References to right-hand, left-hand, front, and rear are determined by seeing from the operator’s seat.

References to right-hand and left-hand are determined by standing at the rear of the machine and facing the direction of travel.

NOTE: When referring to the instructions for callout references, the numeric (example: (1)) refers to item (1) in the kit contents bill of materials. The letter (example: (A)) refers to the component on the unit, not a component in the kit contents bill of materials.

NOTICE: Do not tighten the hardware until instructed to in the assembly instructions.

NOTICE: Be sure to use the hardware specified when using tapped holes as trying to install a metric bolt in an inch thread or an inch bolt in a metric thread will damage the threads.

NOTE: Install flat washers over all slotted holes unless truss-head or carriage bolts are used. Install a lock washer on all bolts unless a jam nut or self-locking nut is specified.

NOTE: Install special hardened washers where specified.

Preparation An “*” in this document indicates that the part is mounted on the actual machine.

Items to prepare: • Wrenches ( 10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 36 mm, 41 mm) • Hexagon wrench ( 8 mm) • Phillips screwdriver (No. 3) • Cutters, scissors • Rag 1. Position the main unit.

Standard type • Place the main unit on solid, level ground, lower the boom with the bucket cylinder and arm cylinder fully extended to the end of their stroke, and bring the arm end in contact with the ground.

Grapple (2-pin) type • Place the main unit on solid, level ground, lower the boom with the grapple claw cylinder and arm cylinder fully extended to the end of their stroke, and bring all the claw ends in contact with the ground.

Magnet (2-pin) type • Place the main unit on solid, level ground, lower the boom with the arm cylinder fully extended to the end of its stroke, and bring the magnet surface in contact with the ground.

Grapple (1-pin) type • Place the main unit on solid, level ground, lower the boom with the grapple claw cylinder fully retracted to the end of its stroke and the arm cylinder fully extended to the end of its stroke, and bring the grapple end in contact with the ground. While moving backwards, lower the boom and bring the arm end in contact with the ground.

2. Turn the ignition key (a) OFF, check that the engine has stopped, and then turn the ignition key ON again. (Do not start the engine.)

3. Relieve the pressure out of the circuit.

• Flip the lever (c) forward, and then turn the upper operation lever (b) about 10 times to relieve the pressure.

• Move the travel lever (d) back and forth about 5 times to relieve the pressure.

4. Relieve the pressure out of the hydraulic tank.

• Press the air breather button (e) on top of the hydraulic tank to relieve the pressure out of the tank.

*After performing all the work, return the (-) terminal of the battery to its original position.

Line assembly (left-hand) and line assembly (right-hand) 1. Install the seating (option) (14) on the boom with 2 sems bolts (9).

2. Set the line assembly (left-hand) (3) and line assembly (right-hand) (4) on the boom.

3. Set the pipe clamp (15) on the line assembly (left-hand) (3) and line assembly (right-hand) (4), and then fasten with the high strength bolt (8) and high-strength washer (10).

• Fasten the pipe clamp (15) at a position 76 mm (2.99 in) from the rear end of the line assembly (left-hand) (3) and 56 mm (2.20 in) from the rear end of the line assembly (right-hand) (4).

4. Set 2 pipe clamps (12) on the line assembly (left-hand) (3) and fasten with 2 sems bolts (9) .

• Fasten the pipe clamps (12) at a position 188 mm (7.40 in) from the front end of the line assembly (lefthand) (3).

7. Set 2 pipe clamps (12) on the line assembly (righthand) (4) and fasten with 2 sems bolts (9).

• Fasten the pipe clamps (12) at a position 188 mm (7.40 in) from the front end of the line assembly (right-hand) (4).

8. Set 2 pipe clamps (11) on the line assembly (right-hand) (4) and fasten with 2 sems bolts (9).

9. Install the plug (5) on the line assembly (right-hand) (4).

• Fasten with the pipe clamp (13) at a position 98 mm (3.86 in) from the front end of the line assembly (lefthand) (1).

4. Set the O-ring (6) on the line assembly (left-hand) (1), and then install the plug (7).

8. Set the O-ring (6) on the line assembly (right-hand) (2) and install the plug (7).

1. Install the electromagnetic inversely proportional relief valve (18) on the bracket (15) with 2 special bolts (10).

2. Install the 3-direction valve (22) on the bracket (13) with 2 sems bolts (10).

3. Install the bracket (15) on the main unit frame (*1) with 4 sems bolts (1).

4. Install the bracket (13) on the main unit frame (*1) with 3 sems bolts (1).

5. Install the elbow (8) on the electromagnetic inversely proportional relief valve (18).

• Fasten the elbow (8) with the angle of about 80° to the left using axis "a" as a reference.

