1 Einleitung EINLEITUNG Diese Anleitung beschreibt den sicheren und zeitsparenden Arbeitsablauf zum Zusammenbau der Maschine.

Lesen Sie daher diese Anleitung vor Beginn der Arbeiten sorgfältig durch! Beachten Sie besonders den Abschnitt „Allgemeine Hinweise“ sowie die Gefahrenhinweise in der Betriebsanleitung.

3 Allgemeine Hinweise BESONDERS ZU BEACHTEN Die Hinweise in dieser Anleitung müssen zur Abwendung von Gefahren von allen Personen gelesen und beachtet werden, die diese Maschine / Vorsatzgerät einsetzen, warten, instandhalten oder kontrollieren. Lesen und beachten Sie insbesondere den Abschnitt „Allgemeine Hinweise“ und die Sicherheitshinweise in Ihrer Betriebsanleitung. Beachten Sie die gültigen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften Ihres Landes.

Vor Beginn der Arbeiten feststellen, ob alle Werkzeuge und Hilfsmittel vorhanden sind.

Einen Vergleich zwischen dem vorhandenen Maschinentyp / Vorsatztyp und des gelieferten Teilesatzes durchführen.

Allgemeine Hinweise

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG Die Verwendung von Ersatzteilen, Zubehör und Zusatzgeräten, die nicht original von CLAAS stammen und nicht von CLAAS geprüft und freigegeben sind, kann konstruktiv vorgegebene Eigenschaften der CLAAS-Maschine / -Vorsatzgerät oder seine Funktionstüchtigkeit negativ verändern und dadurch die aktive und / oder passive Fahrsicherheit sowie Arbeitssicherheit (Unfallschutz) beeinträchtigen.

Für Schäden, die insoweit durch die Verwendung von Nicht-CLAAS-Original-Teilen, -Zubehör und -Zusatzgeräten entstehen, ist jedwede Haftung von CLAAS ausgeschlossen.

SICHERHEITSAUFKLEBER MIT WARNBILDZEICHEN Die an der Maschine / Vorsatzgerät angebrachten Warn- und Hinweisschilder geben wichtige Hinweise für den gefahrlosen Betrieb. Die Beachtung dient Ihrer Sicherheit!

Werden Warnbildzeichen beim Umbau beschädigt oder Teile mit Warnbildzeichen ausgetauscht, so ist sicherzustellen, dass wieder die entsprechenden Warnbildzeichen aufgeklebt werden.

Die einzelnen Aufkleber sind in der Betriebsanleitung näher erläutert.

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Bei Arbeiten an dem angehobener Maschine / Vorsatzgerät stets Sicherung durch geeignete Abstützelemente vornehmen!

Beim Aus- und Einbauen von Arbeitswerkzeugen geeignetes Werkzeug und Handschuhe benutzen! Öle, Fette und Filter ordnungsgemäß entsorgen!

Vor Arbeiten an der elektrischen Anlage stets Stromzufuhr trennen!

Bei Schleifarbeiten Schutzbrille und Schutzmaske tragen. Die Herstellerhinweise für die Verwendung von Schleif-/Trennscheiben beachten.

Vor dem Schweißen, Brennen und Schleifen Maschine / Vorsatzgerät und deren Umgebung von Staub und brennbaren Stoffen reinigen und für ausreichende Lüftung sorgen – Explosionsgefahr!

Bei Ausführung von elektrischen Schweißarbeiten an angebauter Maschine / Vorsatzgerät, Stormzufuhr trennen oder Kabel am Generator und der Batterie abklemmen!

Bei Schweißarbeiten vorgeschriebene Schutzkleidung, wie z.B. dunkle Schutzbrille oder Schutzschild, Schutzkleidung, Schweißhandschuhe und Sicherheitsschuhe tragen. Nicht ohne Augenschutz in den Lichtbogen blicken – Blendgefahr!

Bei Montage-/Demontagearbeiten unbedingt die Gewichte der Bauteile beachten. Nur sichere und ausreichend dimensionierte Anschlagmittel und Hebevorrichtungen verwenden.

