WARRANTY PERIOD

Except for the products or components listed below , the Warranty Period for all products is 1, 250 hours of operation or three months after delivery t o Purchaser , whichever occurs fi r st. The exceptions are as follows : Air Ends. The Warranty Period for Rota-Screw ® and Electra-Screw ® air ends (parts within and including the compresso r cylinder) on percuss i on blasthole drills , Electra-Screw ® compressors , Rota-Screw ® compressors , and rotary blasthole rigs (all models with pulldown capacity less than 60 , 000 Ibs .) i s 10,000 hours of operation or 24 months after delivery to Purchaser, whichever occurs first.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE COMPANY . No statement , representation , agreement , or understanding oral or written , made by any agent , distributor , representative , or employee of the Company which is not contained in this War r anty will be binding upon the Company unless made in a writing executed by an officer of the Company .

This warranty shall not be effective as to any claim which is not presented within 30 days after the date upon which the product is claimed not to have been as warranted Any action for breach of this warranty must be commenced within one year after the date upon which the cause of action accrued . Any adjustment made pursuant to this warranty shall not be construed as an admission by the Company that any product was not as warranted.

GardnerDenver Company ("Company" ) warrants its products only as follows

GENERAL PROVISIONS AND LIMITATIONS

The Company war r ant s to each original retail purchaser ("Purchaser " ) of its new products from the Company or its authorized distributor that such products are , at the time of delivery to the Purchaser , made with good material and workmansh i p , provided that no warranty is made with respect to :

1. Any product which has been repaired or altered in such a way , in the Company's judgment , as to affect the product adversely .

2 . Any product which has in the Company's judgment, been subject to negligence , accident , or improper storage .

3 Any produc t which has not been operated and maintained in acc o rdance with normal practice and with the recommendations of the Company .

4. Componen t parts and accessories manufactured by others and supplied by the Company on special order

Any claims on i tems described in (4) above should be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

The Company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or , at its option , replacing , during normal business hours at any authorized service facility of the Company , any part which in its judgment proved not to be as warranted within the applicable Warranty Period . All costs of transportation of parts cla i med not to be as warranted and of repaired or replacement parts to or from such service facility shall be borne by the Purchaser. The Company may requ i re the return of any part claimed not t o be as warranted to one of its facil i ties as designated by Company , transportation prepaid by Purchaser , to establish a claim · under this warranty

Replacement parts provided under the terms of this warranty are warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period of the product upon which installed to the same extent as if such parts were original components thereof .

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The ATD5100 is a medium weight drill carrier that can match the power and drilling capacity of a big rig.

It features an "A" type tripod to stabilize the mast for drilling deep holes, and a steel rack that can hold up to 40 feet of drill steel. The ATD5100 can be equipped with the PRSS drill for 3-1/2 to 4 inch (89 mm -102 mm) holes, or the PR80 drill for holes up to 5 inches (129 mm) in diameter.

Where possible, ATD5100 components are enclosed, sealed or oil-treated to assure all-weather protection. All controls are located for convenience and de,IQned for ease of operation under rugged use.

Options include a detergent system, hydraulic mid-cenpneumatic bottom centralizer and several sizes of drill steel.

1. "A"-Type Tripod Mast Cylinders - Provide maximum mast support for drilling deep holes.

2. Dust Collector (Optional) -A vacuum filtering system designed to minimize the spread of drilling dust.

3. Feed and Drill Controls - Govern the drilling feed and speed. The controls are on the mast for operator convenience.

4. Side-Mounted Tramming and Positioning ControlsControl tramming and drill positioning functions.

5. Line Oller - Automatically meters oil to all airoperated components.

6. Operator Riding Platform - Designed to allow easy access to tramming and positioning controls.

7. Breakout Wrench - Grips drill steel remaining in hole when drill string is "broken" to add or remove steel.

8. Dust Hood - To suppress drilling dust.

9. Lower Centralizer - To stabilize drill steel at bottom of mast.
