FOREWORD The documentation should enable you to operate the machine safely with trained personnel, carry out routine maintenance tasks and to utilise the permissible application possibilities which this crawler crane features.

The documentation comprises of: VOLUME 1 - OPERATING MANUAL VOLUME 2 - LOAD CHART BOOK VOLUME 3 - SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE VOLUME 4 - TECHNICAL INFORMATION The operating manual and all relevant regulations and guidelines (e.g. accident-prevention guidelines) must be adhered to. This crawler crane may only be operated and maintained by trained, authorised personnel.

NEGLIGENCE OF THESE PRINCIPLES CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS DAMAGE. Special attention must be paid to the safety devices installed in this machine. They must be checked constantly for correct functioning. With incorrect functioning of an installed safety device or if there is no function at all, the crane may not be operated.

Your motto must be: "SAFETY FIRST" The technical information and the spare parts catalogue give notes concerning functioning of the different systems. They contain information about carrying out special maintenance and repair tasks and serve the provision of any spare parts required. These tasks may only be carried out by trained, authorised personnel from LIEBHERR WERK NENZING GMBH .
