Diese Anbauanleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der Rundumleuchten für die CLAAS`Mähdrescher LEXION 480 und LEXION 460 - 405.

These fitting instructions show how to fit the warning beacons to the CLAAS LEXION 480 and LEXION 460 - 405.

Anbau In der Kabine aus der Schalterblende (B) die Abdeckkappe (K) entfernen.

Anschließend die Blende (B) ausbauen.

Hierfür sechs Senkschrauben M 4 x 8 heraus` schrauben.

An den Platz der Abdeckkappe (K) den Dreh` schalter (1) montieren.

Drehschalter (1) von innen in die Blende (B) einstecken und von außen mit zwei Muttern befestigen.

Von außen den Drehknopf (2) mit Einleger (3) in den Drehschalter (1) einsetzen.

Kabelstecker (S) am Drehschalter (1) anschließen.

Schalterblende (B) einbauen, dabei auf die Kabel` verlegung achten.

Remove the switch panel (B).

For this remove the hex. bolts M 4 x 8.

Retirer le couvercle (K) du panneau des interrupteurs (B) dans la cabine.

Puis retirer le panneau (B).

Pour ce faire, dévisser 6 vis à tête conique M 4 x 8.

Fit the rotary switch (1) where the cap (K) was removed from.

Monter à la place du couvercle (K) l'interrupteur rotatif (1).

The switch (1) is fed into the panel (B) from behind, then secured with two nuts on the outside.

Placer l'interrupteur rotatif (1) de l'intérieur dans le panneau (B) et le fixer de l'extérieur avec deux écrous.

Insert the switch knob (2) with insert (3) onto the rotary switch (1).

Connect the plug (S) onto the switch (1).

Placer de l'extérieur le bouton rotatif (2) avec une pièce encastrée (3) dans l'interrupteur rotatif (1).

Brancher la prise de câble (S) dans l'interrupteur rotatif (1).

Refit the switch panel (B), ensuring that no cables get caught.

Remonter le panneau (B) et veiller à la bonne pose des câbles.

Anbau Rundumleuchte vorne anbauen Kabinendach öffnen: Hebel (H) durch Linksdrehung auf Position (O) stellen.

Anschließend das Kabinendach ganz hoch` schwenken bis die linke Gasfeder durch die Sperre (S) blockiert ist.

Verbindungskabel (4) durch Rohrgeländer zum Anschlußstecker (F) verlegen, aber noch nicht anschließen.

Montage du gyrophare avant

Open the cab roof:

Ouvrir le toit de la cabine:

Turn lever (H) anticlockwise to position (O).

Tourner le levier (H) à gauche sur la position (O).

Open the cab roof, so that the gas spring on the left hand side is secured by the locking device (S).

Puis pousser le toit de la cabine vers le haut jusqu'à ce que le ressort à gaz gauche soit bloqué par le verrou (S).

Feed the connecting cable (4) through the hand rail to the connector (F), but at this stage do not connect up.

Connect the cable (4) to the socket (5).

Verbindungskabel (4) mit dem Stecker (F) zusammenstecken.

Stopfen (6) so aufstülpen, daß die Rundumleuchte (7) aufgesteckt werden kann.

Rundumleuchte (7) auf die Steckdose (5) stecken.

Kabinendach schließen: Sperre (S) anheben, so daß die Gasfeder entriegelt ist.

Das Kabinendach dann herunterdrücken.

Anschließend den Hebel (H) durch Rechtsdrehung auf Position (Z) stellen. Dadurch wird das Kabinen` dach verriegelt.

Connect the cable (4) with the connector (F).

Put the bung (6) on so that the warning beacon (7) can still be connected.

Plug the warning beacon (7) into the socket (5).

Poser le gyrophare (7) sur la prise (5).

Close the cab roof:

Fermer le toit de la cabine:

Raise the securing device (S), so that the gas sping is unlocked.

Soulever le verrou (S) jusqu'à ce que le ressort à gaz soit déverrouillé.

Press the cab roof down.

Turn the lever (H) clockwise to position (Z) so that the cab roof is secured.

Anbau Rundumleuchte hinten anbauen Die rechte Seitenklappe öffnen und in der Endstellung der Gasfedern verriegeln.

Das Verbindungskabel (8) von unten durch das Rohrgeländer zum Flansch verlegen, wo Halter (9) angeschraubt wird, aber noch nicht anschließen.

Halter (9) mit Sechskantschrauben (10) mit Mutter und ContactS̀cheibe am Geländer anschrauben, wobei das braune Massekabel (M) mit angeschraubt wird.

Montage du gyrophare arrière

Open the right hand side guard and secure in the end position of the gas spring.

Ouvrir la trappe droite et verrouiller les ressorts à gaz en position finale.

Insert the cable (8) into the bottom of the hand rail and feed through to the flange where the bracket (9) is bolted. Do not connect yet.

Poser le câble de connexion (8) d'en bas à travers la rampe en tube vers le bride où le support est vissé, attendre de brancher.

Feed the whitev̀iolet (K) through the bracket (9) and connect up with the socket (11).

Bolt the bracket (9) with the hex. bolt (10), nut and contact washer to the hand rail, ensuring that the brown earth cable (M) is also connected.

Screw the connector (11) into the bracket (9).

Rundumleuchte (13) auf die Steckdose (12) aufstecken.

Die Seitenklappe zum Entriegeln der Gasfedern leicht anheben und zurückklappen.

Funktionstest durchführen: Zündung einschalten und neuen Drehknopf (2) betätigen.

To close the side guard, lightly raise it to release the catch in the gas spring, then lower.

Switch on the ignition, and turn the new knob (2).