Nicht unter die schwebende Last treten!

Sicherheitsschuhwerk tragen!

Lesen und beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise im Kapitel „Zur Sicherheit“ in der Betriebsanleitung der Maschine / des Vorsatzgerätes.

Montage- und Reinigungsarbeiten grundsätzlich nur bei abgeschaltetem Antrieb und stillstehendem Motor vornehmen! – Zündschlüssel abziehen!

Montagearbeiten dürfen nur von dazu ausgebildetem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden.

An der hydraulischen Einrichtung der Maschine / des Vorsatzgerätes darf nur Personal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik arbeiten!

Vor Arbeiten an der Hydraulikanlage, Maschine / Vorsatzgerät bzw. hydraulisch betätigte Anbauteile absenken bzw. ablassen und Hydraulikanlage drucklos machen!

Vor Montagearbeiten an vorgespannten Energiespeichern (Federn, Druckspeicher etc.) sind diese vorschriftsmäßig zu entspannen!

General Information

DESIGNATED USE

Dispose of oil, grease and filters correctly!

The use of spare parts, accessories and ancillary equipment which is not originally manufactured, and checked and released by CLAAS can have a negative effect on specific design features of the CLAAS machine / front attachment or on its operatability, thereby impairing active and / or passive operating safety, as well as safety at work (accident prevention).

Always disconnect power supply before work on the electrical system!

CLAAS will in no way be liable for damage or personal injury caused by the use of other than original CLAAS parts, accessories and additional equipment.

SAFETY DECALS WITH WARNING SYMBOLS The warning and instruction signs on the machine / front attachment contain important information for safe operation. These instructions involve your safety – observe them at all times!

If warning symbols are damaged during modifications or if parts with warning symbols are replaced, ensure that new warning symbols are attached.

Wear safety goggles and mask for grinding work.

Observe the manufacturer's directions for the use of grinding and cutting discs.

Before welding, burning and grinding clean dust and flammable material from the machine / front attachment and its surroundings and ensure adequate ventilation – risk of explosion!

When using electrical welding equipment on attached machine / front attachment, disconnect power supply or remove cable on generator and battery!

When welding use required protective gear, such as dark safety goggles or shield, protective clothing, welding gloves and safety shoes. Do not look directly at the arc without eye protection – risk of blindness!

Always be aware of the weight of parts during assembly and disassembly. Use only safe and sufficiently dimensioned lifting gear and hoists.

Do not step under the suspended load!

Wear safety footwear!

The various decals are explained in detail in the operator's manual.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read and observe the safety instructions in the “Safety” chapter in the operator's manual for the machine / front attachment.

Never carry out assembly and cleaning work unless the drive is switched and the engine is stopped!

– Remove the ignition key!

Only trained technicians may carry out assembly work.

Only technicians with special knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems may work on the hydraulic equipment of the machine / front attachment!

Before working on the hydraulic system, lower or drain machine / front attachment or hydraulically actuated components and depressurise the hydraulic system!

Energy storage equipment (springs, pressure tanks etc.) must be released as specified before working on them!

When working on the raised machine / front attachment always support it with suitable props!

Use suitable tools and gloves to remove and install working equipment!

• Hitch up the three-point mounting to the point (A) and lift it off the transport rack.

Assembly CHECK AND OBSERVE AFTER COMPLETE ASSEMBLY AND BEFORE PUTTING INTO OPERATION. DANGER! Work on the machine only when the engine is at a standstill.

– Remove the ignition key!

1. Before commissioning the machine: • Carry out tests in accordance with the operator's manual.

• Check the pull rope settings.