6. Set the O-ring (7) on the elbow (8) and connect the hydraulic hose (35).

7. Set the O-ring (6) on the hydraulic hose (35), and then connect the hydraulic hose (35) to the control valve (*2) with 2 split flanges (21) and 4 hexagon socket head bolts (2).

• Fasten the hydraulic hose (35) fitting with the horizontal angle of about 60° up.

8. Install the bracket (14) on the main unit frame (*1) with 2 sems bolts (1).

9. Set the hose clamp (9) and bracket (5) on the hydraulic hose (35).

10. Fasten the bracket (5) on the bracket (14) with the special bolt (10).

11. Install the elbow (8) on the electromagnetic inversely proportional relief valve (18).

12. Set the O-ring (7) on the elbow (8) and connect the rubber hose (36-1).

• Fasten the rubber hose (36-1) fitting with the angle of about 65° to the left using axis "a" as a reference.

13. Set the O-ring (7) on the line assembly (*3) and connect the rubber hose (36-1).

14. Install the tee (30) on Port B of the 3- direction valve (22).

• Fasten the tee (30) with the angle of about 35° to the left using axis "a" as a reference.

15. Set the O-ring (7) on the tee (30) and connect the hydraulic hose (31).

16. Set the O-ring (16) on the tee (30) and connect the hydraulic hose (34).

• Fasten the hydraulic hose (34) fitting with the angle of about 35° to the left using axis "a" as a reference.

17. Set the O-ring (6) on the hydraulic hose (31), and then connect the hydraulic hose (31) to the control valve (*2) with 2 split flanges (21) and 4 hexagon socket head bolts (2).

• Fasten the hydraulic hose (31) fitting with the horizontal angle of about 75° up.

18. Set the hose clamp (9) on the hydraulic hose (31) and fasten together with the arm line (*7) with 2 wire bands (4).

19. Install the elbow (27) and elbow (23) on the electromagnetic inversely proportional relief valve (18).

• Fasten the elbow (27) with the angle of about 40° to the right using axis "a" as a reference.

20. Set the O-ring (16) on the elbow (23) and connect the hydraulic hose (34).

21. Fasten the hose clamp (24) to the hydraulic hose (34) with 2 wire bands (4).

22. Set the hose clamp (24) on the hydraulic hose (34) and fasten to the bracket (14) with the clamp (25) and sems bolt (12).

23. Install the bracket (37) on the main unit frame (*1) with 2 sems bolts (1).

24. Set the hose clamp (24) on the hydraulic hose (34) and fasten to the bracket (37) with the clamp (25) and sems bolt (12).

25. Install the hose adapter (3) on Port T1 of the 3-direction valve (22) and connect the hydraulic hose (17).

• Fasten the hose adapter (3) with the angle of about 40° to the left using axis "a" as a reference.

26. Install the hose adapter (19) on the hydraulic tank (*5) and connect the hydraulic hose (17).

27. Install the elbow (8) on Port A of the 3- direction valve (22).

• Fasten the elbow (8) with the angle of about 80° to the right using axis "a" as a reference.

28. Set the O-ring (7) on the elbow (8) and connect the rubber hose (36-2).

29. Set the O-ring (7) on the line assembly (*4) and connect to the rubber hose (36-2).

30. Fasten the rubber hose (36-1) with the clamp (*6) so that the length from the front end of the rubber hose (36-1) to the clamp (*6) is 1610 mm (63.39 in).

31. Fasten the rubber hose (36-2) with the clamp (*6) so that the length from the front end of the rubber hose (36-2) to the clamp (*6) is 1620 mm (63.78 in).

32. Fasten rubber hoses (36-1) and (36-2) with 2 wire bands (4).

• Place the wire bands (4) with the cut surfaces facing to the hydraulic tank side.

33. Install the check valve (26) and elbow (28) on the control valve (*2), and then connect the hydraulic hose (29).

• Fasten the elbow (28) with the horizontal angle of about 80° up.

34. Install the hose adapter (32) on the control valve (*2) and connect the hydraulic hose (29).

• Fasten the hydraulic hose (29) fitting with the horizontal angle of about 5° up.

35. Set the hose clamp (24) on the hydraulic hose (29) and fasten to the bracket (*8) with the clamp (25) and sems bolt (12).

