Don’t worry if this is your first time handling a boat, our experienced staff will give you a full tutorial to show you how to use the controls and safety equipment on board and how to manoeuvre and moor the boat safely. You will be required to go for a practice run on the river before departing for your holiday. On board you will find a Skipper’s Manual which contains all the information you might need whilst out on the water to ensure your holiday is as safe and relaxing as possible. In the unlikely event you experience any issues or come into any difficulties whilst out on the water then you can contact our 24 hour service team and allow us to rectify this.
