OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS DAILY INSPECTION When the seat bar is in the UP position, the brake should be engaged with ground dr ive pumps in neutral, preventing forward/rearward movement of the machine and locking out the hydraulic system, preventing movement of the loader lift arms and bucket.
Do the following each day before you s ta r t t h e e n g i n e a n d o p e ra t e t h e machine. 1. Check the machine for leaks. Repair all leaks and clean the area with solvent, or pressure wash using soap and water.
Check the operation of the seat restraint bar:
2. Check the tires for damage. 3. Check for damaged, loose, or missing parts. Replace, tighten, or adjust as req uired b efore you operate the machine.
2. With the engine stopped and the key switch in the OFF position, the control handles should be locked to prevent side to side movement. Tur n the key switch to the ON position, press the par k brake switch and the control handles should move.
4. Clean all debris from the machine, especially around the engine and radiator. 5. Clean or replace any safety or instructional decals that cannot be read. 6. Clean the hand holds, steps, and operator’s compartment. Remove all loose items from the machine.
3. Start the engine and raise the seat bar to the full UP position. 4. Carefully move the steering control levers fore and aft. If the machine will move, stop the engine and report this problem to your dealer.