36. Install the elbow (20) on the electromagnetic inversely proportional relief valve (18) and connect the hydraulic hose (33).

• Fasten the elbow (20) with the angle of about 35° to the rear using axis "a" as a reference.

37. Install the elbow (20) on Port T2 of the 3- direction valve (22) and connect the hydraulic hose (33).

• Fasten the elbow (20) with the angle of about 70°to the rear using axis "a" as a reference.

38. Install the rubber cushion (11) on the main unit frame (*1).

1. Install the reducing valve (10) on the bracket (2) with 2 sems bolts (3).

2. Install the bracket (2) on the floor (*6) with 2 sems bolts (5).

3. Install the stud (8) and tee (15) on Port T of the reducing valve (10) and connect the nylon hose (28-2).

4. Install the solenoid valve (26) on the bracket (4) with 2 high-strength bolts (11) and 2 spring washers (13).

5. Install the bracket (4) on the floor (*6) with 2 highstrength bolts (11) and 2 high-strength washers (13).

6. Install the elbow (18) on Port T of the solenoid valve (26) and connect the nylon hose (28-2).

7. Install the hose adapter with filter (24) on Port P of the reducing valve (10) and connect the nylon hose (28-1).

8. Install the tee (15) on Port P of the solenoid valve (26) and connect the nylon hose (28-1).

• Fasten the tee (15) with the horizontal angle of about 20° up.

• Fasten the nylon hose (28-1) fitting with the horizontal angle of about 20° up.

11. Install the tee (15) on Port T4 of the manifold (*2) and connect the nylon hose (27-4).

12. Connect the nylon hose (27-4) on Port T of the reducing valve (10).

13. Fasten the nylon hose (27-4) with the mount clamp (22), Phillips pan head screw (6), and wire band (1).

14. Install the tee (9) and pressure sensor (23) on Port A1 of the reducing valve (10).

15. Connect the rubber hose (7-2) to the tee (9).

• Fasten the rubber hose (7-2) fitting with the angle of about 50° to the left using the vertical direction of the reducing valve (10) as an axis.

16. Route the rubber hose (7-2) from the reducing valve (10).

17. Route the rubber hose (7-2) to the control valve (*1).

19. Install the tee (9) and pressure sensor (23) on Port A2 of the reducing valve (10).

20. Connect the rubber hose (7-1) to the tee (9).

• Fasten the rubber hose (7-1) fitting with the angle of about 50° to the left using the vertical direction of the reducing valve (10) as an axis.

21. Route the rubber hose (7-1) from the reducing valve (10).

22. Route the rubber hose (7-1).

31. Route the rubber hose (27-1) from the solenoid valve (26) and fasten with 4 wire bands (12).

• Use the wire bands (12) to fasten together with the pilot control line.

32. Route the rubber hose (27-1).

33. Fasten the rubber hoses and nylon hoses with the wire band (1) and 2 wire bands (12).

• Use the wire bands (1) and (12) to fasten together with the pilot control line.

38. Install the elbow (18) on Port DR of the 3- direction valve (*4) and connect the nylon hose (30-1).

• Fasten the elbow (18) with the angle of about 25° to the front using axis "a" as a reference.

39. Install the tee (33) and elbow (18) on the hydraulic tank (*3) and connect the nylon hose (30-1).

• Fasten the elbow (18) with the horizontal angle of about 65° up.

Install the hose adapter (35) on the tee (33) and connect the hydraulic hose (*9).

Die Angaben rechts, links, vorn und hinten beziehen sich auf die Sicht vom Fahrersitz.

Die Angaben „rechts“ und „links“ beziehen sich auf den Blick in Fahrtrichtung von der Rückseite der Maschine aus.

HINWEIS: Was die Montageanleitungen betrifft, so bezieht sich die Nummer (Beispiel: (1)) auf Teil (1) in der Stückliste des Montagesatzes. Der Buchstabe (Beispiel: (A)) bezieht sich auf das Bauteil an der Maschine und nicht auf ein Bauteil in der Stückliste des Montagesatzes.

HINWEIS: Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsteile erst fest, wenn Sie in den Montageanweisungen dazu angewiesen werden.

HINWEIS: Verwenden Sie bei Gewindebohrungen die angegebenen Befestigungsteile, da die Gewinde beschädigt werden können, wenn eine metrische Schraube in ein Zollgewinde oder eine Zollschraube in ein metrisches Gewinde eingedreht wird.

