This 60 l/min centre open circuit is characteristed by 3 hydraulic pumps.

A 19 cm³ pump supplies the braking valve followed by the auxiliary and linkage spool valves.

A 15 cm³ pump supplies first the steering unit, then the 20 bar services.

A 10 cm³ pump that continually lubricates the different transmission components.

Hydraulics 60 l/min High-pressure lines The 19 cm³ pump takes oil via a strainer that is common to all the pumps and then passes it through the brake valve then a a filter (capacity 15 microns) and then supplies the linkage spool valve and the auxiliaries. This pump is situated on the right-hand side of the transmission.

1st step No hydraulic spool valves are operated. The pressure operates a by-pass valve in the auxiliary spool valve supply plate. The excess oil escapes to the reservoir and the remainder lubricates the transmission components.

2nd step – One hydraulic spool valve is operated. The by-pass valve delivers the required flow to the consumer and the remainder is directed to the lubrication system. The oil pases throuugh the activated spool valve and supplies the actuator or any other item of hydraulic equipment.

filter (capacity 15 microns). This filter is monitored by a clogging indicator. The steering box is of the open centre type. On the return line from the steering box a valve regulates the pressure to 20 bar ; This operating pressure feeds low pressure utilities, i.e.: – The clutch for forward, reverse, PTO, 4 wheel drive, differential and solenoid valves of the gearbox. The flow controlled by the 20 bar valve passes through a 60 micron filter (role: to avoid jamming solenoid valves with contamination) and an accumulator (volume: 1 l, pressure 9 bar) which ensures additional flow during short-term high demand periods. A second accumulator (volume: 1 l, pressure 9 bar) is installed in the brake servo system where fitted. This 20 bar valve is located in the left cover. Flow exiting the 20 bar valve then passes through the oil cooler. This cooler is protected by a regulator set at 5 bar, also located in the left cover. The cooled oil will then lubrucate the various transmission components: Garbox, power take-off and rear axle bearings.

– Several spool valves are operated at the same time.

The spool valve requiring the least force is given priority.

Lubrication system

Low pressure steering and services system

A 10 cm³ pump takes oil via a strainer that is common to all the pumps. The flow of oil from this pump only feeds the transmission lubrication system in addition to the flow delivered by the two other pumps. The excess flow is directed back to the intake via the 5 bar valve.

Calibration of the TCE 15 T rear lifting Perform the calibration preferably when the temperature of the transmission oil is close to 50°C. – Couple a 1 000 ± 100 kg load, which will not interfere with the full descent of rear lifting.

– Start the tractor on hard and flat ground (handbrake locked).

– Adjust the engine speed to 1 500 rev/min.

– Unlock the lifting and select the work mode.

– Adjust the lifting arms between the 6 and 8 positions of the control.

– Actuate promptly the damper control, 6 times in a row.

Lifting is locked, the lifting safety lamp blinks: Calibration starts. During calibration, the indicator indicates the code 43.

Warning: During calibration, the lifting arms reach the extreme low and high positions.

– Switch the ignition off for 30 seconds. The new parameters will then be considered.

Reset: Acquisition of factory values – Start the tractor on hard and flat ground (handbrake locked).

– Adjust the lifting arms between the 6 and 8 positions of the control.

– Actuate promptly the damper control, 5 times in a row.