2. Check that the screws are tight.

3. Prior to operation, lubricate the machine thoroughly.

4. Check the levels of grease and oil in the transmissions.

5. Check the machine settings.

6. Check safety features (e.g. overload clutch, drive component covers, etc.) for proper operation and correct seating.

7. Never let the machine run while unattended.

10. Switch on the PTO drive only at idle speed.

11. Check for leaks.

Remarques générales Utilisation conforme aux prescriptions

UTILISATION CONFORME AUX PRESCRIPTIONS L'utilisation de pièces de rechange, d'accessoires et d'outils complémentaires qui ne sont pas d'origine CLAAS et qui n'ont pas été contrôlés et homologués par CLAAS, peut modifier de façon négative les propriétés constructives de la machine / de l'outil frontal CLAAS et ses capacités de fonctionnement et nuire ainsi à la sécurité de conduite active et / ou passive et à la sécurité de travail (prévention des accidents).

Avant les travaux de montage sur les accumulateurs d'énergie précontraints (ressorts, accumulateurs de pression, etc.), il est important de les amener en pression nulle comme préconisé !

Pour les travaux sur la machine / l'outil frontal relevé, toujours étayer par des éléments appropriés !

Pour déposer et poser les outils de travail, toujours utiliser des outils adaptés et porter des gants !

Eliminer les huiles, graisses et filtres en respectant la législation en vigueur !

CLAAS exclue toute responsabilité pour les dommages, dans la mesure où ils résultent de l'utilisation de pièces, d'accessoires et d'outils complémentaires qui ne dont pas d'origine CLAAS.

Avant les travaux sur le système électrique, toujours couper l'alimentation électrique !

AUTOCOLLANTS DE SÉCURITÉ AVEC PICTOGRAMME D'AVERTISSEMENT

Avant de souder, de poncer et de braser, nettoyer la machine / l'outil frontal et ses environs pour éliminer la poussière et les matières inflammables et assurer une ventilation suffisante – Risques d'explosion !

Les plaques d'avertissement et de consignes apposées sur la machine / l'outil frontal fournissent des indications importantes pour un fonctionnement sans risque. Leur respect contribue à votre sécurité !

Si des pictogrammes d'avertissement sont abîmés lors du montage ou si des pièces portant des pictogrammes d'avertissement sont remplacées, il faut s'assurer que les pictogrammes d'avertissement correspondants soient de nouveau collés.

Les différents autocollants sont expliqués plus en détail dans la notice d'utilisation.

CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ Il est également important de lire et de respecter les consignes de sécurité au chapitre "Sécurité" dans la notice d'utilisation de la machine / de l'outil frontal.

Avant de réaliser les travaux de montage et de nettoyage, il est impératif de déconnecter l'entraînement et d'arrêter le moteur ! – Retirer la clé de contact !

Pour les travaux de ponçage porter des lunettes de protection et un masque de protection. Respecter les consignes du fabricant pour l'utilisation des disques de ponçage et de meulage.

Pour la réalisation de travaux de soudure électriques sur la machine / l'outil frontal, couper l'alimentation électrique ou débrancher le câble au niveau du générateur et de la batterie !

Pour les travaux de soudure, porter les vêtements de protection préconisés, comme par ex. des lunettes de protection foncées ou un écran de protection, des vêtements de protection, des gants de soudure et des chaussures de protection. Ne jamais regarder dans l'arc lumineux sans protection oculaire – risque d'éblouissement !

Pour les travaux de montage/démontage tenir impérativement compte du poids des pièces. Utiliser uniquement des moyens d'élinguage et des dispositifs de levage sûrs et suffisamment dimensionnés.

Ne jamais se tenir ou passer sous une charge suspendue !

Porter des chaussures de sécurité !

Les travaux de montage doivent être impérativement réalisés par un personnel spécialisé formé pour cela.

Seul un personnel possédant une expérience et des connaissances spécifiques en hydraulique est autorisé à travailler sur les dispositifs hydrauliques de la machine / de l'outil frontal !

Avant de travailler sur le système hydraulique, descendre la machine / l'outil frontal ou descendre les éléments commandés hydrauliquement et amener l'installation hydraulique en pression nulle !

A VÉRIFIER ET À RESPECTER UNE FOIS LE MONTAGE TERMINÉ ET AVANT LA MISE EN SERVICE !

Danger !

Il est impératif d'arrêter le moteur avant de réaliser les travaux sur la machine.

– Retirer la clé de contact !

