1 King Pin· Assembly (item number 28) has a shoulder on the King Pin which steps the diameter down from 5/8" to 1/2". Later· models had a 5/8" continuous diameter King Pin without a shoulder. For this continuous diameter King Pin, order part number B-12947-G1.

2 For King pin with step, part number B-12246-G1, (item number 28), use Trunnion Assembly Kit, Part number B-12248-Gt1. For King Pin without step, part number B-12947-G1, use Trunnion Assembly, part number B-12949-G1.

3 When replacing item number 5, discard old thrust washer.

4 For replacement grease fittings, enlarge hole with a No. 3 drill, tap ¼ - 28 UNC - 28 threads and insert new grease fitting. Be certain to remove all chips and burrs from tapped hole. *5 Item 56 (Front Suspension Assembly) was effective on Mfg. numbers 3100-1409 thru 132-1253 (3/4" Spindles). Item 57 (Front Suspension Assembly) effective on Mfg. numbers 132-1254 thru 4102-1337 (1" Spindles).