HINWEIS: Montieren Sie über allen Langlöchern flache Unterlegscheiben, sofern keine Flachkopf- oder Schlossschrauben verwendet werden. Montieren Sie an allen Schrauben Sicherungsscheiben, wenn keine Gegenmutter oder Sperrmutter angegeben ist.

Vorbereitung Ein „*“ in diesem Dokument weist darauf hin, dass das Teil an der vorliegenden Maschine verbaut ist.

Vorzubereitende Elemente: • Schraubenschlüssel ( 10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 36 mm, 41 mm) • Sechskantschlüssel ( 8 mm) • Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher (Nr. 3) • Cuttermesser, Schere • Lappen 1. Bringen Sie die Haupteinheit in Position.

Standardtyp • Stellen Sie die Haupteinheit auf festem, ebenem Untergrund ab, senken Sie den Ausleger mit dem vollständig, bis zum Hubende ausgefahrenen Löffelzylinder und Pendelarmzylinder ab, bis das Ende des Pendelarms den Boden berührt.

Greifer-Typ (1-polig) • Stellen Sie die Haupteinheit auf festem, ebenem Untergrund ab, senken Sie den Ausleger mit dem vollständig, bis zum Hubende ausgefahrenen Greiferklauenzylinder und Pendelarmzylinder ab, bis das Ende des Greifers den Boden berührt. Während Sie sich rückwärts bewegen, senken Sie den Ausleger ab und bis das Ende des Pendelarms den Boden berührt.

2. Stellen Sie den Zündschlüssel (a) auf OFF (AUS), vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Motor ausgeschaltet ist, und schalten Sie dann den Zündschlüssel wieder auf ON (EIN). (Den Motor nicht starten.)

3. Lassen Sie den Druck aus dem Kreislauf ab.

• Kippen Sie den Hebel (c) nach vorn, und drehen Sie dann den oberen Steuerhebel (b) ca. 10-mal, um den Druck abzulassen.

• Den Fahrhebel (d) ca. 5 Mal vor und zurück bewegen, um den Druck abzubauen.

4. Lassen Sie den Druck aus dem Hydrauliktank ab.

• Drücken Sie den Entlüftungsknopf (e) an der Oberseite des Hydraulikbehälters, um den Druck aus dem Behälter abzulassen.

* Nach Durchführung der gesamten Arbeit schließen Sie den Anschluss (-) der Batterie wieder an der ursprünglichen Position an.

Leitungsbaugruppe (links) und Leitungsbaugruppe (rechts) 1. Den Sitz (Option) (14) mit 2 Kombischrauben (9) am Ausleger montieren.

2. Bringen Sie die Leitungsbaugruppe (links) (3) und die Leitungsbaugruppe (rechts) (4) am Ausleger in Einbauposition.

3. Bringen Sie die Rohrschelle (15) an die Leitungsbaugruppe (links) (3) und Leitungsbaugruppe (rechts) (4) an, und befestigen Sie diese dann mit der hochfesten Schraube (8) und der hochfesten Unterlegscheibe (10).

• Befestigen Sie die Rohrschelle (15) in einem Abstand von 76 mm (2.99 in) vom hinteren Ende der Leitungsbaugruppe (links) (3) und 56 mm (2.20 in) vom hinteren Ende der Leitungsbaugruppe (rechts) (4).

6. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (7) am Winkelstück (8) an, und schließen Sie den Hydraulikschlauch (35) an.

7. Montieren Sie den O-Ring (6) am Hydraulikschlauch (35), und schließen Sie dann den Hydraulikschlauch (35) am Steuerventil (*2) mit 2 geteilten Flanschen (21) und 4 Innensechskantschrauben (2) an.

• Montieren Sie das Anschlussstück des Hydraulikschlauchs (35) in einem Winkel von etwa 60° nach oben zur Horizontalen.

8. Montieren Sie die Halterung (14) am Rahmen der Haupteinheit (*1) mit 2 Kombischrauben (1).

9. Setzen Sie die Schlauchschelle (9) und die Halterung (5) auf den Hydraulikschlauch (35).

10. Befestigen Sie die Halterung (5) mit der Spezialschraube (10) an der Halterung (14).

11. Montieren Sie das Winkelstück (8) am elektromagnetischen, umgekehrt proportionalen Überdruckventil (18).

12. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (7) am Winkelstück (8) an, und schließen Sie den Gummischlauch (36-1) an.

