Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau des Ballenausstoßers an den Pressentypen QUADRANT 2200 und QUADRANT 2200 RC. Der Anbau-Teileumfang befindet sich auf Seite 4.

These instructions show you how to fit the bale discharger on baler models QUADRANT 2200 and QUADRANT 2200 RC. The required parts are listed on page 5.

Blindstopfen (B) von den Rohrleitungen abschrauben.

BEACHTEN! Der Ventilblock (V) ist nur bei Maschinen mit Roto-Cut angebaut.

Rohrleitungen (L) ansetzen, 4/3 Wegeventil (W) mit Zylinderschraube M8x60 ansetzen. Überwurfmuttern der Rohrleitungen festziehen, dann die Zylinderschraube.

Lange Rohrleitungen (A) durch die Rahmenöffnungen nach hinten verlegen und lose am 4/3 Wegeventil anschließen.

Gummilager (G) mit Befestigungsschelle lose mit Schraube ansetzen.

Monter le protecteur de javelage (R) et le protecteur (S) au côté gauche.

Unscrew blind plugs (B) from the pipes.

NOTE! Valve block (V) is only installed on machines with Roto-Cut. (Fig. 2)

Dévisser le bouchon (B) des conduites.

REMARQUE! Le bloc de clapets (V) n'est installé que sur les machines avec Roto-Cut. (Fig. 2)

Attach pipes (L), attach 4/3-way valve (W) with socket head cap bolt M8x60.

Tighten the spigot nuts of the pipes first and then the socket head cap bolt.

Mettre la conduite (L) en place et fixer la vanne à 4/3 voies (W) au moyen de la vis BTR M8x60.

Serrer les écrou-raccords des conduites puis la vis BTR. (Fig. 3)

Route the long pipe (A) through the openings in the frame to the rear and connect them loosely to the 4/3way valve.

Fasten rubber bearing (G) with fastening clamp loosely with a bolt.

Passer la conduite longue (A) par les ouvertures au cadre vers l'arrière et la brancher (sans serrer) à la vanne à 4/3 voies.

Fixer le manchon en caoutchouc (G) avec un collier à vis.

Anbauanleitung Von außen hinter dem Garnkasten Gummilager (G) mit Befestigungsschelle lose mit Schraube ansetzen.

Von innen Gummilager (G) mit Befestigungsschelle lose mit Schraube ansetzen.

Rohrleitungen scheuerfrei ausrichten, Überwurfmuttern am 4/3 Wegeventil und Schrauben der Gummilager festziehen.

Winkelstecker (D) am Magnetventil des 4/3-Wegeventils anschließen (auf Dichtung achten).

Das andere Ende am hinteren Stecker (E) des Kabelbaumes anschließen.

BEACHTEN! Die ersten drei Stecker werden bzw. sind belegt bei Maschinen mit Rotor-Cut. (Abb. 7)

Fasten the rubber bearing (G) with fastening clamp loosely from outside behind the twine box with a bolt.

De l'extérieur, fixer un manchon en caoutchouc (G) avec collier à vis derrière coffret du filet.

Fasten rubber bearing (G) with fastening clamp from inside with a screw.

Align the pipes to avoid chafing, tighten spigot nuts on 4/3-way valve and screws for rubber bearings.

De l'intérieur, fixer un manchon en caoutchouc (G) avec collier à vis.

Poser les conduites de sorte qu'elles ne frottent pas puis serrer les écrou-raccords à la vanne à 4/3 voies et les vis des colliers de serrage au manchons.

Connect angle plug (D) on the solenoid valve of the 4/3-way valve (mind the seal).

Connect the other end to the rear plug (E) of the wiring harness.

NOTE! The first three plugs will be used or are used on machines with Roto-Cut. (Fig. 7)

Brancher le connecteur (D) à l'électro-vanne de la vanne à 4/3 voies (veiller à l'étanchéité).

Brancher l'autre bout au connecteur arrière (E) du faisceau.