1. Avant la mise en service de la machine : • Réaliser les contrôles conformément à la Notice d'utilisation.

• Vérifier les réglages des câbles.

2. Vérifier que les vis sont bien en place et serrées.

3. Avant de mettre la machine en service bien la graisser.

4. Vérifier les niveaux de graisse et d'huile dans les boîtes de vitesses, boîtiers et engrenages.

5. Vérifier les réglages sur la machine.

6. Vérifier le fonctionnement et le positionnement correct de tous les dispositifs de sécurité (par ex. limiteurs de couple, protections des éléments d'entraînement, etc.).

7. Ne jamais laisser tourner la machine sans surveillance.

8. Éloigner les personnes de la zone à risques, si des personnes s'approchent de la zone à risques, éteindre aussitôt la machine.

9. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la machine.

10. Pour mettre en marche l'entraînement de l'arbre de prise de force, il faut que le régime soit au ralenti.

11. Réaliser un contrôle d'étanchéité.

12. Dételer à nouveau la machine : voir notice d’utilisation.

1 Introduzione INTRODUZIONE Le presenti istruzioni descrivono la procedura di lavoro sicura e veloce per eseguire il montaggio della macchina.

Indicazioni generali

NORME PER IL CORRETTO IMPIEGO L'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali CLAAS o dalla stessa non autorizzati, possono influenzare negativamente le caratteristiche costruttive o il funzionamento delle macchine / adattatori CLAAS. Ciò potrebbe compromettere la sicurezza di guida e di lavoro (prevenzione infortuni).

CLAAS declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali inconvenienti derivanti dall'impiego di ricambi, accessori o attrezzature non originali o dalla stessa non autorizzati.

DECALCOMANIE CON SIMBOLI DI PERICOLO Le decalcomanie applicate alla macchina / adattatore riportano importanti avvisi per un utilizzo senza pericolo. La loro osservanza garantisce la Vostra sicurezza!

Se le decalcomanie con simboli di pericolo vengono danneggiate durante la modifica oppure parti con tali decalcomanie vengono sostituite, bisogna applicare di nuovo le corrispondenti decalcomanie.

INDICAZIONI GENERALI PER LA SICUREZZA

Quando si smontano e montano attrezzi di lavoro, impiegare sempre attrezzi adatti e guanti di protezione!

Smaltire sempre oli, grassi e filtri secondo la normativa vigente!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto elettrico, staccare sempre l'alimentazione elettrica!

Durante i lavori di molatura, indossare occhiali e maschera di protezione. Osservare le indicazioni del produttore per l'uso di dischi di molatura / taglio.

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura, bruciatura e molatura, pulire la macchina / adattatore e l'ambiente circostante da polvere e materiali incendiabili e predisporre una ventilazione sufficiente – pericolo di esplosione!

Prima di eseguire lavori di saldatura elettrica sulla macchina / adattatore montati, staccare l'alimentazione elettrica oppure il cavo sul generatore e sulla batteria!

Durante i lavori di saldatura, indossare gli indumenti protettivi prescritti, quali ad es. occhiali o maschera di protezione scuri, indumenti protettivi, guanti da saldatore e scarpe di sicurezza. Non guardare l'arco senza protezioni – pericolo di accecamento!

Durante i lavori di montaggio / smontaggio, prestare sempre attenzione al peso delle parti installate.

Impiegare solo mezzi di battuta e dispositivi di sollevamento sicuri ed adeguatamente dimensionati.

Non passare sotto carichi sospesi!

Indossare scarpe di sicurezza!

Leggere ed osservare anche le indicazioni per la sicurezza del capitolo «Precauzioni di sicurezza» del libretto d'uso della macchina / adattatore.

Le operazioni di montaggio e di pulitura devono essere sempre eseguite con trasmissione disinnestata e motore fermo!Estrarre la chiave di accensione!

Le operazioni di montaggio devono essere eseguite da personale specializzato addestrato a tale scopo.

Soltanto personale con speciali conoscenze ed esperienza di 'impianti idraulici può lavorare sul sistema idraulico della macchina / adattatore!

