Power calculation methods:

Power supply tolerances:

Pnom is calculated as the relevant intermittent power requirement for 40% intermittent duty. The crane main drive is designed according to this value (S6­40% rating).

All power supplies to the crane have to be within the following tolerances:

Fault level: Protected power supplies shall be provided to the crane.

The short circuit capacity of the crane electrical switchgear is based on the following max. short circuit fault level at the crane termination point:
