Removing the dehydrator filter

Important: If maintenance operations on the system are to be prolonged (over 15 minutes), plug all system component orifices to prevent internal condensation and oxidation.

– Disconnect the AC duct (A). – Loosen clamps (B) andRemove the filter (C).

Refitting the dehydrator filter

Important: At each refitting, change the O-rings and lubricate the new O-rings with oil n°6005700299.

– Pour 15 ml oil n°6005700299 into the new dehydrator filter. – Refit the filter (C) onto its bracket..

Removal of the condenser

Important: If maintenance operations on the system are to be prolonged (over 15 minutes), plug all system component orifices to prevent internal condensation and oxidation.

– Remove the fuel cooler (H). – Remove the dehydrator filter (C). – Disconnect the AC duct (D). – Undo the 2 screws (E) and the 2 screws (F). – Removal of the condenser(G).

Important: At each refitting, change the O-rings and lubricate the new O-rings with oil n°6005700299.

– Pour 30 ml oil n°6005700299 into the new condenser – Fit the condenser (G) andTighten the screws. – Tighten the AC ducts.
