EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der CLAAS Sonnenblumen-Vorsätze für MEGA, MEDION und DOMINATOR-Schneidwerke.

Der Lieferumfang ist auf Seite 4.1 aufgeführt.

Die Nummerierung entspricht der Anbaureihenfolge.

BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine/Vorsatz einsetzen, warten, instand halten oder kontrollieren. Lesen Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Zur Sicherheit“ aus Ihrer Betriebsanleitung und beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Die Spezifikation der Teile, z.B. bei Schrauben, entnehmen Sie bitte der Auflistung "Lieferumfang". In dieser Auflistung bekommt jedes Anbauteil eine Positionsnummer (Pos.-Nr.).

Teile, wie z.B. Muttern und Contact-Scheiben, bekommen keine Positionsnummer. Diese Teile gehören zu der Positionsnummer der Schraube, mit der sie montiert werden. Weitere Angaben zu den Teilen sind die Ersatzteil-Nr., die Bezeichnung, die Abmessung, die DIN und die Anzahl.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen (Positionsnummern) gekennzeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Typen wird durch Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Vorn, hinten, rechts und links gilt immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und/oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Kennzeichnung von Hinweisen, bei deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Bedieners oder seiner Mitmenschen besteht.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

Anbau Für die Haslelabdeckung können zwei verschiedene Systeme angewendet werden: 1. Haspel-Gitterbleche, oder 2. Haspelzinken-Abdeckung

Haspel-Gitterbleche einbauen Steuerstern ausbauen (Haspelantrieb links) K

Haspel-Antriebskette abnehmen. Dazu Splint (S) entfernen und die Kontermutter (K) lösen. Anschießend das Rohr (R) zurückdrehen bis die Kette (T) entspannt ist. Die Kette am Kettenschloss trennen und abnehmen.

Haspelgitter (7) auf die Federzinken schieben und mit je 2 Fachrundschrauben (8) an Halter (4) anschrauben.

Haspelgitter (7) mit je 3 Klemmen (9) und Flachrundschrauben (10) an den Haspel-Zinkenrohren befestigen.

Gummistreifen (14) mit Klemmleisten (15) und Sechskantschrauben (16) an Abdeckbleche (10) anschrauben. Dabei die Haspel-Federzinken zwischen Gummistreifen (14) und Klemmleisten (15) einklemmen.

Blinddeckel (17) mit vorhandenen Sechskantschrauben an allen offenen Zinkenrohr-Lagerstellen anschrauben.

Hinweis: Den Steuerstern nicht ausbauen.

Das Zylinderrohr (Z) nach Lösen der Kontermutter (K) so verstellen, dass die Anschlagscheibe im Zylinderrohr (Z) in der Mitte der Bohrung (W) sichtbar ist. Kontermutter wieder anziehen.

26 Halmteiler und Schiffchen anbauen Halmteiler (18) auf die Schneidwerk-Seitenwand aufsetzen und mit einer Schraubzwinge festsetzen.

Die Verstärkung (V) muss vorn an der Schneidwerk-Seitenwand anliegen.

Den Anbau der Halmteiler auf beiden Seiten vornehmen.

Alle Sechskantschrauben (S) zwischen den Druckdaumen (D) herausschrauben.

Die Ausgeichscheiben, die auf dem Messerbalken liegen, werden an gleicher Stelle wieder verwendet.

30 Auf der rechten Seite Schiffchen (21) mit Sechskantschrauben (22) am Messerbalken anschrauben.

Beachten!

Die Contact-Scheiben B 10 müssen unter dem Schraubenkopf gelegt werden.

Die rechte Abkantung vom Schiffchen muss außen hinter der Seitenwand montiert werden. Nur der vordere Teil der Abkantung wird innen angebracht.

Die Löcher in dem Halmteiler dann Ø 6,5 mm durchbohren.

Schiffchen und Halmteiler mit Flachrundschrauben (23) miteinander verschrauben.

Das Schiffchen in der Höhe mit dem Distanzstück (24)* und Ausgleichplatten (25) ausrichten. Die Befestigungsschrauben der Messerkopf-Befestigung müssen ausreichend Abstand haben. * Bei älteren Schneidwerken, an denen an dieser Stelle ein Messerdaumen montiert ist, wird das Distanzstück (24) nicht benötigt.

Bei Nachrüstsätzen, an denen das Distanzstück (24) bereits zusätzlich angeschweißt ist, muss dieses dann wieder abgetrennt werden. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit den Messerdaumen auszubauen.

Schiffchen und Halmteiler gleich wie auf der rechten Seite verschrauben.

Schiffchen (28 mit Einschnürung E) und Abstützung (P) auf der linken Seite an zweiter Stelle mit Flachrundschrauben (29) und vorhandenen Sechskantmuttern M 10 sowie Contact-Scheiben A 10 anschrauben.

Mit der Tasche unter dem Schiffchen werden 3 Fingerspitzen abgedeckt.

Alle weiteren Schiffchen (30) und Abstützungen (P) mit Fachrundschrauben (29) und vorhandenen Sechskantmutterm M 10 sowie Contact-Scheiben A 10 anschrauben.

Mit den Taschen unter den Schiffchen werden jeweils 4 Fingerspitzen abgedeckt.

Anbau Haspel-Tiefenbegrenzung anbringen: Die Haspel-Tiefenbegrenzungen (27) können bei Bedarf mit den Kontermuttern der Haspel-Hydraulikzylinder festgesetzt werden. Hierdurch wird ein Anstoßen der Haspelzinken vermieden.