Prima di eseguire lavori sull'impianto idraulico, abbassare o scaricare la macchina / adattatore oppure le parti montate ad azionamento idraulico e scaricare la pressione dall'impianto!

Prima di eseguire lavori di montaggio su accumulatori di energia precaricati (molle, accumulatori di pressione ecc.) questi devono essere correttamente scaricati!

In caso di lavori sulla macchina / adattatore sollevati, assicurarli sempre con supporti idonei!

4 Montaggio ISTRUZIONI GENERALI PER IL MONTAGGIO Pericolo!

Lavori alla macchina / testata devono sempre essere eseguiti solo a motore spento.

– Estrarre la chiave d'accensione!

I testi e le figure sono stati mantenuti, nel limite del possibile, neutri. Le differenze tra i diversi tipi sono evidenziate con descrizioni nei testi.

ASSEMBLAGGIO DELLA FALCIATRICE A DISCHI

• Per l'assemblaggio, dovranno essere esattamente seguite le rappresentazioni delle figure.

• Rispettare la sequenza dei lavori.

Pericolo!

Nel sollevare particolari pesanti dall'imballaggio come pure nel corso dell'assemblaggio, sussistono pericoli d'infortunio.

– Non sostare sotto un carico pendente!

– Prestare attenzione alle indicazioni relative al peso dei particolari!

– Impiegare dispositivi di sollevamento sicuri!

Di norma qualsiasi lavoro da eseguire sulla macchina deve essere svolto soltanto a motore spento.

– Estrarre la chiave d'accensione!

• Staccare e rimuovere gli imballaggi.

• Prelevare alberi cardanici, supporti del telo di pro1

Montaggio DOPO AVER EFFETTUATO IL MONTAGGIO, CONTROLLARE E OSSERVARE PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN CAMPO! Pericolo!

Di norma qualsiasi lavoro da eseguire sulla macchina deve essere svolto soltanto a motore spento.

– Estrarre la chiave d'accensione!

1. Prima della messa in campo della macchina: • Eseguire i controlli come da Libretto d'uso.

• Controllare le registrazioni dei cavetti di comando.

2. Controllare il corretto assetto delle viti.

3. Prima della messa in campo, lubrificare a fondo la macchina.

4. Controllare il livello del grasso e dell'olio nelle trasmissioni.

5. Controllare le regolazioni della macchina.

6. Controllare la funzionalità e il corretto posizionamento dei dispositivi di sicurezza (ad es. frizioni contro i sovraccarichi, copertura degli elementi di trasmissione, ...).

7. Non lasciare mai incustodita la macchina in moto.

8. Allontanare le persone dalla zona di pericolo; se qualcuno si avvicina alla zona di pericolo, spegnere immediatamente la macchina.

9. Eseguire un controllo del funzionamento della macchina.

10. Attivare l'azionamento della presa di forza solo con regime al minimo.

11. Eseguire un controllo della tenuta.

12. Per smontare nuovamente la macchina – vedere il Libretto d'uso.

1 Inleiding INLEIDING Deze handleiding beschrijft een veilige en tijdsbesparende werkvolgorde voor de montage van de machine.

Algemene aanwijzingen

3 Algemene aanwijzingen WAAR U BIJZONDER OP MOET LETTEN De aanwijzingen in deze handleiding moeten, om gevaar te vermijden, door iedereen gelezen en nageleefd worden die deze machine / aanzetstuk gebruikt, onderhoudt of controleert.Lees met name het hoofdstuk “Algemene aanwijzingen” en het hoofdstuk “Voor de veiligheid” in uw gebruiksaanwijzing goed door en volg de aanwijzingen hierin op. Neem goed nota van de geldende ongevallenpreventievoorschriften van uw land.

Voor aanvang van de werkzaamheden vaststellen, of alle gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen aanwezig zijn.Een vergelijking tussen het aanwezige machinetype / voorzetapparaattype en de geleverde onderdelenset uitvoeren.