• Befestigen Sie das Gummischlauch-Anschlussstück (36-1) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 65° nach links und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

13. Setzen Sie den O-Ring (7) an der Leitungsbaugruppe (*3) ein und schließen Sie den Gummischlauch (36-1) an.

14. Montieren Sie das T-Stück (30) am Anschluss B des 3-Wege-Ventils (22).

• Befestigen Sie das T-Stück (30) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 35° nach links und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

15. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (7) am T-Stück (30) an, und schließen Sie den Hydraulikschlauch (31) an.

16. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (16) am T-Stück (30) an, und schließen Sie den Hydraulikschlauch (34) an.

• Befestigen Sie das Hydraulikschlauch-Anschlussstück (34) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 35° nach links und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

17. Montieren Sie den O-Ring (6) am Hydraulikschlauch (31), und schließen Sie dann den Hydraulikschlauch (31) am Steuerventil (*2) mit 2 geteilten Flanschen (21) und 4 Innensechskantschrauben (2) an.

• Montieren Sie das Anschlussstück des Hydraulikschlauchs (31) in einem Winkel von etwa 75° nach oben zur Horizontalen.

18. Bringen Sie die Schlauchschelle (9) am Hydraulikschlauch (31) an und befestigen Sie sie zusammen mit der Armleitung (*7) mit 2 Kabelbindern (4).

19. Montieren Sie Winkelstück (27) und (23) am elektromagnetischen, umgekehrt proportionalen Überdruckventil (18).

• Befestigen Sie das Winkelstück (27) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 40° nach rechts und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

20. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (16) am Winkelstück (23) an, und schließen Sie den Hydraulikschlauch (34) an.

21. Befestigen Sie die Schlauchschelle (24) am Hydraulikschlauch (34) mit 2 Kabelbindern (4).

28. Bringen Sie den O-Ring (7) am Winkelstück (8) an, und schließen Sie den Gummischlauch (36-2) an.

• Montieren Sie das Winkelstück (28) in einem Winkel von etwa 80° nach oben zur Horizontalen.

30. Montieren Sie den Schlauchadapter (16) am Anschluss A2 des Magnetventils (26) und schließen Sie den Nylonschlauch (27-1) an.

31. Verlegen Sie den Gummischlauch (27-1) vom Magnetventil (26) und befestigen Sie ihn mit 4 Kabelbindern (12).

• Verwenden Sie die Kabelbinder (12) zur Befestigung an der Vorsteuerleitung.

32. Verlegen Sie den Gummischlauch (27-1).

33. Die Gummischläuche und Nylonschläuche mit dem Kabelbinder (1) und den 2 Kabelbindern (12) befestigen.

• Verwenden Sie die Kabelbinder (1) und (12) zur Befestigung an der Vorsteuerleitung.

34. Verlegen Sie den Gummischlauch (27-1) und befestigen Sie ihn mit dem Kabelbinder (12).

35. Befestigen Sie den Gummischlauch (27-1) mit der Schelle mit Band (25) und der Spezialschraube (29).

36. Verlegen Sie den Gummischlauch (27-1) und befestigen Sie ihn mit dem Kabelbinder (1).

37. Montieren Sie das Winkelstück (18) am Anschluss PP des 3-Wege-Ventils (*4) und schließen Sie den Nylonschlauch (27-1) an.

• Befestigen Sie das Winkelstück (18) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 65° nach vorne und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

38. Montieren Sie das Winkelstück (18) am Anschluss DR des 3-Wege-Ventils (*4) und schließen Sie den Nylonschlauch (30-1) an.

• Befestigen Sie das Winkelstück (18) mit einem Winkel von ungefähr 25° nach vorne und verwenden Sie dabei die Achse „a“ als Bezug.

39. Montieren Sie das T-Stück (33) und das Winkelstück (18) am Hydraulikbehälter (*3) und schließen Sie den Nylonschlauch (30-1) an.

• Montieren Sie das Winkelstück (18) in einem Winkel von etwa 65° nach oben zur Horizontalen.

Montieren Sie den Schlauchadapter (35) am T-Stück (33) und schließen Sie den Hydraulikschlauch (*9) an.

40. Befestigen Sie die Baugruppenschläuche mit 2 Kabelbindern (1).

41. Schließen Sie den Kabelbaum des elektromagnetischen Überdruckventils (34) an CN.D67F (2-polig) am Kabelbaum des Steuerventils (*7) an, und befestigen Sie den Steckverbinder dann mit Schelle (19) und Spezialschraube (14).

