Diese Anleitung zeigt Ihnen den Anbau der elektrischen Corn-Cracker-Verstellung für die Feldhäcksler CLAAS JAGUAR 900--830.

These fitting instructions explain the procedure for installing the electric corn cracker adjustment to the CLAAS JAGUAR 900--830.

Motor stillsetzen und BatterieTrennschalter ausschalten!

Überwurf (W) entriegeln und mit Schlauch (S) zusammen abnehmen.

Fold down the steps on the right-hand side and fold up door.

Déplier les marches côté droit et relever la trappe.

Stop the engine, and switch off the battery isolator switch!

Arrêter le moteur et déconnecter l’interrupteur séparateur de batterie !

Unlock the union nut (W) and remove together with hose (S).

Déverrouiller le collet (W) et l’enlever avec le tuyau (S).

Remove guard (B).

Verbundriemen (V) entspannen: Das Aufsteckrohr vom Bordwerkzeug bis zum Anschlag auf den Wellenstummel (siehe Pfeil) stecken und die Spannrolle über den Totpunkt nach vorn drücken.

Verbundkeil (V) abnehmen.

Spannpratzen (S) lösen und um 90° drehen.

Den Corn-Cracker mit einem geeigneten Werkzeug (Knarre mit 19 mm Stecknuss) nach hinten fahren.

Die Anzeige für die manuelle Verstellung abbauen: Dafür die Sechskantschrauben (T) und die Zylinderschraube (Z) abschrauben.

Sur les machines dotées d’un graissage centralisé, dégager l’accouplement (K).

Relieving the power band belt (V):

Détendre la courroie poly-V (V):

Put the slip-on tube contained in the on--board toolbox on the shaft end until the stop (see arrow) and push the jockey pulley to the front beyond the dead centre.

Enficher le tube qui se trouve dans la caisse à outils, jusqu’en butée sur l’embout d’arbre (voir flèche) et pousser la poulie tendeur vers l’avant au delà du point mort.

Remove power band belt (V).

Enlever la courroie poly-V (V).

Loosen the lock clamps (S) and rotate by 90°.

Dégager les pattes de serrage (S) et les tourner de 90°.

Move the corn cracker to the rear using a suitable tool (ratchet with 19 mm socket).

En utilisant un outil approprié (clé à cliquet avec un embout de 19 mm), déplacer le Corn-Cracker vers l’arrière.

Removing the manual adjustment indicator:

Déposer l’affichage du réglage manuel:

Unscrew the hexagon bolts (T) and the cheese-head screw (Z).

Pour ce faire, dévisser les vis six pans (T) et la vis à tête cylindrique (Z).

Anbau Die Konsole (2) mit den Zylinderschrauben (3) am Getriebemotor anbauen.

Dabei beachten, dass die Raste (R) passend zur Konsole steht.

Den Bolzen (4) in die Kupplung (5) einsetzen und mit dem Sprengring sichern.

Die Kupplung (5) bis zum Anschlag auf die Welle des Getriebemotors vorsichtig mit einem Kunststoffhammer aufdrücken. Dabei beachten, dass die Scheibenfeder richtig in der Welle sitzt und die Nut der Kupplung (S) passend steht.

Vormontierten Getriebemotor auf die Doppelpumpe (D) aufschieben.

BEACHTEN! Raste (R) muss unten stehen. Doppelpumpe (D) mit vorhandener Schraube von unten anschrauben. Strebe (6) mit Sechskantschrauben (7) und (8) anschrauben.

Zusätzlich die Konsole von unten mit Sechskantschraube (7) befestigen. Schelle (9) aufschieben und mit Sechskantschraube (10) befestigen.

Fitting Instructions / Notice de montage Fit the support (2) to the gear motor using the cheese-head screws (3).

Poser la console (2) avec les vis à tête cylindrique (3) sur le moteur réducteur.

Make sure that the catch (R) aligns with the support.

Faire attention à ce que l’encoche (R) soit bien positionnée par rapport à la console.

Insert the pin (4) into the coupling (5) and secure by means of the snap ring.

Poser le boulon (4) dans l’accouplement (5) et le bloquer par un jonc.

Push the coupling (5) carefully on the gear motor shaft up to the stop, using a plastic-tip hammer. Make sure that the curved washer is correctly located in the shaft and that the coupling groove (S) has the correct position.

Insérer avec précautions l’accouplement (5) jusqu’en butée sur l’arbre du moteur réducteur, en utilisant un maillet en caoutchouc. Faire attention à ce que la clavette disque soit bien en place dans l’arbre et que la rainure de l’accouplement (S) soit bien positionnée.

