1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird das Schneidwerk als Vorsatzgerät bezeichnet. Der Mähdrescher / Feldhäcksler wird als Maschine bezeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

Lesen Sie insbesondere die Abschnitte „Zur Sicherheit“ in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine.

TUCANO – An der hinteren rechten Säule zwei Stopfen (S) entfernen und eine Schraube (H) abschrauben.

– Aschenbecher (A) herausnehmen.

– Rahmen (R) ausbauen und Schraube abschrauben.

– Bedienpult entriegeln und nach oben schwenken.

– Schrauben (T) abschrauben.

– Hinter der Verkleidung (V) liegende Steckverbindungen von den Schaltern lösen.

– Verkleidung (V) abnehmen.

– Antennenkabel der GPS-Antenne (5) und das Antennenkabel der GSM-Antenne (3) vom Ende des vorhandenen Wellrohres (W) entlang der Säule zur Zentralelektrik verlegen.

– Antennenkabel (3) und (5) mit Kabelbindern (8) an vorhandenen Kabeln befestigen.

– Klappe (K) fest verschließen.

– Bedienpult nach unten schwenken.

– Frontblende wieder anschrauben.

- Hydraulikölstand kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

1.1.1 How to use this manual This manual shows you how to assembly the parts listed in the Package List section.

In the following chapters, the cutterbar is referred to as a front attachment. The combine harvester / forage harvester is referred to as the machine.

Text and pictures are kept neutral if possible.

Differences are indicated using picture headings or text notes.

In the assembly descriptions, for better clarification, existing parts are designated using letters and new parts are designated using numbers.

Directions such as front, back, right and left are always relative to the direction of travel.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. We reserve the right to make changes in response to technical development and errors.

Please refer in particular to the sections on "Safety Rules" in the operator's manual of the machine.

Using spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment other than original CLAAS manufacture, which has been tested and approved by CLAAS, may have a negative effect on predefined construction characteristics of the CLAAS machine or its functional efficiency, and therefore may impair the active and / or passive driving safety as well as the operational safety (protection against accidents).

Estrarre la chiavetta d'accensione.

Estrarre chiavetta dell'interruttore di sconnessione della batteria.

– Disporre lungo il piantone il cavo dell'antenna GPS (5) e il cavo dell'antenna GSM (3), dall'estremità del tubo ondulato presente (W) verso la centralina elettrica.

– Mediante le fascette ferma cavi (8), fissare i cavi delle antenne (3) e (5) ai cavi già presenti.

TUCANO – Togliere due cappellotti (S) dal piantone posteriore destro e svitare una vite (H).

– Estrarre il posa cenere (A).

– Smontare la cornice (R) e svitare la vite.

– Sbloccare il cruscotto e ribaltarlo verso l'alto.

– Svitare le viti (T).

– Dietro il rivestimento (V), staccare i collegamenti a spina dagli interruttori.

– Rimuovere il rivestimento (V).

– Disporre lungo il piantone il cavo dell'antenna GPS (5) e il cavo dell'antenna GSM (3), dall'estremità del tubo ondulato presente (W) verso la centralina elettrica.

– Mediante le fascette ferma cavi (8), fissare i cavi delle antenne (3) e (5) ai cavi già presenti.

– Inserire la scheda Compact flash (16), con la decalcomania CLAAS visibile, nel cassetto superiore.

– Chiudere bene lo sportello (K).

– Riavvitare la copertura della centralina elettrica.

– Rimontare il rivestimento del piantone con i nuovi cappellotti (15) e le viti esistenti. Osservare che i collegamenti a spina degli interruttori siano nuovamente connessi.

– Applicare il coperchio della centralina elettrica.

– Ribaltare il cruscotto verso il basso.

– Riavvitare il pannello frontale.
