Vorgespannte Energiespeicher (Federn, Druckspeicher, Hydraulikzylinder) oder Bauteile die durch Energiespeicher unter Spannung stehen, vor Montagearbeiten vorschriftsmäßig entspannen.

Nach der Montage festen Sitz aller Schrauben überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung durchführen.

Hinweise und Beschreibung im Reparaturhandbuch beachten.

Les travaux sous la machine/l'outil frontal relevé ou sous des pièces relevées doivent impérativement être réalisés après avoir étayé correctement les éléments ou les pièces concernés.

Avant les travaux sur le système hydraulique, descendre les pièces commandées par le système hydraulique. Amener le système en pression nulle.

Avant de réaliser les travaux, l'entraînement doit toujours être déconnecté et le moteur arrêté ! Retirer la clé de contact.

Avant les travaux de montage, éliminer les contraintes sur les accumulateurs d'énergie sous contrainte ou les détendre (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, vérins hydrauliques) ou sur les pièces qui sont maintenus sous tension par des accumulateurs d'énergie.

Après le montage, vérifier que toutes les vis sont bien positionnées et bien serrées. Réaliser un contrôle de fonctionnement.

Beschreibung Mit dieser Umrüstung werden Anbaugeräte an der Schnellwechseleinrichtung mit einem Bolzen ver- und entriegelt. (Siehe Bedienungsanleitung Teleskoplader)

Qualifikation

Die Reparatur darf nur von dafür ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

Taster ca. 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten - Druck wird abgebaut

➥ Zündung ausschalten und Zündschlüssel abziehen ☞ Batteriehauptschalter aus bzw. Batteriekabel (-) an Batterie demontieren

Beim Arbeiten in der Umgebung von heißen und/oder unter Druck stehenden Bauteilen besteht

Bemerkung • Die grüne LED in der Bedientaste B, zeigt, dass die Anzeige betriebsbereit ist und nicht zur Identifizierung der obengenannten Fehlerquellen einbezogen werden darf • Durch Betätigung der Bedientaste B kann eine Funktionskontrolle durchgeführt werden, diese Kontrolle ist zu empfehlen.

Dabei leuchten alle LED 's gleichzeitig und der Warnton wird aktiviert. Bei längerem Drücken der Bedientaste B wird zwischen voller und reduzierter Leuchtkraft der LED 's umgeschaltet, der Standard-Einschaltzustand ist „hell“.

Sicherheitshinweise zur Überlastwarneinrichtung

• Niemals mit ausgefahrenem Teleskopausleger, aus hoher Position, Ladeanlage absenken – Kippgefahr!

• Vor dem Absenken der Ladeanlage, zuerst den Teleskopausleger einfahren!

• Erhöhte Vorsicht im Gelände: Arbeiten Sie nach Möglichkeit nur auf festem Untergrund!

• Niemals von außen an den Rand einer Baugrube heranfahren – Einsturzgefahr!

• Unterhöhlen Sie niemals die Fundamente von Mauern – Einsturzgefahr!

• Unbefugten ist die Betätigung des Gerätes verboten!

• Achten Sie bei Schaufelarbeiten auf elektrische Hochspannungskabel, Erdkabel, Gas- und Wasserrohre!

• Beachten Sie bei Verwendung von Hebegeräten, wie z.B. der Stapeleinrichtung, die für dieses Fahrzeug gültigen Traglastdiagramme.

• Das Hydrauliksystem des Fahrzeugs steht auch bei Motorstillstand unter Druck!

To do this: ➥ Lower the loader unit to the ground ➥ Stop the engine and switch on ignition again ➥ Move the control lever (joystick) in all directions repeatedly ➥ Release the hydraulic pressure at the front of the telehandler with push button (option). Press the push button about 5 seconds to release the pressure

➥ Disengage the starter and remove the ignition switch key ☞ Switch off the battery master switch or remove the (−) battery lead from the battery

Putting into operation

Do not use it for identifying the error sources mentioned above • A functional check can be performed by pressing button B. We recommend performing this check.

During this check all LEDs illuminate at the same time and the acoustic signal sounds. Pressing button B longer causes the luminosity of the LEDs to change from full to reduced. The standard setting is “bright”.

Safety instructions regarding the safe load indicator

• Never lower the extended telescopic boom from a raised position – risk of tipping over!

• Retract the telescopic boom before lowering it!

• Proceed with extreme care in off-road applications: always work on firm and solid ground if possible!

• Never drive up to the edge of a pit from outside – risk of cave-in!

• Never undermine the foundations of walls – danger of collapse!

• Operation of the machine by unauthorized personnel is prohibited!

