Removing the water pump — Remove the cooling water hoses Fig. 64 Unscrew the two hex.nuts (64/1), remove them together with the spring washers and take the water pump off the crankcase.

Installing the water pump Installation takes place in the reverse sequence to removal.

Fit a new 0-ring (65/17) on the pump flange. 64