AANDUIDING VAN WAARSCHUWINGEN EN GEVAREN In deze gebruiksaanwijzing hebben we plaatsen die uw veiligheid en de veiligheid van de machine / het voorzetapparaat betreffen, van de volgende symbolen voorzien. Geef alle veiligheidsvoorschriften ook aan andere gebruikers door.

Gevaar!

Bij aanwijzingen die moeten worden opgevolgd om gevaar voor lijf en leven van de bediener of andere mensen te voorkomen.

– Maatregelen ter voorkoming van gevaar.

Opgelet!

Teksten en afbeeldingen zijn zo neutraal mogelijk gehouden.Er wordt middels aanwijzingen in de vorm van tekst gewezen op verschillen tussen de afzonderlijke types.

Aanduiding van aanwijzingen waarbij er schade aan de machine / het voorzetapparaat kan optreden als ze niet worden nageleefd.

Technische specificaties, maten en gewichten zijn inclusief toleranties.

– Maatregelen ter voorkoming van gevaar voor de machine / het voorzetapparaat.

Vooraan, achteraan, rechts en links moet altijd in rijrichting begrepen worden.

Aanwijzing!

Aanduiding van aanwijzingen die het mogelijk maken de machine / het voorzetapparaat effectiever en economischer te gebruiken.

In acht nemen!

Aanduiding van aanwijzingen waarvan bij demontage / montage nota genomen moet worden.

Milieu!

Aanduiding van aanwijzingen die moeten worden opgevolgd om gevaren voor het milieu te voorkomen.

Gevaar voor het milieu bestaat bij niet correcte omgang met stoffen die gevaarlijk zijn voor het milieu (b.v. afgewerkte olie) en / of bij de verwerking ervan.

Algemene aanwijzingen

GEBRUIK VOLGENS DE BESTEMMING Het gebruik van onderdelen, toebehoren en hulptoestellen die niet origineel zijn en niet door CLAAS getest en goedgekeurd zijn, kan constructieve eigenschappen van de CLAAS-machine / het CLAAS-voorzetapparaat of de werking van de machine / het voorzetapparaat negatief beïnvloeden en hierdoor de actieve en / of passieve rijveiligheid alsook de werkveiligheid (bescherming tegen ongevallen) in gevaar brengen.

Voor schade die veroorzaakt wordt door het gebruik van niet-originele delen, toebehoren en hulptoestellen, kan CLAAS niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden.

VEILIGHEIDSSTICKERS MET GEVARENSYMBOLEN De op de machine / het voorzetapparaat aangebrachte waarschuwings- en informatieborden geven belangrijke aanwijzingen voor een werking zonder gevaren. Neem voor uw veiligheid hiervan goed nota!

Worden gevarensymbolen bij het ombouwen beschadigd of onderdelen met gevarensymbolen vervangen, dan moet ervoor gezorgd worden, dat weer de betreffende gevarensymbolen aangebracht worden.

De afzonderlijke stickers zijn nader toegelicht in de gebruiksaanwijzing.

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN Lees ook de veiligheidsvoorschriften in het hoofdstuk “Voor de veiligheid” in de gebruiksaanwijzing van de machine / het voorzetapparaat goed door en volg de instructies hierin op.

Vóór montagewerkzaamheden aan voorgespannen energiebuffers (veren, druktanks enz.) moeten deze volgens de voorschriften ontspannen worden!

Bij werkzaamheden aan opgetilde machine / voorzetapparaat deze / dit altijd beveiligen met geschikte stutelementen!

Bij uit- en inbouwen van werkgereedschappen geschikt gereedschap en handschoenen gebruiken!

Oliën, vetten en filters volgens de geldende voorschriften afvoeren!

Voor werkzaamheden aan de elektrische installatie altijd stroomtoevoer onderbreken!

Bij slijpwerkzaamheden veiligheidsbril en beschermend masker dragen. Goed nota nemen van de aanwijzingen van de fabrikant voor het gebruik van slijp- / doorslijpschijven.

Voor het lassen, branden en slijpen machine / voorzetapparaat en de omgeving ervan ontdoen van stof en brandbare stoffen en zorgen voor voldoende ventilatie – explosiegevaar!