• When working with the machine, look out for high-voltage cables, underground cables, gas and water pipes!

• When using lifting gear such as pallet forks, comply with the load diagrams valid for this machine.

• The hydraulic system of the machine is still pressurized even when the engine is not running! Release the pressure in the sections of the system and hydraulic lines which are to be opened before starting setup or repair work, e.g. fitting/removing an attachment with hydraulic functions

Danger!

The safe load indicator has been set for industrial applications (DIN EN 1459). Do not rely on the safe load indicator when working off-road –

Accident hazard! ☞ Work in rough terrain with even more care than usual! ☞ Adapt your travel speed and the load to the terrain. ☞ Read the authorized loads off the load diagram and adapt them to the terrain (ideal load = 60 – 70 % of the maximum load indicated)

A malfunctioning safe load indicator or working at more than 100 % of the safe work load can cause the machine to tip over –

Risk of tipping over! ☞ Reduce the load under 100 % if the display unit flashes and an acoustic signal sounds (loads over 100 %) • Retract the telescopic boom • Reduce the load

Pour cela : ➥ Poser le bras chargeur sur le sol ➥ Couper le moteur et mettre l’allumage en circuit à nouveau ➥ Actionner le levier de commande (manipulateur) dans tous les sens à plusieurs reprises

➥ Relâcher la pression dans le système hydraulique avec la touche (option) à l’AV sur le chariot télescopique.

Maintenir la touche appuyée env. 5 secondes – la pression est relâchée

➥ Couper le contact et retirer la clé de contact ☞ Mettre le coupe-batterie hors circuit ou déposer le câble (−) de la batterie

Monter et bien verrouiller un palettiseur sur l’attache rapide.

Prendre une charge de 1300 – 1800 kg environ, palettiseur à l’horizontale.

Arrêter la machine sur un sol horizontal, ferme et plat.

Faire sortir le bras télescopique jusqu’à ce que la machine bascule légèrement vers l’AV, par contre les roues AR doivent encore toucher le sol légèrement.

Mesurer la cote d’extension A entre le segment extérieur et le col de cygne.

Remarque • La diode verte dans la touche B indique que l’affichage est en ordre de marche ; ne pas l’utiliser pour identifier les sources d’erreurs indiquées ci-dessus • Un contrôle fonctionnel peut être effectué en appuyant sur la touche B. Nous recommandons d’effectuer ce contrôle.

Au cours de ce contrôle, toutes les diodes s’allument en même temps et le signal acoustique est activé. En appuyant plus longtemps sur la touche B, l’intensité lumineuse des diodes augmente ou diminue. Le réglage standard est « clair ».

Consignes de sécurité relatives à l’avertisseur de surcharge

• Ne jamais abaisser le bras chargeur depuis une position élevée si bras télescopique est sorti – risque de renversement !

• Toujours faire rentrer le bras télescopique avant de l’abaisser !

• Conduire et travailler avec beaucoup de prudence en emploi tout-terrain : ne travailler que sur un sol ferme dans la mesure du possible !

• Ne jamais s’approcher du rebord d’une fouille – risque d’éboulement !

• Ne jamais creuser sous les fondations de murs – risque d’écroulement !

• Interdire l’utilisation de l’engin aux personnes non habilitées !

• Attention, lors des travaux d’excavation, aux câbles électriques à haute tension, aux câbles enterrés, aux conduites de gaz et d’eau !

• Tenir compte des diagrammes de charge valables pour cette machine lorsqu’elle est équipée d’un engin de levage, tel qu’un palettiseur.

• Même à l’arrêt du moteur, le système hydraulique de la machine est sous pression ! Avant toute intervention pour changement d’équipement ou pour réparation, par exemple montage/démontage d’un équipement à fonctions hydrauliques, relâcher la pression hydraulique dans les portions de système et les conduites qui seront à ouvrir

L’avertisseur de surcharge a été réglé pour emploi industriel (DIN EN 1459). Ne pas compter sur l’avertisseur de surcharge pour les emplois tout-terrain –

Risque d’accident ! ☞ Travailler avec extrême prudence en emploi tout-terrain ! ☞ Adapter sa vitesse de déplacement et la charge au terrain. ☞ Se reporter au diagramme de charge pour les charges admissibles, et adapter celles-ci au terrain (charge idéale : 60 – 70 % de la charge maximum indiquée)

Un avertisseur de surcharge défectueux ou des travaux au-delà de 100 % de la charge de travail de sécurité peuvent faire basculer la machine –

Risque de renversement ! ☞ Réduire la charge en dessous de 100 % si l’affichage clignote et si l’alarme acoustique retentit
