Removal of the expansion valve

Important: If maintenance operations on the system are to be prolonged (over 15 minutes), plug all system component orifices to prevent internal condensation and oxidation. Remove the screw (A) and the 2 A/C ducts.

– Remove the plastic protection (B) – Remove the 2 screwsandRemove the expansion valve(C).

Note: The expansion valve is not adjustable or repairable

Refitting the pressure regulator

Important: At each refitting, change the O-rings and lubricate the new O-rings with oil n°6005700299.

– Fit the pressure regulator (C) andTighten the screwTighten the 2 screws. – Fit the plastic protection (B). – Connect the AC ducts (B) andTighten screw (A).