The “Safety Rules” in the operator's manual should be read with the utmost care and adhered to. In addition, please also observe the accident prevention regulations that apply for your own country.

Please refer to the list in the “Shipping Package” for the parts specifications e.g. in the case of bolts. Every part listed here has a Part Number. Parts such as nuts and contact washers do not have part numbers. These parts are listed under the part number for the screws with which they are fitted. Further information with regard to the parts is the spare parts no., description, dimensions, the DIN and the quantity.

Adjust cylinder pipe (Z) after loosening lock nut (K) in such a way that the thrust washer in the cylinder barrel (Z) in the centre of the drilled hole (W) is visible.

Retighten the lock nut.

Réaliser tous les travaux sous le tablier de coupe et le rabatteur relevés uniquement si les béquilles sont installées en toute sécurité !

Béquille de sécurité du convoyeur Relever complètement le canal d'alimentation.

Débloquer la béquille de sécurité (S) au niveau du verrouillage (R) et la rabattre sur le vérin hydraulique.

Montage Deux systèmes différents peuvent être utilisés pour le recouvrement du rabatteur : 1. Des tôles perforées de rabatteur ou 2. un recouvrement des doigts du rabatteur

Pose des tôles perforées du rabatteur Dépose de la couronne de commande (entraînement gauche du rabatteur) K

Enlever la chaîne d'entraînement du rabatteur. Pour ce faire enlever la goupille (S) et desserrer le contre-écrou (K). Dévisser ensuite le tube (R) jusqu'à ce que la chaîne (T) soit détendue. Ouvrir la chaîne au niveau du maillon de fermeture et l'enlever.

Sortir la clavette noyée.

11 Sur le côté gauche, à l'aide d'un dispositif de levage approprié, relever légèrement le rabatteur au niveau du tube central du rabatteur. Pousser le rabatteur à fond vers l'avant. (fig. 12)

12 Avec précautions, tirer vers le bas le rabatteur côté gauche pour le sortir du tube de support du rabatteur.

Tirer de l'arbre le palier du rabatteur (L). (fig. 13)

13 Déterminer la cote (X) du palier de la couronne de commande par rapport à l'extrémité de l'arbre (env. 180 mm). (fig. 14)

16 Desserrer la bague d'arrêt intérieure (R), la placer sur la cote déterminée précédemment (X) et la bloquer. (fig. 17)

17 Pousser le palier du rabatteur (L) sur l'arbre du rabatteur. Pousser le rabatteur vers l'arrière sur le bras de support du rabatteur. Monter la bague d'arrêt (R) et la clavette d'ajustage.

Accrocher la tringlerie de tension de chaîne (T).

Du côté creux de chacune des couronnes du rabatteur, monter un écrou M 8 entre la couronne et le support (4).

23 Visser le suppport (4) sur les couronnes extérieures en utilisant des vis six pans (6).

Glisser la grille du rabatteur (7) sur les dents élastiques et visser à chaque fois à l'aide de 2 vis à tête bombée (8) sur le support (4).

Fixer la grille du rabatteur (7) à l'aide de chaque fois 3 pattes de serrage (9) et de vis à tête bombée (10) sur les tubes porte-doigts du rabatteur.

(fig. 1, 23, 24) 24 Pose du recouvrement des doigts du rabatteur Démonter complètement un tube porte-doigts sur deux.

Visser d'abord sans serrer, sur les tubes porte-doigts du rabatteur restants, les tôles de recouvrement (11) en utilisant les pinces (12) et les boulons à tête bombée (13).

Visser les bandes caoutchouc (14) avec les réglettes de serrage (15) et les vis six pans (16) sur les tôles de recouvrement (10). Au cours de cette opération, bloquer les dents élastiques du rabatteur entre les bandes caoutchouc (14) et les réglettes de serrage (15).

Serrer toutes les vis. À l'aide des vis à tête hexagonale existantes, visser un cache aveugle (17) sur tous emplacements libres des tubes porte-doigts.

Remarque : Ne pas déposer la couronne de commande. (fig. 2, 25)

Régler le vérin à ressort :

Après avoir desserré le contre-écrou (K) régler le tube de vérin (Z) pour que la rondelle de butée soit visible dans le tube de vérin (Z) au centre du trou (W).

Resserrer le contre-écrou. (fig. 26) 26 Pose du diviseur et de la navette Poser le diviseur (18) sur la paroi latérale du tablier de coupe et le fixer avec un serre-joint.

Le renfort (V) doit reposer à l'avant sur la paroi latérale du tablier de coupe.

Accrocher le crochet (19) à l'oeillet de tendeur et l'aligner.

Visser le crochet en utilisant les vis six pans (20).

Pousser le tendeur vers le bas en position de fermeture.

Régler les oeillets de tendeur de façon à ce que le tendeur puisse être difficilement poussé vers le bas.

Pour les équipements en option sur lesquels la pièce d'entretoisement (24) est déjà soudée, celle-ci doit être enlevée. Il y a cependant aussi la possibilité de déposer le serre-lame.

Visser la navette et le diviseur comme pour le côté droit. (fig. 33)

Visser la navette (28 avec striction E) et le support (P) sur le côté gauche en utilisant les boulons à tête bombée (29) et les écrous six pans existants M 10 ainsi que les rondelles contact A 10.

La poche sous la navette permet de recouvrir 3 pointes de doigts.

Visser toutes les autres navettes (30) et supports (P) en utilisant les boulons à tête bombée (29) et les écrous six pans existants M 10 ainsi que les rondelles contact A 10.
