MODEL IDENTIFICATION VIN LOCATION The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on the left side of the dash panel at the base of the windshield. The VIN chart explains the code characters.

TIRE INFLATION Cold tire inflation pressures can be found on the decal attached to the inside of the fuel filler lid. If the tire inflation decal is not available, use the cold tire pressures in the following table for speeds below 100 MPH. If driving at speeds over 100 MPH, add 4 psi to each tire.

WHEEL TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS Tighten all wheel lug nuts to 80 ft. lbs. (110 N.m).

BATTERY SPECIFICATIONS

MAINTENANCE INFORMATION/FLUID SPECS & CAPACITIES

All models use batteries with BCI group number 48.

CAUTIONS & WARNINGS SPARE TIRE USAGE Ensure correct lug nuts are used when the spare tire is fitted. DO NOT use lug nuts from alloy wheels on steel wheels.

RADIATOR FAN & CAP CAUTION: Always disconnect the fan motor when working near the radiator fan. The fan is thermostatically controlled and could start at any time when the ignition key is in the ON or START positions. DO NOT loosen or remove radiator cap when cooling system is hot.

WARRANTY INFORMATION CAUTION: Always refer to owner's copy of warranty information for specific model application and/or coverage limitations.

BASIC WARRANTY Covers any repair or replacement of parts which becomes necessary due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

ADJUSTMENTS Adjustments required to correct a defect in material or workmanship are covered for the first 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This does not apply to adjustments which are part of normal scheduled maintenance services.

BATTERY Covers replacement of defective original battery for first 24 months. At 24-36 months, the warranty covers 50% toward the purchase of a new battery. At 36-48 months, the warranty covers 25% toward the purchase of a new battery.

EMISSION SYSTEMS WARRANTY (EXCEPT CALIFORNIA) Warrants to the owner that vehicle was designed, built, and equipped to conform at the time of sale with applicable emission regulations and free from defects which may cause the vehicle to fail to conform with applicable regulations for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Covers all repairs, adjustments, or replacements if vehicle has been maintained and operated in accord with the manufacturer's written instructions for maintenance. Coverage includes failure to conform to applicable emission standards and any penalty or other sanction under local, state or federal law for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. After 24 months or 24,000 miles, the manufacturer will make the necessary adjustments, repairs or replacements at no cost to the owner when noncompliance is caused by a failure of a warranted component in any of the following systems: * * * * * * * *

Warrants to the owner that vehicle was designed, built, and equipped so as to conform with applicable U.S. and California emission regulations and that it is free from defects which may cause the vehicle to fail to conform with applicable regulations. The warranty covers gasoline-powered vehicles for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, and diesel-powered vehicles for 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. The fuse box is located in the engine compartment. The fuse specifications are on a label on the fuse box lid.