REMARQUE! Les trois premières prises sont utilisées pour les machines avec Rotor-Cut. (Fig. 7)

Reinstall guard (S) and guard (R) for reel reaping device.

Nicht unter dem angehobenen Ballenausstoßer arbeiten!

Die andere Seite des Ballenausstoßers (A) mit Sechskantschrauben M12x35, Contact-Scheiben und Muttern an den rechten und linken Streben anbauen.

Zylinderrohr (Z) mit Sechskantschraube M20x110, Contact-Scheibe und selbstsichernde Mutter am Querträger befestigen.

Kolbenstange (K) des Zylinders mit Sechskantschraube M20x110, Contact-Scheibe und selbstsichernde Mutter am Schlitten befestigen.

Fit the bale discharger (A) to the rear crossbeam (Q) using hexagon bolts M16x35 und Contact washers.

Do not work underneath the lifted bale discharger!

Monter l'éjecteur de balles (A) à la traverse arrière (Q) au moyen des vis à tête hexagonale M16x35 et rondelles contact.

Ne pas travailler sous l'éjecteur de balles soulevé !

Fasten the opposite side of the bale discharger (A) with hexagon bolts M12x35, Contact washers and nuts to the right and left hand struts.

Monter l'autre côté de l'éjecteur de balles (A) aux entretoises gauche et droite au moyen des vis à tête hexagonale M12x35, rondelles contact et écrous.

Fasten cylinder tube (Z) with hexagon bolt M20x110, Contact washer and self-locking nut to the crossbeam.

Fixer le tube (Z) à la traverse au moyen de la vis à tête hexagonale M20x110, rondelle contact et écrou de sécurité.

Fasten piston rod (K) of the cylinder with hexagon bolt M20x110, Contact washer and self-locking nut to the slide.

Fixer la tige de piston (K) du vérin au chariot au moyen de la vis à tête hexagonale M20x110, rondelle contact et écrou de sécurité.

Anbauanleitung Hydraulikölschläuche (H) an den Rohrleitungen und am Zylinder anschließen. Hydraulikölschläuche mit Gummilager (G), Befestigungsschelle, Schraube M8x40 und Sicherungsmutter am Querträger befestigen.

Drucktaster (D) anbauen und elektrische Leitungen anschließen. Aufkleber (A) 515 332.0 anbringen.

Nach dem Probelauf Hydraulikölstand prüfen, ggf.

Hydrauliköl nachfüllen.

Das Hydrauliköl muß bei ausgefahrenen Hydraulikzylindern mindestens bis zur unteren Markierung des Meßstabes (M) oder des Steigrohres stehen.

Bei eingefahrenen Hydraulikzylindern muß das Hydrauliköl mindestens bis zu den oberen Markierungen stehen.

Fitting Instructions / Notice de montage Connect hydraulic hoses (H) to pipes and cylinder.

Fasten the hydraulic hoses to the crossbeam using rubber bearing (G), fastening clamp, bolt M8x40 and locking nut.

Raccorder les flexibles hydrauliques (H) aux conduites et au vérin puis fixer les flexibles à la traverse au moyen des manchons (G), collier de serrage, vis M8x40 et écrou de sécurité.

Install push button (D) and connect the electric cables.

Attach sticker (A) 515 332.0.

Monter la touche (D) et effectuer le raccordement électrique. Coller l'auto-collant (A) 515 332.0.

After the test run check the hydraulic oil level, if necessary top up hydraulic oil.

With extended hydraulic cylinders the hydraulic oil level must at least reach the bottom mark on dipstick (M) or on the ascending pipe.

With retracted hydraulic cylinders the hydraulic oil level must at least reach the top marks.

Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique après la course d'essai et remplir de l'huile en conséquence.

Avec les vérins hydrauliques sortis, le niveau d'huile doit au moins atteindre le repère inférieur de la jauge (M) ou du tube.

Avec les vérins hydrauliques rentrés, le niveau d'huile doit au moins atteindre le repère supérieur de la jauge (M) ou du tube.