42. Schließen Sie den Kabelbaum des elektromagnetischen Überdruckventils (34) an das umgekehrt proportionale elektromagnetische Überdruckventil (*8) an.

43. Bündeln und befestigen Sie den Kabelbaum für das elektromagnetische Überdruckventil (34) mit Befestigungsschelle (17) und Kabelbinder (1).

44. Legen Sie die Standardbodenmatte (35) auf dem Boden aus.

6. Rollen Sie die Schutzmanschette (*10) des Steuerhebels hoch, entfernen Sie den Steckverbinder (*11) des Hebelschalters, und schneiden Sie den Kabelbinder (*12) durch.

7. Während Sie die Mutter (*13) mit einem Schraubenschlüssel 22 mm befestigen, verwenden Sie einen Schraubenschlüssel 19 mm, um die Sicherungsmutter (*14) und den Steuerhebel (*15) zu entfernen.

Montage des Steuerhebels (rechts) 1. Installieren Sie den Knopf (rechts) (1) und verwenden Sie dann einen Schraubenschlüssel [ 19 mm] um die Sicherungsmutter (*14) zu installierten. Les références au côté droit, au côté gauche, à l'avant et à l'arrière sont déterminées depuis le siège de l'opérateur.

Les indications de direction vers la droite et vers la gauche s'entendent depuis l'arrière de la machine, dans le sens de la marche.

REMARQUE: Les chiffres indiqués pour faire référence aux légendes dans les instructions (par exemple : (1)) se réfère à l'élément (1) dans la liste de contenu du kit. Les lettres (par exemple : (A)) se réfèrent aux composants de la machine et non aux composants fournis dans le kit.

AVIS: Ne pas serrer le matériel avant d'y avoir été invité dans les instructions de montage.

AVIS: S'assurer d'utiliser le matériel spécifié pour les trous taraudés ; en effet, il est possible d'endommager les filetages si vous essayez d'installer un boulon métrique dans un filetage en pouces ou un boulon en pouces dans un filetage métrique.

REMARQUE: Installer des rondelles plates sur toutes les fentes, sauf si des boulons à tête bombée sont utilisés.

Poser une rondelle frein sur tous les boulons, sauf si un contre-écrou ou un écrou autofreiné est spécifié.

REMARQUE: Installer des rondelles trempées spéciales lorsque les instructions le précisent.

Type de grappin (1-broche) • Placer l’unité principale sur une surface solide et nivelée ; abaisser la flèche avec le vérin de la mâchoire du grappin entièrement rétracté jusqu’à son fin de course et le vérin de bras entièrement déployé jusqu’à son fin de course, puis ramener l’extrémité du grappin en contact avec le sol. En reculant, abaissez la flèche et mettez l'extrémité du bras en contact avec le sol.

2. Mettre la clé de contact (a) sur OFF (arrêt), vérifier que le moteur est bien arrêté, puis remettre le contact sur ON (marche). (Ne pas démarrer le moteur.)

• Basculer le levier (c) vers l'avant, puis faire pivoter le levier de commande de la partie supérieure (b) environ 10 fois pour relâcher la pression.

• Actionner le levier de translation (d) en avant et en arrière environ 5 fois pour évacuer la pression.

4. Évacuer la pression à l'extérieur du réservoir hydraulique.

• Appuyer sur le bouton du reniflard (e) placé sur le réservoir d'huile hydraulique pour évacuer la pression à l'extérieur du réservoir.

*Une fois l'intervention terminée, remettre la borne (-) de la batterie dans sa position d'origine.

Ensemble conduite (de gauche) et ensemble conduite (de droite) 1. Poser l'embase (en option) (14) sur la flèche à l'aide de deux vis à rondelle (9).

2. Placer l'ensemble conduite (gauche) (3) et l'ensemble conduite (droite) (4) sur la flèche.

3. Poser le collier de serrage (15) sur l'ensemble conduite (gauche) (3) et l'ensemble conduite (droite) (4), puis fixer avec la vis haute résistance (8) et la rondelle haute résistance (10).

• Fixer le collier de serrage (15) à 76 mm (2.99 in) de l'extrémité arrière de l'ensemble conduite (gauche) (3) et à 56 mm (2.20 in) de l'extrémité arrière de l'ensemble conduite (droite) (4).

15. Placer le joint torique (7) sur le raccord en T (30) et raccorder le flexible hydraulique (31).

• Fixer le flexible hydraulique (34) avec un angle d’environ 35° vers la gauche, en utilisant l’axe « A » comme référence.

