VORWORT Diese BETRIEBS- UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNG soll erleichtern, das Gerät kennenzulernen und seine bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu nutzen.

Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise, das Gerät sicher, sachgerecht und wirtschaftlich zu betreiben.

Die BETRIEBSANLEITUNG besteht aus: TEIL 1 - BETRIEBS- /WARTUNGSANLEITUNG Die SERVICE UNTERLAGEN wurden speziell für Service-, Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten sowie zur Bestimmung von Ersatzteilen erstellt. Diese Unterlagen sollten nur von geschulten Personal verwendet werden.

Die SERVICE UNTERLAGEN bestehen aus: TEIL 2 - TECHNISCHE INFORMATIONEN TEIL 3 - ERSATZTEILLISTE Dieser LIEBHERR Kran sollte nur von geschulten Personal bedient werden.

Die BETRIEBS- UND WARTUNGSANLEITUNG sowie die gesetzlichen Unfallverhütungsund Sicherheitsbestimmungen und die anerkannten fachtechnischen Regeln sind zu beachten.

UNSACHGEMÄßE BEDIENUNG UND MANGELHAFTE WARTUNG DES GERÄTES SIND GEFÄHRLICH UND KÖNNEN ZU VERLETZUNGEN ODER SACHSCHÄDEN FÜHREN. Besondere Beachtung gilt für die eingebauten Sicherheitseinrichtungen, welche von Zeit zu Zeit überprüft und probegefahren werden müssen. Die Inbetriebnahme des Kranes ist zu unterlassen, wenn Mängel an solchen Einrichtungen festgestellt werden. „SICHERHEIT HAT VORRANG“ muß fortwährend die Devise lauten - auch vor, während und nach der Bedienung des Kranes.

Wenn Sie weitere Informationen zu Ihrem Kran erhalten - z.B. technische Änderungen bezüglich Installation, Bedienung, Wartung oder Ersatzteilen - bitte tauschen Sie diese in den entsprechenden Mappen aus.

FOREWORD This INSTRUCTION MANUAL is prepared to enable you to operate the Liebherr crane safely and to utilize operational possibilities. Many useful hints about the operating principle of important assemblies and systems are given.

The INSTRUCTION MANUAL consists of: VOLUME 1 - OPERATION / MAINTENANCE MANUAL The SERVICE MANUAL is prepared for extended service-, repair- and maintenance work as well as ordering spare parts. This manual shall be operated by trained Service personnel only.

The SERVICE MANUAL consists of: VOLUME 2 - TECHNICAL INFORMATION VOLUME 3 - SPARE PARTS LIST This Liebherr crane shall be operated by trained personnel only.

The INSTRUCTION MANUAL as well as the general safety precautions shall be observed.

NON-OBSERVANCE OF THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.

Special attention shall be given to the safety devices built-in the crane. They shall be tested all the time for proper functioning. Crane operation is prohibited if the safety devices are not working properly.

"SAFTEY ALWAYS COMES FIRST" must be the way of thinking and behaviour before, during and after crane operation.

If you receive any further information for the crane, such as technical modifications or changes concerning installation, operation, maintenance or spares please attach them to above volumes.

Die Gestaltung von Ersatzteillisten kann auf die verschiedensten Arten erfolgen. Wir haben uns bemüht, unsere Listen so übersichtlich wie möglich zu gestalten und auf Grund der Funktion zusammengehörende Teile auch zusammen zu halten. Allgemeine Teile, welche für mehrere Funktionen notwendig sind, werden nicht direkt den Hauptfunktionen zugeordnet.

Bitte berücksichtigen Sie daher, daß Kabinenteile, Schaltschrankteile, Auslegerteile usw. nicht direkt den Hauptfunktionen Hubwerk, Wippwerk, Drehwerk oder Antrieb zugeordnet wurden. Anhand des Schnell Index am Anfang Ihrer ET-Liste, können Sie sich einen allgemeinen Überblick über den Aufbau verschaffen.

HINWEIS – Auf Grund unterschiedlicher Wünsche unserer Kunden bzw. auf Grund unterschiedlicher Einsatzanforderungen enthalten verschiedene Krane zusätzliche Ausrüstungen. Baugruppen welche daher zusätzlich zum Standart Kran geliefert werden, sind in unserer ET-Liste als Nachrüstsatz gekennzeichnet. Diese Nachrüstsätze werden immer der entsprechenden Funktion zugeordnet. Welche Nachrüstsätze sowie welche Hauptkomponenten Ihr Gerät enthält, ersehen Sie aus der Baugruppenaufstellung am Anfang der ET-Liste.

Um sicherzugehen, daß Sie sich zurecht finden, haben wir Ihnen die Vorgehensweisen beim Suchen nachstehend erläutert.

Suchen von Ersatzteilen mit Hilfe der Baugruppenaufstellung: a) b) c)

Im ersten Teil unserer ET-Liste finden Sie die Baugruppenaufstellung, welche alle Haupkomponenten bzw. Nachrüstsätze enthalten.

Bei jeder Position finden Sie die Katalog- bzw. Seitennummer unter welcher die Stückliste und die Zeichnung, für die gewünschte Baugruppe gefunden werden kann.

Falls diese Stückliste weiter aufgesplittet wurde, ist eine weitere Katalog- bzw.

Seitennummer unter der entsprechenden Position erwähnt.

Suchen von Ersatzteilen mit Hilfe des Schnell Index a) Um die Suche einfacher zu gestalten, enthält unsere ET-Liste einen Schnell Index, welcher die Hauptkomponenten des Kranes enthält. Nachrüstsätze werden in diesem Schnell Index nicht extra angezeigt. b) Innerhalb der ET-Liste können die Ersatzteile wie oben angeführt weiter gesucht werden.

ACHTUNG Der Ersatzteilkatalog ist nur für das Bestellen von Ersatzteilen bestimmt und darf nicht als Reparaturanleitung verwendet werden.

The layout of the spare parts manual could be arranged differently. We have endeavoured to make our manuals clear and lucid as well as to ensure that all the components which share the same function are kept together. Only the assignation of parts which are required for several functions are not allocated direct to a main function.

Please take into consideration that cabin, switch cabinet and jib parts etc., cannot be found directly under the main functions, e.g. hoisting, luffing, slewing or drive. You can achieve an overall view of how the manual is organised with the aid of the quick index at the beginning of your spare parts manual.

NOTE – The cranes could contain supplementary parts due to the specific wishes of our customers or the actual demand set upon the crane, components which are not included in the standard crane will be listed in the spare parts manual as Supplementary Parts. These supplementary parts will always be allocated to the corresponding function. The supplementary parts along with the main components which are fitted in your crane can be found under the main category’s at the beginning of the spare parts manual.

To make sure that you easily find the required item we have listed below the correct procedure Searching for spares with the help of the main component list a) b) c)

The main components along with the supplementary parts can be located in the first chapter of the manual.

By every position you will find the catalogue or page number under which the parts list and drawing for the desired component can be found.

If there are secondary parts lists then there will be a further catalogue or page number next to the corresponding item.

Searching for spares using the quick index a) Our spare parts manual also contains a quick index to ease the search and location of the main components. The supplementary parts are however not listed extra. b) The search for the correct spare parts in the manual can be carried out further as mentioned above.

IMPORTANT The spare parts manual has only been designed to ease the ordering of spare parts and is not to be used as a repair manual.
