Dear Valued Customer, Today’s COVID environment is presenting many challenges, in particular in the area of infection control. Due to unprecedented global demands and supply chain challenges, Henry Schein is not able to obtain any manufacturer approved dental chair disinfectant solutions. We are working closely with our manufacturer partners to find solutions for this. Please note this is not an issue with Henry Schein supply chain, though a global manufacturer shortage. As your Trusted Business Partner we wanted to make you aware of this situation, and reinforce we are working closely with our manufacturer partners on solutions. The use on non-approved disinfectants is not supported by manufacturers and can void warranties. Should you use a non-manufacturer approved product, we would recommend using a damp wipe/cloth over all surfaces of the dental chair to remove disinfectant residue followed by a dry cloth at the end of each day, to minimise potential risk.
