori dati riferiti ai pezzi sono costituiti da Nr. di matricola, descrizione, dimensioni, DIN e quantità.

Nelle descrizioni di montaggio, per praticità i particolari esistenti sono contrassegnati da lettere, mentre quelli nuovi vengono contrassegnati dal codice pezzo (numero di posizione).

I testi e le figure sono stati mantenuti, nel limite del possibile, neutri. Le differenze tra i modelli vengono indicate nel testo.

Disporre centralmente il supporto sul coperchio posteriore e contrassegnare i 4 fori secondo la quota X = 40 mm.

Introdurre la matassa cavi (5) nell'apertura superiore del montante, disporla verso il basso e farla nuovamente uscire dall'apertura inferiore (vedi le frecce).

Fissare la matassa cavi (5) alle tubazioni presenti con i morsetti (6).