Bij het uitvoeren van elektrische laswerkzaamheden aan aangebouwde machine / voorzetapparaat, stroomtoevoer loskoppelen of kabels op generator en accu afklemmen!

Bij laswerkzaamheden voorgeschreven veiligheidskleding, zoals b.v. donkere veiligheidsbril of lasschild, veiligheidskleding, lashandschoenen en veiligheidsschoenen dragen. Niet zonder oogbescherming in de lichtboog kijken – gevaar voor verblinding!

Bij montage- / demontagewerkzaamheden absoluut letten op de gewichten van de onderdelen. Uitsluitend veilige en voldoende gedimensioneerde aanslagmiddelen en hefgereedschappen gebruiken.

Niet onder de zwevende last gaan staan! Veiligheidsschoenen dragen!

Montage- en reinigingswerkzaamheden altijd alleen bij uitgeschakelde aandrijving en stilstaande motor uitvoeren! – Contactsleutel uittrekken!

Montagewerkzaamheden mogen alleen uitgevoerd worden door hiervoor opgeleid personeel.

Aan de hydraulische inrichting van de machine / het voorzetapparaat mag alleen personeel met speciale kennis van en ervaring met het hydraulisch systeem werken!

Vóór werkzaamheden aan het hydraulisch systeem, machine / voorzetapparaat resp. hydraulisch bediende aanbouwdelen neerlaten resp. aftappen en hydraulisch systeem drukloos maken!

4 Montage ALGEMENE OPMERKINGEN BIJ DE MONTAGE Gevaar!

Voer werkzaamheden aan de machine / het voorzetstuk in principe alleen bij afgezette motor uit.

– Verwijder de contactsleutel!

De teksten en afbeeldingen zijn zoveel mogelijk neutraal gehouden. De verschillen tussen de afzonderlijke typen worden aan de hand van tekstaanwijzingen aangegeven.

MONTAGE VAN DE SCHIJVENMAAIBALK

• Voer de montage nauwkeurig aan de hand van de afbeeldingen uit.

• Houd de gegeven werkvolgorde aan.

Gevaar!

Bij het uit de verpakking tillen van zware onderdelen alsmede bij het samenbouwen bestaat gevaar voor ongevallen.

– Begeef u nooit onder de zwevende last!

– Neem de gewichtsinformatie van de onderdelen in acht!

– Gebruik veilig hefgereedschap!

– Neem de voorschriften met betrekking tot ongevallenpreventie in acht!

De grendel (83) en de transportbeveiliging (84) moeten zelfstandig in hun eindposities kunnen bewegen. De trekkabels mogen daarom in geen enkele bedrijfstoestand zijn gespannen. Breng de knopen dienovereenkomstig voor de ringen (86) aan.

NA DE MONTAGE EN VOOR DE INBEDRIJFSTELLING CONTROLEREN EN IN ACHT NEMEN! Gevaar!

Voer werkzaamheden aan de machine in principe alleen bij afgezette motor uit.

– Verwijder de contactsleutel!

1. Alvorens de inbedrijfstelling van de machine: • Voer de controles conform de bedieningshandleiding uit.

• Controleer de afstelling van de trekkabels.

2. Controleer of de bouten goed zijn aangehaald.

3. Smeer de machine grondig door alvorens deze in bedrijf te stellen.

4. Controleer het vet- en oliepeil in de transmissies.

5. Controleer de in-/afstellingen van de machine.

6. Controleer de veiligheidsvoorzieningen (bijv. overbelastingskoppelingen, afdekplaten van aandrijvingsdelen, ...) op functie en correcte plaatsing.

7. Laat de machine nooit zonder toezicht draaien.

8. Houd personen weg van de gevarenzone. Naderen personen de gevarenzone schakel de machine dan onmiddellijk uit.

9. Voer een functiecontrole van de machine uit.

10. Schakel de aftakasaandrijving alleen bij nullasttoerental in.

11. Voer een lektest uit.

12. Machine weer demonteren – zie gebruikshandleiding.
