WARNJN;S
Do not operate machine unless you are thoroughly familiar with controls and functions.
Do not allow any part of machine to contact or come near electrical power lines.
Be sure hydraulic and air ,, systems are not pressurized before loosening any connections or parts.
Do not attempt to move machine with obstructed visibility.
Do not attempt to move machine in a potentially unstable condition.
Keep safety shields and guards in place.
Keep hands, clothing, rags and tools away from moving parts.
Keep all personnel away from hole while drilling is in progress.
When near running machine for extended periods of time, wear noise-reducing ear protectors.
Wear protective helmet and safety glasses when on or_ near machine.
Do not attempt lubrication or service while machine is running.
Keep work areas clean and clear of cuttings, hand tools, and other objects.
When selecting DRILL or TRAM, be sure selector is positioned against stops.
Always ensure that all people are clear of the rig before operating any system.
Extremely high pressures exist at many points in the hydraulic system. Be careful when starting the pumps to avoid exposing personnel to any possible leaks in system. Injury or death can result from spraying fluid or loose or broken lines.
Portions of the closed loop system will remain under pressure even if the rig is shut down.
Use only parts designed for this equipnent as the high pressures of the system place these parts under great stress.

WI\RNiln,
Do not attempt to remove the heavy components by hand. Get help or use a hoist.
~lways ensure the reservoir and lines are unpressurized before attempting repairs.
CAIJTIOOS
Be sure hydraulic reservoirs are always filled to the recommended levels with the "' proper type hydraulic fluid. Do not mix different types of fluid.Lubricate and service rig per schedule. Use only recommended lubricants.
When tramming, be certain drill bit and jacks clear ground. Make turns gradually.
Keep tracks clear of rocks and other objects.
Periodically inspect belts, chains, and hoses for indications of wear, looseness, cracking, or fraying.
Frequently check all bolts, nuts, and adjustments for proper tension.
Do not operate drill with any gauges indicating in red area.
Be sure engine radiator, compressor oil heat exchanger and hydraulic oil heat exchanger are kept clean.
Do not attempt unauthorized disassembly or maintenance of restricted components. Contact your Gardner-Denver representative for further information.
Cap all lines when. removed and ensure that no dirt has entered before reconnecting.
Use only clean hydraulic fluid to lubricate fittings and a-rings.
