1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Die vorliegende Anleitung zeigt Ihnen die Montage der in Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile.

In den nachfolgenden Kapiteln wird das Schneidwerk als Vorsatzgerät bezeichnet. Der Mähdrescher / Feldhäcksler wird als Maschine bezeichnet.

Texte und Bilder sind nach Möglichkeit neutral gehalten. Auf Unterschiede wird durch Bildüberschriften oder Texthinweise aufmerksam gemacht.

Bei den Montagebeschreibungen werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Positionsangaben wie vorn, hinten, rechts und links gelten immer in Fahrtrichtung.

Technische Angaben, Maße und Gewichte sind unverbindlich. Änderungen im Zuge der technischen Entwicklung und Irrtümer vorbehalten.

– Entlüftungsschlauch (L) mit Sammelgefäß am Entlüftungsventil (M) anschließen.

– Dieselmotor einschalten.

– Entlüftungsventil (M) lösen.

– Elektomagnetventil Schnellstopp Vorsatz (Y101) und Umlaufventil (Y77) mit Hilfswerkzeug mechanisch betätigen.

Hilfswerkzeug: Stift Ø 2 mm Hydrauliköl muss blasenfrei austreten.

– Nach dem Schließen des Entlüftungsventils (M) die Betätigung der Elektromagnetventile beenden.

– Dieselmotor ausschalten.

4.1.3 Probelauf vorbereiten und durchführen – Gegebenenfalls folgende Arbeiten vor dem Probelauf durchführen: – Schraubenverbindungen aller neu angebauten Teile nachziehen.

– Vorher abgebaute Sicherheitseinrichtungen anbauen.

– Hydraulikölstand kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

– Getriebeölstände angebauter Komponente kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

– Verwendetes Werkzeug zurücklegen.

– Nachgerüstete und/oder abgebaute elektrische Anschlüsse prüfen.

– Alle neu hinzugekommenen Schmierstellen abschmieren.

– Einstellungen an der Maschine prüfen.

– Probelauf durchführen.

– Hydraulikölstand kontrollieren. Gegebenenfalls nachfüllen.

1.1.1 How to use this manual This manual shows you how to assembly the parts listed in the Package List section.

In the following chapters, the cutterbar is referred to as a front attachment. The combine harvester / forage harvester is referred to as the machine.

Text and pictures are kept neutral if possible.

Differences are indicated using picture headings or text notes.

In the assembly descriptions, for better clarification, existing parts are designated using letters and new parts are designated using numbers.

Directions such as front, back, right and left are always relative to the direction of travel.

Technical data, dimensions and weights are given as an indication only. We reserve the right to make changes in response to technical development and errors.

Remove the ignition key.

Remove the key of the battery isolating switch.

– Wait until all rotating parts have stopped moving.

– Secure the machine with wheel chocks.

– Unscrew the clutch (K).

– Bolt on clutch (1), using the existing cheese-head screws.

– Bolt the brake caliper (9) down to the supporting arm (T) and support (4), using bolts (10).

– Tightening torque = 123 Nm

– Start the diesel engine.

– Slacken off the vent valve (M).

– Actuate the front attachment quick stop solenoid valve (Y101) and the master valve (Y77) mechanically, using an aid.

– After closing the vent valve (M), stop actuating the solenoid valves.

Dans la mesure du possible, les textes et illustrations sont neutres. Les éventuelles différences sont expliquées par les légendes de l'illustration ou des textes spécifiques.

Pour se repérer plus facilement au niveau des descriptions de montage, les pièces existantes sont marquées par des lettres et les pièces neuves marquées par des chiffres.

– Démarrer le moteur diesel.

– Desserrer la vanne de purge d'air (M).

– Actionner mécaniquement l'électrovanne de l'arrêt rapide de l'outil frontal (Y101) et la vanne de circulation (Y77) en utilisant un outil approprié.

Outil : goupille Ø 2 mm L'huile hydraulique doit sortir sans bulle.

– Après avoir fermé la vanne de purge d'air (M), finir d'actionner les électrovannes.

– Arrêter le moteur diesel.

4.1.3 Préparer un fonctionnement test et le réaliser – Le cas échéant, effectuer les travaux suivants avant d'effectuer le test de fonctionnement : – Resserrer les raccords vissés de toutes les pièces venant d'être posées.

– Poser les dispositifs de sécurité déposés précédemment.

– Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

– Vérifier les niveaux d'huile hydraulique des composants attelés/portés. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.

– Ranger les outils utilisés.

– Vérifier les branchements électriques venant d'être posés et/ou ayant été déposés.

– Lubrifier tous les nouveaux points de graissage ajoutés.

– Vérifier les réglages sur la machine.

– Procéder à un test de fonctionnement.

– Vérifier le niveau d'huile hydraulique. Faire l'appoint si nécessaire.
