Zündschlüssel abziehen.

Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen.

Nach der Montage festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Hinweise und Beschreibung im Reparaturhandbuch beachten.

Maschine mit Unterlegkeil vor unbeabsichtigtem Wegrollen sichern.

Les travaux sous la machine/l'outil frontal relevé ou sous des pièces relevées doivent impérativement être réalisés après avoir étayé correctement les éléments ou les pièces concernés.

Avant les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre les pièces commandées par le système hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Avant de réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit toujours être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! Retirer la clé de contact.

Avant les travaux de montage, éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie sous contrainte ou les détendre (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont maintenus sous tension par des accumulateurs d'énergie.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien positionnées et bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

После монтажа проверить посадку всех винтов. Выполнить проверка функций.

Preparatory work

☞ Park the telehandler safely

Danger!

Do not perform assembly and maintenance if the telescopic boom is raised and not secured –

Danger of crushing and injury! ☞ Lower the telescopic boom ☞ See the Operator’s Manual supplied with the telehandler ☞ Apply the parking brake ☞ Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. To do this: ➥ Stop the engine and switch on ignition again ➥ Move the control lever (joystick) in all directions repeatedly ➥ Switch off ignition and remove the ignition key ☞ Switch off the battery master switch or remove the (−) battery lead from the battery

Risque d’écrasement et de blessures ! ☞ Abaisser le bras télescopique ☞ Voir la notice d’utilisation livrée avec le chariot télescopique ☞ Serrer le frein de stationnement ☞ Relâcher la pression dans le système hydraulique. Pour cela : ➥ Couper le moteur et mettre l’allumage en circuit à nouveau ➥ Actionner le levier de commande (manipulateur) dans tous les sens à plusieurs reprises

➥ Mettre l’allumage hors circuit et retirer la clé de contact ☞ Mettre le coupe-batterie hors circuit ou déposer le câble (−) de la batterie

Danger !

Travaux dans la proximité de composants chauds et/ou sous pression –

Risque de brûlure et de blessures ! ☞ Laisser les composants se refroidir avant d’effectuer les travaux de dépose

☞ Porter des gants de protection

Attention !

Travailler avec soin, en assurant la propreté, pour assurer le bon fonctionnement du chariot télescopique.

☞ Avant la dépose • Bien nettoyer les parties de la machine où les travaux de montage doivent être effectués.

Montage dans la cabine ☞ Dégager le triple panneau d’interrupteurs du toit de la cabine avec un tournevis ☞ Monter l’interrupteur 3 ; 4 ☞ Monter la fiche S060 attachée vers l’AR 3

☞ Mettre le coupe-batterie en circuit ou brancher le câble (−) de la batterie ☞ Vérifier le fonctionnement des projecteurs de travail ☞ Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des systèmes électrique et hydraulique ➥ Voir aussi la notice d’utilisation du chariot télescopique ☞ Monter le câble avec les serre-câbles 9 ; 10 ☞ Remettre toutes les tôles de recouvrement et de revêtement en place