Push pre-assembled gear motor on the double pump (D).

Insérer le moteur réducteur assemblé sur la pompe double (D).

IMPORTANT! The catch (R) must face downwards.

Bolt down double pump (D) with existing bolt from the bottom. Fit brace with hexagon bolts (7) and (8).

ATTENTION! l’encoche (R) doit être en bas, visser la pompe double (D) avec la vis existante depuis le bas.

Visser l’entretoise (6) avec les vis six pans (7) et (8).

Additionally fasten the support from the bottom, using hexagon bolt (7). Push on clamp (9) and fasten by means of hexagon bolt (10).

Fixer en plus la console depuis le bas en utilisant une vis six pans (7). Insérer le collier (9) et fixer avec la vis six pans (10).

Anbau Kabelstecker des Kabelsatzes (11) aufschieben und anschrauben.

Kabelsatz (11) mittels Rohrschelle (12) und Sechskantschraube (13) befestigen.

Bei Zentralschmieranlage vorhandene Schraube benutzen.

Corn-Cracker nach vorne fahren und mit Spannpratzen (S) befestigen.

Verbundriemen (V) auflegen.

Das Aufsteckrohr (vom Bordwerkzeug) bis zum Anschlag auf den Wellenstummel (siehe Pfeil) stecken und die Spannrolle über den Totpunkt nach hinten drücken.

Aufsteckrohr abnehmen.

Kabelsatz (11) mit Klemmfeder (14) und vorhandener Schraube befestigen. Schutzblech (B) anbauen.

Stecker des Kabelsatzes (11) mit vorhandenem Kabelsatz verbinden (siehe Pfeil).

Insérer le connecteur du jeu de câbles (11) et le visser.

Fasten wiring loom (11) by means of pipe clamp (12) and hexagon bolt (13).

Fixer le jeu de câbles (11) avec un collier (12) et la vis six pans (13).

Use existing bolt on machines equipped with a central lubrication system.

Move corn cracker forwards and fasten by means of lock clamps (S).

Amener le Corn-Cracker vers l’avant et le fixer avec les pattes de serrage (S).

Install power band belt (V).

Put the slip-on tube contained in the on-board toolbox on the shaft end until the stop (see arrow) and push the jockey pulley to the rear beyond the dead centre.

Fasten wiring loom (11) with clamping spring (14) and existing bolt. Fit guard (B).

Connect plug on wiring loom (11) with the existing wiring loom (see arrow).

Unscrew knurled nut (M) and fold up switch console.

BEACHTEN! Vor dem Öffnen der Zentralelektrik den Fahrersitz ganz nach unten und zurück stellen.

Abdeckung der Zentralelektrik abnehmen und Sicherung (16) in Steckplatz F 30 einsetzen (siehe Pfeil).

Abdeckung wieder auflegen. Bedienpult zurückschwenken und mit Rändelmutter festschrauben.

Ablagefach von oben hereinstecken.

Batterie-Trennschalter einschalten.

Die Klappe auf der rechten Seite schließen und Stufen hochschwenken.

Maschine mit CDS 3000 neu konfigurieren.

Corn-Cracker-Abstand programmieren (siehe Betriebsanleitung).

Brancher l’interrupteur (15) et l’insérer dans l’ouverture.

Re-fit monitor.

Revisser le moniteur.

IMPORTANT! Before opening the central terminal compartment, set the operator’s seat fully downward and to the rear.

ATTENTION! avant d’ouvrir le système électrique central, amener le siège du conducteur à fond vers l’arrière puis le ramener en position normale.

Remove central terminal compartment cover and insert fuse (16) in location F 30 (see arrow).

Enlever le revêtement du système électrique central et insérer le fusible (16) sur l’emplacement F 30 (voir flèche).

Re-fit cover. Fold switch console back down and attach by means of knurled nut. Insert storage box from the top.

Reposer la protection. Pivoter le pupitre de commande en position initiale et le visser avec les écrous moletés. Insérer le compartiment de rangement depuis le haut.

Connect battery isolator switch.

Close door on right--hand side of machine and fold up steps.

Re-configure machine using the CDS 3000.

Program corn cracker clearance (see operating instructions).

Connecter l’interrupteur séparateur de batterie.

Fermer la trappe sur le côté droit et replier les marches.

Reconfigurer la machine avec CDS 3000.

Programmer la distance du Corn-Cracker (voir notice d’utilisation).