17. Placer le joint torique (6) sur le flexible hydraulique (31), puis raccorder le flexible hydraulique (31) au distributeur (*2) à l'aide de deux brides fendues (21) et de quatre vis à tête creuse hexagonale (2).

• Fixer le flexible hydraulique (31) en orientant l'angle horizontal à 75° vers le haut.

18. Régler le collier de serrage pour flexible (9) sur le flexible hydraulique (31), puis fixer avec la conduite du bras (*7) au moyen de 2 bracelets (4).

19. Poser le coude (27) et le coude (23) sur la soupape de décharge inversement proportionnelle électromagnétique (18).

• Fixer le coude (27) avec un angle d’environ 40° vers la droite, en utilisant l’axe « A » comme référence.

5. Fixer le faisceau électrique (commande proportionnelle) option 1 (1) à l’aide d’un collier de montage (2), une vis cruciforme à tête large (3) et une attache (4) à deux endroits différents.

8. Acheminer le faisceau de câblage d'option 1 (commande proportionnelle) (1).

9. Connecter CN.B19 (16P) le faisceau de câblage de l'option 1 (commande proportionnelle) (1) au faisceau de la console (levier court) (*4).

10. Fixer le faisceau de câblage (commande proportionnelle) option 1 (1) à l’aide d’un collier de montage (2), une vis cruciforme à tête large (3) et une attache (4) à quatre endroits différents.

6. Relever le soufflet (*10) du levier de commande, déposer le connecteur (*11) du commutateur de levier, puis couper le bracelet (*12).

7. Tout en serrant l'écrou (*13) avec une clé de 22 mm, utiliser une clé de 19 mm pour déposer le contre-écrou (*14) et le levier de commande (*15).

Pose du levier de commande (côté droit) 1. Poser le bouton (droit) (1) et, avec une clé [ 19 mm], poser le contre-écrou (*14) tout en serrant l’écrou (*13) avec une clé [ 22 mm].

Couple de serrage du contre-écrou : 44.1 N·m (28.249 – 32.526 lb ft)

I riferimenti al lato destro, sinistro, anteriore e posteriore sono da intendersi guardando dal sedile dell'operatore.

I lati destro e sinistro corrispondono alla destra e alla sinistra dell'operatore in piedi dietro la macchina, rivolto nella direzione di marcia.

NOTA: Quando si fa riferimento alle istruzioni per i riferimenti alle didascalie, il numero (ad esempio: (1)) indica il componente (1) riportato nella distinta relativa al contenuto del kit. La lettera (ad esempio: (A)) indica il componente sull'unità e non quello riportato nella distinta relativa al contenuto del kit.

AVVISO: Non serrare i bulloni a meno che non sia specificato nelle istruzioni di montaggio.

AVVISO: Per i fori filettati, utilizzare la bulloneria specificata; se si tenta di montare un bullone con dimensioni in sistema metrico in una filettatura con dimensioni in sistema imperiale, o viceversa, si danneggiano le filettature.

NOTA: Montare rondelle piatte su tutte le asole a meno che non si utilizzino bulloni a testa tonda. Montare una rondella di sicurezza su tutti i bulloni a meno che non venga specificato un controdado o un dado autobloccante.

Attrezzature da predisporre: • Chiavi ( 10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 36 mm, 41 mm) • Chiave a brugola ( 8 mm) • Cacciavite Phillips (n.3) • Fresa, forbici • Straccio 1. Posizionare l'unità principale.

Tipo standard • Posizionare l'unità principale su un terreno solido e livellato, abbassare il braccio con il cilindro della benna e il cilindro del penetratore completamente estesi fino alla fine della loro corsa, e portare l'estremità del penetratore a contatto con il terreno.

Tipo di rampino (1 perni) • Posizionare l'unità principale su un terreno solido e livellato, abbassare il braccio con il cilindro dell'artiglio del rampino completamente retratto fino alla fine della sua corsa e il cilindro del penetratore completamente esteso fino alla fine della sua corsa, e portare l'estremità del rampino a contatto con il terreno.

Mentre ci si muove indietro, abbassare il braccio e portare l'estremità del penetratore a contatto con il suolo.

2. Portare la chiave di avviamento (a) su OFF, verificare che il motore si sia arrestato, quindi riportare la chiave di avviamento su ON. (Non avviare il motore.)

3 - INFORMACIÓN GENERAL###_1_### Información general ANTES DE COMENZAR EL MONTAJE, LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES.

