1.1.1 Handhabung der Anleitung Diese Anbau- und Betriebsanleitung ist in erster Linie für den Maschinenführer bestimmt und gibt Auskunft über Anbau und Bedienung des Produktes.

Weiterhin ist der Anbau der im Kapitel Lieferumfang aufgeführten Teile beschrieben.

Im Kapitel Anbau werden zur besseren Orientierung vorhandene Teile mit Buchstaben und Neuteile mit Zahlen gekennzeichnet.

Befolgen Sie die Ratschläge für die richtige Pflege und Wartung Ihres Produktes, dann werden Sie eine ständige Betriebsbereitschaft und lange Lebensdauer des Produktes erzielen.

Lassen Sie auch die regelmäßigen Inspektionen durch Ihre CLAAS Fachwerkstatt durchführen. Versäumnisse in der Wartung oder falsche Bedienung führen zu Leistungsminderung und bringen Zeitverlust.

4.2 Maschinenumfang anbauen

4.2.1 Allgemeine Hinweise Stromversorgung Falschpolung vermeiden!

BLAU 12 V + Braun 12 V – Masse Das System ist ausgelegt für eine Spannung von 12 24 Volt Gleichstrom. Die Stromaufnahme im Betrieb liegt bei 1,2 A. Der Einschaltstrom beträgt kurzfristig bis zu 4 A. Bei allen anderen Anwendungen unbedingt richtige Polung beachten.

Blau 12 V+ Braun 12V- Vorsicherung max. 5 A vorschalten.

Sicherungen Das System ist über 3 Sicherungen gegen Schäden geschützt. Alle Sicherungen befinden sich in der Schaltbox.

Zwei Sicherungen sind Rückstellautomaten, die nach dem Auslösen bei anschließender Stromabschaltung selbstständig zurück gesetzt werden.

Die dritte ist eine handelsübliche gesteckte Schmelzsicherung.

4.2.2 Monitor anbauen nur Typ 492/493 (muss separat bestellt werden): – Halter (9) mit Schrauben (10) am rechten Holm in der Kabine anschrauben.

4.2.1 General information Power supply Ensure polarity is correct!

BLUE 12 V + Brown 12 V – Ground The system is designed for a 12 – 24 V DC supply. The current consumption in operation is 1.2 A. The switchon current may briefly peak at 4 A. For all other applications ensure that the polarity is correct.

Blue 12V+ Brown 12V- Fit an in-line back-up fuse max. 5 A. Safety devices The system has three safety devices to protect it from damage. All the safety devices are located in the control box.

Two of the safety devices are resetting mechanisms which reset automatically when tripped if the power is then turned off.

The third safety device is a standard commercial fuse.

4.2 Montage des équipements de la machine

4.2.1 Conseils généraux Alimentation électrique Respecter la polarité correcte !

BLEU 12 V + Marron 12 V – masse Le système est conçu pour du courant continu de 12 24 volts. La consommation de courant en service est de 1,2 A. L’intensité du courant de démarrage peut connaître de brèves pointes de 4 A. Pour toutes les autres utilisations, respecter impérativement la polarité correcte.

Bleu 12 V+ Marron 12 V - Monter en amont un filtre de puissance de 5 A max.

Fusibles Le système est protégé des détériorations par 3 fusibles. Tous les fusibles se trouvent dans le boîtier de distribution.

Deux fusibles sont des disjoncteurs réarmables qui, après s’être déclenchés, se réarment automatiquement après avoir coupé le courant.

Le troisième est un fusible enfiché courant.

4.2.4 Acheminer le jeu de câbles

– Branchez le câble de la caméra (1) au câble (5).

– Fixez le câble sur le coude d'éjection à l'aide de serre-câbles (6).

– Insérez le câble (5) dans l'ouverture au niveau de la partie supérieure du coude d'éjection, au-dessous du support d'éclairage, et amenez-le, par le biais de la conduite, jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure du coude d'éjection.

Si nécessaire, insérez d'abord un fil de fer dans la conduite et fixez le câble (5) à son extrémité.

– Une fois le câble (5) passé dans la conduite, amenez-le sur l'autre côté du coude d'éjection.

– Fixez le câble (5) à l'aide des colliers de serrage (3) et des vis disponibles.

– Fixez le câble (5) le long de la gaine à l'aide des serre-câbles (6).

– Fixez l'antenne (20) par succion à l'aide du levier (H).

– Introduisez le câble de l'antenne (20) dans la cabine par la porte ou un orifice prévu à cet effet.
