Diese Ersatzteilliste dient nur zur Übersicht über die verfügbaren Ersatzteile und die zugehörenden Teilenummern, die für eine Bestellung benötigt werden.

Diese Ersatzteilliste ist keine Reparaturanleitung. Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur durch Manitowoc Crane Care, einen autorisierten GROVE-Händler oder ausgebildetes Reparaturfachpersonal durchgeführt werden

Wie finde ich das richtige Ersatzteil?

Die Ersatzteilliste besteht aus Bildtafeln mit zugehörenden Stücklisten und dient zur Ersatzteilbestimmung, wenn Sie den Einbauort kennen und die Bestellnummer suchen.

Zusätzlich enthält die Ersatzteilliste verschiedene Orientierungshilfen in dem letztenTeil.

–Ein Inhaltsverzeichnis.

–Ein alphabetisches Stichwortverzeichnis, als Hilfe, wenn Sie die Bezeichnung des Ersatzteils kennen und die Bestellnummer suchen.

–Ein numerisches Stichwortverzeichnis, als Hilfe, wenn Sie die Bestellnummer des Ersatzteils kennen und die grafische Darstellung oder den Einbauort zuordnen möchten.

Hinweise 0 Ersatzteil – Teilenummer

Die Teilenummern bestehen aus 7, 8 oder 10 Stellen. Zusätzlich kann der Anhang ETL vorhanden sein.

–Bei 8 oder 10 Stellen

Geben Sie als Bestellnummer die Teilenummer an, z. B. 80084051 für Pos.003 oder G-03368-87 für Pos 004.

–Bei 7 Stellen

Geben Sie als Bestellnummer die Teilenummer mit einer vorangestellten Null an, z. B. 03325230 für Pos.001.

–Bei Anhang ETL

Der Anhang ETL zeigt, dass es für dieses Ersatzteil eine separate Stückliste gibt. Die Stückliste befindet sich auf den nachfolgenden Seiten.

Wenn Sie das komplette Ersatzteil bestellen möchten, dann benötigen Sie zusätzlich den zugehörenden Index. Der Index 1 befindet sich in der Kopf- und Fußzeile, hinter der Stücklisten-Nummer.

Geben Sie als Bestellnummer die Teilenummer und den Index an, z.B. 03215551 B für Pos.005.

q Ersatzteil-Menge

Die Bildtafeln zeigen die Ersatzteile nur dort, wo es für die Verständlichkeit erforderlich ist. Dadurch kann die dargestellte Menge auf den Bildtafeln von den Angaben in der zugehörenden Stückliste abweichen.

Geben Sie bei einer Bestellung immer Ihre benötigte Menge der Ersatzteile an.

–Wenn hinter der Benennung keine Maßeinheit angegeben ist, dann geben Sie bei der Bestellung die benötigte Menge in Stück an, z.B. 3 Stück.

–Wenn hinter der Benennung eine Maßeinheit vorhanden ist (z. B. Meterware), dann geben Sie bei der Bestellung die benötigte Menge mit der Maßeinheit an, z.B. 2,00 m.

This spare parts list only provides an overview of the available spare parts and the associated part numbers required for an order.

How do I find the right spare part?

The spare parts list consists of picture panels with associated lists of parts and is used to determine the spare parts if you know the installation point and are looking for the order number.

Notes 0 Spare part – part number

The part numbers consist of 7, 8 or 10 digits. In addition, the Appendix ETL maybe available.

–With 8 or 10 digits

Enter the part number as the order number , for example, 80084051 for item003or G-03368-87 for item 004.

–With 7 digits

Enter the part number as the order number with a leading zero, for example, 03325230 for item 001.

–For Appendix ETL

Appendix ETL shows that there is a separate list of parts for this spare part. Thelist of parts can be found on the following pages.

q Spare part amount

The picture panels show the spare parts only where it is necessary for clarity. Thiscan cause the quantity displayed on the screen panels to differ from the specifications in the corresponding list of parts.

When placing an order, always enter the quantity of spare parts you require.

–If no unit of measurement is specified behind the designation, then enter the required number when ordering, for example 3 pieces.

–If a unit of measurement exists behind the designation (for example per meter), then specify the required quantity with the unit of measurement when ordering, for example 2.00 m.