Las referencias a "derecha", "izquierda", "parte delantera" y "parte trasera" se determinan por la vista desde el asiento del operario.

Las referencias de derecha e izquierda deben entenderse como si estuviésemos de pie detrás de la máquina, mirando en el sentido de la marcha.

NOTA: Al referirse a las instrucciones de referencias, el número (por ejemplo: (1)) se refiere al elemento (1) de la lista de materiales del kit. La letra (por ejemplo: (A)) indica el componente de la unidad, no un componente de la lista de materiales del kit.

AVISO: No apriete la tornillería hasta que se indique en las instrucciones de montaje.

AVISO: Utilice la tornillería especificada, ya que intentar instalar un perno métrico en una rosca de calibre en pulgadas o viceversa, se dañarán las roscas.

NOTA: Instale arandelas planas en los orificios con ranuras, a menos que se utilicen pernos con cabeza de refuerzo o alomados. Instale una arandela de bloqueo en todos los pernos, a menos que se especifique una contratuerca o una tuerca autoblocante.

NOTA: Instale arandelas endurecidas especiales donde se especifique.

Preparación En este documento, el símbolo “*” indica que la pieza está montada en la máquina.

Elementos necesarios: • Llaves de ( 10 mm, 13 mm, 17 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 36 mm, 41 mm) • Llave Allen de ( 8 mm) • Destornillador Phillips (No. 3) • Cuchillas, tijeras • Trapo 1. Coloque la máquina.

Tipo estándar • Coloque la máquina sobre terreno sólido y nivelado, baje la pluma con el cilindro de la cuchara y el cilindro del brazo completamente extendidos al máximo de su carrera y ponga el extremo del brazo en contacto con el suelo.

Tipo de pinza (2 clavija) • Coloque la máquina sobre terreno sólido y nivelado, baje la pluma con el cilindro de la pinza de agarre y el cilindro del brazo completamente extendidos al máximo de su carrera y ponga los extremos de la pinza en contacto con el suelo.

Tipo de pinza (1 clavija) • Coloque la máquina sobre terreno sólido y nivelado, baje la pluma con el cilindro de la pinza de agarre completamente retraído al máximo de su carrera y el cilindro del brazo completamente extendido al máximo de su carrera, y ponga el extremo de la pinza en contacto con el suelo. Mientras se mueve hacia atrás, baje la pluma y ponga el extremo del brazo en contacto con el suelo.

2. Ponga la llave de contacto (a) en "OFF" (Apagado), asegúrese de que el motor esté parado y ponga de nuevo la llave en "ON" (Encendido). (No arranque el motor)

2. Coloque el conducto (izquierdo) (3) y el conducto (derecho) (4) en la pluma.

7. Coloque la junta tórica (6) en la manguera hidráulica (35) y, a continuación, conecte la manguera hidráulica (35) a la válvula de control (*2) con dos bridas abiertas (21) y cuatro pernos hexagonales (2).

• Apriete la manguera hidráulica (35) con un ángulo horizontal aproximado de 60° hacia arriba.

8. Instale el soporte (14) en el bastidor principal (*1) con dos pernos SEMS (1).

9. Coloque la abrazadera para mangueras (9) y el soporte (5) en la manguera hidráulica (35).

14. Instale el racor en T (30) en el puerto B de la válvula tridireccional (22).

• Apriete el racor en T (30) con el ángulo a unos 35° a la izquierda usando el eje "a" como referencia.

15. Coloque la junta tórica (7) en el racor en T (30) y conecte la manguera hidráulica (31).

16. Coloque la junta tórica (16) en el racor en T (30) y conecte la manguera hidráulica (34).

• Apriete la manguera de goma (34) con el ángulo a unos 35° a la izquierda usando el eje "a" como referencia.

18. Coloque la abrazadera para mangueras (9) en la manguera hidráulica (31) y apriétela junto con la línea del brazo (*7) con dos bridas para cables (4).

7. Mientras sujeta la tuerca (*13) con una llave [ 22 mm], utilice una llave [ 19 mm] para retirar la contratuerca (*14) y retire la palanca de control (*15).

Instalación de palanca de control (derecha) 1. Instale el mando (lado derecho) (1) y utilice una llave [ 19 mm] para instalar la contratuerca (*14) mientras sujeta la tuerca (*13) con una llave [ 22 mm].

Par de apriete de la contratuerca: 38.3 – 44.1 N·m (28.249 – 32.526 lb ft)
